We called for service, and was put on the schedule the following day. Our car was taking several attempts to start. We first had to turn off the heater, radio, lights, anything pulling energy. We could then turn on the key and it would start. John diagnosed the trouble as being the ignition switch. Promptly changed it out, and now no problems at all. Thank you John for your prompt and accurate service. I have been going to this garage for approximately ten years, and I have always received great service. Thank you!

We just moved to the area not to long ago. Finding a local, honest, mechanic that won t take advantage of you is hard. Advanced Auto Service has done right by us time after time. I ve put my truck in the shop thinking ab issue was going to cost me hundreds, if not thousands of dollars, and they always surprise me with an estimate that comes out much lower than I suspected. This is one place you can trust to give you an honest opinion and do great work.

First off - staff is great ! Nice people, I brought my truck in for a estimate and was given a quote of $2400, took my truck to the dealer and they did it for under $1000, not sure what they did different but it was quite a difference ,I can't comment on their work because I ended up going somewhere else , I don't see myself returning.

I have used this repair shop several times over many, many years. Easy to work with. Very thorough and explain what's going on with your vehicle. I took my van to AAS to access a problem. Jon did a thorough job diagnosing the problem and called me with a solution. After the work was completed the problem is solved and the van runs great. You don't know how bad a vehicle is running until you get it running right.

I dropped my camera off for a transmission fluid drain and refill, engine coolant drain and refill, and some new spark plugs. Jon and his guys did a good job. I live in town and plan on making advanced auto, my go to for all vehicle repair and maintenance.

Had an issue with my vehicle at my son's house a few weeks back. We got it running and I asked where a mechanic was around his house. He recommended John a few blocks away. I drove there, left it running, told him my issues and he said he would take a look and give me a call. John got it fixed and all is well. My normal mechanic is in Louisville. I think I found one closer to home.Thank you!

If I need any work done on my vehicle, Affordable Auto will be where I go. As their names indicates, they are very affordable. These guys are very efficient and honest. I would recommend them to anyone.

Advanced Auto Repair replaced the heater core in my 2012 convertible. The correct repair required a bit of research to properly diagnose. The staff are pleasant to work with. They are also honest and forthright when discussing issues.

Great fast diagnosis and repair. Replaced wheel hub assembly, oil change, tire rotation, replaced rear pads, and machined the rotors. All done in the span of a couple hours. I'll be back for future car issues

The best mechanic shop I ever been to out of my 20 years of car ownership. I was a regular customer for 14 of those years but had to move out of state and am currently living in NC. Anyhow we are having trouble with our 2015 Escalade (transmission stuff, so big $) and I really wanted to know what they would advise. I called on the chance they d have time to speak with me, I know they stay busy so I wasn t expecting them to accommodate, but sure enough they did! Big shout out to John who listened to what I had going on and gave me some solid and real advise and potential cost breakdown. We still visit southern indiana to see family and if anything is going on with our car while there, they are our guys. I recommend them to anyone who needs a mechanic they can trust. Thanks again!

I have been taking my vehicles to Advanced Auto for about 10 years now and I love this company. They are personable, honest, professional, hilarious, courteous, experienced, and can explain things in a way that even I can understand.Mike, Greg, and John are all experts in diagnosing a problem with a vehicle. In the process, sometimes they can also find other problems, or things that make sense to replace while a major part is already removed from the vehicle. Then you get a phone call explaining the situation and you get to make the decision to go ahead and fix it or not. They will only suggest things that will help you/save you money in the long run. They will NOT up sell you things you do not need and they will NOT just hang parts and hope it fixes the problem.They do a great job of taking the headache out of your car problems. I trust them for all repairs on my personal vehicle as well as two commercial vehicles.If you are a person who likes to shop around for the cheapest way to fix whatever problem you have at the moment this shop is probably not for you. I don't have to tell you, you get what you pay for. At Advanced Auto you get a quote up front (if you ask) and you pay for parts, and service, but you are also paying for peace of mind. Knowing that Mike, John, and Greg will get you back on the road quickly and most importantly you can depend on the work they perform.So have some confidence when choosing where to take your vehicle to be serviced and call Advanced Auto Service.

Excellent service! My '08 Honda Odyssey was having intermittent AC issues. The first time I took it in he had nearly 2 hours working on it and it all the sudden for no reason started working. He charged a minimal diagnostic fee and told me he knew he had not fixed it and would be willing to look at it as soon as it stopped working again. Two days later it did stop working. He got me in the next day and was able to rapidly diagnose the issue and repaired it with minimal expense! I also questioned an issue with the van's power steering and instead of just fixing it and charging me, he gather all the info on an extension of the manufacturer's warranty so that I could get it fixed for no cost. This shop and it's owner are wonderful. Very honest and trustworthy!!!! I will never use another mechanic as long as this shop is open!
