Got my timing belt replaced on our van, it's like a brand new car now, excellent work and amazing price plus a very quick turn around, will definitely use them again in the future for car repairs

DO NOT USE TC Auto and Performance on Highway 31. They spent a week telling me they will look at my car the next day for 3 times then call me. No call backs ever. This last time with no call I phoned them and got nothing but utter disrespect and was told to tow my car somewhere else because I was too impatient. I show up and have to call the police because they wouldn't release my car because of some last second made up dianostic charge when they never even looked at my damn car, the whole point as to why I was there in the first place...

TC Auto did a great job at a good price. They were very easy to work with and they answered questions on work being done. They were very busy, but at the same time very helpful. My wife agreed.

The shop was like Grand Central Station, so many people in and out, yet these guys took the time to get my car in the shop and fixed on less than 24hrs notice. Kudos to this shop and all of the crew there!

Absolutely the best. I was given the best treatment and service. I was towed in my rv from the expressway. Had to spend an evening in the back lot and wait for some parts. Felt safe and secure. The next day need a room and met the shop Pa Paw James what a nice fella gave me and my kitties a rode to a hotel while the Shop fixed up my Rv to make it home. I couldn't say enough nice things about the shop, the staff and the owner Mike I believe his name is. If you need great work and service this the the place. THANK YOU gentlemen for all your help Michgan the bus and the 2 kitties !

All seems to be corrected. The only issue was a delay to be able to get in shop for repair. Timing was not good falling in a holiday weekend.Thank you

I walk into a mechanic like a paranoid schizophrenic.3.5ish percent card not present fee (whatever that means)Flat $10 shop tools fee independent of service.Flat "bio hazard" fee seemingly independent of service.These things are varying degrees sus, so I run away.Employees were generally polite doh.

These guys ripped me off on some break work...had to take car back like 3 times for them to fix it. And the mechanics got grease in my driver's seat so bad that I had to have it professionally detailed. So I called down there and spoke with guy on the phone and he hung up..so I drove down there and they locked the door on me when I walked up to the door....please people run far away..these guys are a scam and rip offsService: General repairs & maintenance

I've been dealing with these guys since before they moved into the shop they are in now. I've always gotten great friendly and fair priced service from them. Took my vehicle there with two used tires to put on, they gave me upfront cost and got the service done in no time. And cheaper than I thought too. Service was also great, both employees I spoke to were nice. If you want something easy and quick done to your vehicle, then this is the place for you. Much better service and experience than what I got at Big-O Tires.

Love this place! Friendly, reliable, inexpensive, knowledgeable! My husband and I have been and called several places for our Dodge Diesel Audi, and Nissan Maxima, no mechanical shop is better than this place! They have helped my son and I on the side of the road, all I had to do was call and they were right there! I would recommend this place to anyone, especially who ever is reading this post! They are truly the best my family and I have seen!

Wow! Friendly, fast, helpful, and a great price compared to the places I ve been to out west.If we lived here, these guys would be our friends and our mechanics.We had check engine light, needed an oil change, and brake check on our 30 foot motorhome. It was difficult to get to the electronic reader. I can t say enough how much of a relief it was to find TC Auto!

Great customer service, saved me and family lots of money when bigger dealerships say we needed a bunch of parts $3200.00 worth..... TC auto told us all we really needed to do was replace a catalytic converter ($600.00) and would be fine. We replaced cat and have been to Tennessee twice in last two years and no problems. These guys are not like the big companies. They want your business and a repeat customer. Thanks TC AUTO

The guys at TC Auto are a real decent group of guys. We have the shop next to theirs & have worked together many times with the same goal in mind which is client satisfaction. For what ever reason most shops are always degrading the next shop, these guys are professionals & have never heard them degrade or put down another shop. This is rare, but is how it should be. Seems most shops/mechanics want to put down another, this shop knows how to work with the neighboring shop & keep it at a professional level all because that's what we are. Keep up the good work tc & welcome to the neighbor hood. May God bless your business as He has ours.
