If you have no idea what is going wrong, broken, or otherwise. These fellas do! They are trustworthy, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and patient! Avoid other parts houses, many of them try to stick it to you by selling overpriced items, or items you don't even need! Very highly recommend!!!!!

Stopped to check on the battery and alternator. The assistant manager was extremely friendly. He ran diagnosis and replaced the battery under 10 minutes.

Two teenage boys working and seemed to have trouble figuring out what parts people needed for there customers which ended causing a woman get angry and start a scene and argued for over 20 mins with one of them. I waited patiently in line for her to leave and then the boy had no clue how to help me and didn t want to check my battery on my car because he said he didn t know how. Don t recommend

We were driving in ice sleet and snow our wiper flew off. We stopped in and got the wipers we need. The staff came out and put the new wipers on for us. Very nice people. So nice that they put the new ones on as an added service. Great place friendly and so helpful.

This store has lost the best thing to ever happened it. They fired the guy who managed it for the last 6 years. He was the best!! He brought this store to the top of the district. Without him, this store will be closed in 6 months.

I was there recently to have my rotors turned and a guy named Benjamin helped me. He did a great job and was super professional. I would recommend this store to others.

I give this place five stars especially with the man named Christopher who helped the gentleman from out-of-town replace a very hard part in his car he took the time and effort to get the job done I want to say thank you to O'Reilly's and thank you to Christopher at the store keep up the good work

Bunch of twits work here.. they act like they are top mechanics but can't put washer fluid in....go to autozone..or Napa....better people
