Mark Jones worked for several weeks to find me the exact vehicle with the options that I wanted, and at my price point. Mark made the entire process effortless. Everyone I dealt with at the Scottsburg location was very professional and friendly. The dealership was immaculately clean. This was truly the best car buying experience I ve ever had.

I m not one to usually write reviews, but Rodney Tarter went above and beyond to make our car buying experience a good one! He took time to answer questions, help us explore all our options and gave us time to talk and think about our purchase. Highly recommend Rodney for your next vehicle purchase!!! We couldn t be happier with our 2024 Chevy Blazer.

Service Advisor Jackson provided excellent service as our advisor during our Tesla recharge. He was knowledgeable, efficient and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of smoothly. I get multiple vehicles serviced here and have been doing so for a very long time. I have never had any issues or complaints until recently. Used to be I would get a phone call or text letting me know if any other issues were discovered during service. My last few visits I have had to call them to check the status of my vehicles only to get told that it is ready for pick-up then when I get there they they tell me more work is needed or I find out they didn't complete all of the work I requested. Communication used to be top notch here. Not so much anymore.

Logan was the best advisor I ve ever had at any dealership. Kept me up to date during my visit, answered all my questions. I ve had a lot of trucks normally Rams, this is my first Chevy. I ve dealt with a lot of dealerships and this location in Scottsburg has been the best experience yet.

Went into John Jones today to get a car, and Mark Jones helped us once again! He s amazing and kind, if we ever come in to get help on anything, Mark would be our go to guy! We always have such an awesome experience when we come to John Jones because of him:)

I have always had excellent service especially the cashiers Lindsey and Averill whose always been so kind and helpful and logan gray the service advisor. They always work around your own personal schedule for example allowing me to drop of my jeep early so I may get other appointments done. Thank you ladies and gents for your concern care and kindness!

Great customer service. Went above and beyond to get us in the car we wanted. Didn't try to sell us on a vehicle we didn't want. Our sales person was Mark Jones. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I rarely give 10s, but given that it's Christmas and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with John Jones, it's granted and well-earned. I spent way too much time dealing with other Chevy dealerships around the Richmond/Lexington KY area. They were all high priced and terrible customer service representatives. I initially reached out to the online sales department at JJ to inquire about the Tahoe I ended up with and first spoke to Jordan. She was helpful and polite and started the customer/dealership relationship off right. I was then contacted by Jon Moore who recognized that I was over an hour away, so he worked diligently with me over the phone to get pricing and financing taken care of before driving into Indiana to get my vehicle. It was a smooth, simple close out process when I arrived. I was greeted by many of the staff members who all seemed to be happy and appreciative of the business. I couldn't be happier with my experience of John Jones. Thank you!

Totally unhappy, sold me a $12,000 car knowing the engine light was coming on. Took it in for repair, they have had it for month, I've made a payment and have my plates and insurance. The loner I'm driving is basically a $1,200 car! How would you like that if you was a customer? I don't appreciate the treatment I've received, and I've heard tomorrow so many times, there doesn't seem to be a tomorrow! I don't recommend any one purchase a vehicle from John Jones, not in Scottsburg for sure. Mike Kiefe is just in it for the sale.

Mr.Jon Moore helped us get my husband into his dream vehicle. My husband was able to mark one of his bucket list wishes off. Mr.Moore helped us get all information he needed and got us done and in a vehicle in 1 day!!! So respectful and so kind and just an overall great man. Will definitely be coming back for any future business.

Came in to see one car and met a sales person named Mark. Mark immediately attended to me and let me test drive without an appointment and allowed me to get a feel of what I wanted also giving personal experience to help with what I wanted to know about that said car. He explored the lot with me where we found another car and he had so much knowledge of every car I looked at with years mileage and even trim and other knowledge. Just an overall good experience and good time without the hardships of being time consuming.

I absolutely do not recommend going to John Jones. I had a horrible experience. Bought a used vehicle October of 2022. A year later things took a turn for the worst. The warranty that was sold to me through John Jones is no good. I go to John Jones seeking help. They basically told me we can t help you. Do not buy here. They have no true intentions to help.

I was disappointed with the service department when I called to get help when my washer fluid was frozen. We purchased a brand new vehicle that still has warranty on it and we have never added any washer fluid to it and get it serviced regularly. They add the summer blend to the vehicles unless you service them in the winter. I was told it was my fault that I didn't drain it out and put winter solution in it. I've never had to do that on any other vehicle that I have owned before. We had it serviced in late summer, but it was going to be cold before we would have it serviced again, so it didn't sound right to me. Needless to say it was a dangerous situation on I65 with snow and salt and no washer fluid. I would have been ok if they would have said bring it in and we will check it out, but that is not the response I was given, until I demanded to talk to the service manager. We will have our warranty honored somewhere else.

Honest and straight forward quote the first time. Beat my local dealer by $4,000; and then they wanted to match your offer. I don't like to play games. I appreciated the truthfulness.

I used John Jones of Scottsburg today for the first time. What awesome service in the service department!!!! First class all the way. I wasn t able to drive my car in there today, so they made it easy by picking my car up and taking care of everything!!!! They went the next step and had washed it before bringing it back home. Called when on their way and on the way back home. Thank you so much for taking great care of my car!!!!!!!

This past experience was NOT even close to what it should of been.. Took Weeks to get my car in then charged me more then they originally told me it would be without calling me and letting me know ahead of time that the price would be more then was told, didn't give me a chance to agree or disagree with it just went ahead and done it, probably so I didn't have a choice but to pay it at that point. THEN to add insult to injury, the gentleman whos checked me out was RUDE and Didn't care one bit about my concerns. Just brushed them off. SO RUDE and very unprofessional...

Michael was very knowledgable and friendly. However they will lie to you and tell you certain fees, like GAP coverage, is mandatory and it'll cost you an additional $800. Their title clerks can't even copy an email address correctly so you will have to wait. Not terrible just a nuisance.

Well had car for 5 days. Repairs cost more than I was told. Car is not jerking now but car still does not have the pick up it used to. Engine light came back on the day after I picked it up. But I do have to say the guy we talk to when we picked it up was very helpful and explained everything.

I had a water sloshing sound in the dash after John Jones looked at my truck for over heating. It took 2 different visits for them to finally get the air out of the system. Everything seems to be ok.Thank you

I bought a used truck from them. Had some defective suspension parts confirmed shortly after my purchase.They corrected the missed defective parts at no charge.The service department did an excellent job and my vehicle was clean at pick up. Staff was quick to resolve issues and very polite.

Updated review (2/21/2024): I ve now had my car for a year and a half. I continue to drive from New Albany, IN to Scottsburg for service because I have never had a better experience elsewhere. The individuals in the service area are always so accommodating and willing to work with you. I was an hour late to my last appointment (oil change) because I was stuck in standstill traffic 5 miles from the exit. I called them when I knew I d be late and they were gracious and kind. The only service advisor I ve interacted with so far has been Logan and he always does a great job. I m sure any advisor is the same. I won t go anywhere else!Caleb was super helpful from the start. After I reached out to ask a simple question, he knew what I would like and immediately worked to get me everything I needed. I was out of town when I purchased my car and he did everything he could to still make the process as smooth as possible. I couldn t be happier.
