These guys are very helpful. They figured out my mower tire issue & set me up with new tires. In the past, they have always worked with me on my budget & what I could afford based on what necessarily had to be done to get me back on the road safely. They are kind & super helpful!!

Me and my wife had such a great experience the staff and workers were extremely professionals so much so that we came back with our daughter and purchased her a set of wheels and tires for her vehicle were r very pleased with our experience and purchase and we definitely send family and friends to experience the same thanks for the professionalism

We found ourselves stranded along NB I65 at the Henryville, IN rest area with 5 broken lugs on the rear wheel of our 2500HD GMC pulling our boat home from eastern KY to northern IL. The tow truck driver (Rick) suggested we call Big O and see if they could work us in. Robbie (ast. Mgr) at Big O rallied support from Sellersnurg and Clarksville to get the needed parts for our repair. The team at Big O had us back on the road in 4-hours and we arrived home safely about 6-hours later. Very thankful for the quick and efficient tow and the team s response at Big O. Well done.

These guys were awesome! When the tow truck got me to the shop it wasn't quite time for the store to open , they still greeted me and took care of everything quickly and when at the register he told me the price I had to repeat it back to him to be sure I heard him right ..seriously...will be going back to get the other three tires replaced.KH

Phillip Deboard was amazing and was able to help me arrange payment for my new tie rods painlessly. Everyone in the shop was friendly and answered all my questions. Benny is a happy car again!

Highly disappointed but not surprised. I had them change my oil last time bc I didn t have time. Today I changed it myself and found that I m missing two pieces of access plastic, a bolt that should have never been removed is cross threaded, and the oil filter was soooo tight that I had to fix the threads with a thread die. This is the land of Merica where we can t pay anyone a decent wage or educate them, so we end up with drug addicts and people that believe 1+1=11. Good job Big O!

Very fast and friendly staff..I was traveling through and came up with a very bad vibration in the front end of my car. Stopped in with no appointment and they got the car in and out. When I left the vibration was gone. Repair costs was very reasonable.Thank you for the fast friendly service

David is Always a detailed professional. Every time I think I'm going to go somewhere else for a cheaper or closer option, I always end up going back to Scottsburg big o. David has been there for years and I trust the customer service and skill set.

Never again will go to this place! How we took our truck for service yet the service was not done cause they didn t had the proper tools for it, and we still got charged the same price we were quote cause on how long they took trying to get it done. I hate when people try to take advantage of other! Customer service sucks

I ve always had positive experiences here! They always get me in quickly and they are very upfront with what I can expect with the price without me being surprised later. They let me know if something on my car is going to need attention soon but they are never pushy about adding these extra services on immediately and give me time to think about it which I really appreciate as a woman and as someone who doesn t know much about cars. I would highly recommend them to anybody!

Great service! I love how my truck looks after the lift and wheels and tires. My only complaint was I was told two hours and that turned into 8 which I expected, so not a huge deal. Robby Palmer was a great service writer and Scotty was great at keeping me in the loop when the job did not go as planned. Great service as always Big O!

While traveling to Indy for work, I had a piece of metal hit and slice my tire. Definitely wasn t willing to continue my journey on a spare. Stopped by Big O. I had a new tire and back on the road in no time!! Great service.

Great service... had a slow leak from 2 nails in a tire. Fixed quick, and all other tires checked. Good to go! Bobby Palmer, the assistant manager, does a great job and knows his businessThanks Bobby!

Blew a tire south of town Sunday morning and was stuck as everything within hours was closed. The guys here got me back on the road Monday which wasn't easy as my tires were a very uncommon size.I thank you more than you'll ever know as I'm back home safe in Minnesota!

Took my 05 FordF350 in For Wheels to be taken off 22.5 Alcoa wheels . Employees where excited and ready to take on the job .But came across not being able to do the job and stripped and broke one of My Lugs. After finally realizing that they couldn't preform the job they approached me and stated the issue . They also charged me labor . For a job that was not even efficient and They didn't have a Torque wrench for my Torque standards.

It was late in the day they was little over hour left before they close they took me right in and I had asked for the cheapest Tire they had and they provided it for me for about $138 and got me out of there quickly I'm very pleased with the service

I was on a trip at 4p and about 30 miles into it noticed significant pulling to the left. I looked up the closed shop offering alignments and they were less than 10 miles away.They test drove my vehicle and while they did not experience the pulling, they listened to my concerns about experiencing pulling to the left. Put the car on the alignment machine and discovered my alignment was off significantly on all 4 tires. The dealer had aligned my car 2 weeks earlier so it was a surprise to hear but validated my experience of significant pulling to the left. They had the car realigned for $110 and I was back on the road after about an hour from when I showed up without an appointment. I was pleased to hear the alignment comes with a 3 month or 4k mile guarantee. I will come back for all of my future alignments given the work and guarantee. They saved my new tires from bad wear if I had continued on my 500 mile trip that day

I always have a great experience with my Big O here in Scottsburg In .They go above and beyond to make customers happy..The service they give is the way it should be everywhere..All businesses should have great employees like Dave Albertson and the crew there.

I can't say enough great things about this location and the staff!! Fast friendly and affordable. I felt like they really looked out for me and the best way to stretch my dollar. I highly recommend this place.Update a year later...just paid my card off and have had a lousy experience. They charged me a late fee on 12/13 and I paid the balance in full on 12/15 yet I got a statement the next month saying I still owe a $37 late fee. They said that late fee they posted on the 13th wasn't processed until the 19th so it wasn't part of my balance paid in full. Who does business like this? Then offer to give me a discount for my late fee. How generous. I do not recommend getting their credit card. I do not recommend buying tires here. The customer service for this company is trash. I will be filing a complaint with BBB but thought I would update my review since this was a lousy experience and this will surely happen again and again to other people.

Had some pretty bad car trouble and their entire staff dropped everything to help. Forever grateful for them. They showed so much patience and the utmost customer service. Couldn t recommend more. Customer for life!
