Helped a friend buy a vehicle from Ziegler yesterday and everyone was so helpful. Jun David, Rich Yzaguire, Jordy Lema and the manager Matt were all great to deal with. Went to this dealership after being treated poorly at another. Highly recommend the dealership if looking for your next vehicle.

Everything was great. They have one of the greatest showrooms I have ever seen. The salesman was great. Got a great deal on a new car. Their repair shop is out of this world with a great lounge to wait in, complete with snacks and beverages.

They made me car buying experience easy. The were quick with negotiations, did not pressure me to buy the add-ons, and the whole signing part was done in 35 minutes. Jim, my salesman was very friendly, and took his time showing me how all the features worked. I love my Forester!

Best car-buying experience I ve had by far!I ve been looking for two months everyday and have been so disappointed in how pushy people can be and don t actually listen . THIS PLACE THOUGH, they are AMAZING!!!!They listen, didn t try to destroy my credit just for a sale, all around made me feel heard.So happy with the car and the quick easy process. Thank you

Somewhat dissatisfied with my purchase. My salesman Brian was fantastic, however my issue lies with the trade in process. First offer was very low, well below kbb value for my vehicle, and it was like pulling teeth to get a halfway decent value, but it was still below kbb. I had showed them comparable vehicles with similar miles that were selling at 25k and all I asked was to be at 20 for my trade which seemed reasonable. Their response was no due to mileage etc, which if it wasn t for me being so interested in the vehicle I was purchasing I would have just left. They said yes comparable sell for 25k but they wouldn t be able to sell mine at that price for mileage, but then list it for 24,400. Not saying to not buy a vehicle from here because as I said the salesman was great, just be careful with your trade in. Maybe I should have fought harder for a better deal, that could be my fault, however they should be fair with the customers spending money with them.

I bought a 2021 Toyota Corolla last month. Brian Muller was so easy to work with. He was very patient with me and all of my questions. I spoke to Andre about the financing part of it and both Brian and Andre went out of their way to answer my questions. I felt like I was in good hands. I highly recommend that you find Brian when you go to them to buy a car. He will take care of you.

I would like to thanks Brad at Zeigler Subaru for working the amazing deal for us. After dealing with another Subaru dealer that didn t want to give me the Subaru Guarantee Price and VIP pricing also. I called and within 20 mins I had an out the door bill of sale on my phone so I can go get my financing. I got both the GTP and the Subaru VIP. Never once did I feel pressured into buying anything or getting hassled on the discounts. I highly recommend shopping here for your next vehicle. I know when I m in the market again I will be back for sure 100%.

After having my car for over 3 months Ziegler Subaru has failed to fix my car.My car ended up in the shop in October 2023 to which I got the text from Arthur that my car was completely and fully fixed this time 3/22/24.I pick up my car mid afternoon, and after just driving to work in Crown Point my carstopped working ..AGAIN! With more issues than what I came in for!!! This has happened eveytime I have left Ziegler Subaru!!!Please note this is maybe 5th time Subaru Ziegler has told me come get your fixed car! Honestly it could be more they ve had my car since October of last year. I can t keep count how may times I ve had to bring my car back due to incomplete fixing. It s happened a minimum of 4times.Not to mention they damaged my the bumper of my car. (Which was fixed but should have never happened in the first place) it was pretty disheartening to have my car returned to me physically damaged!Not to mention Sam and AL both lying to me about receiving my voicemails and keeping me updated on my car! And then staff lied to me about the GM being in office.This experience has been so horrific and long .that I have a case manager assigned to me from Subaru of America to insure Ziegler completes the repairs on my car indefinitely.Very disappointed and want to believe this has nothing to do with Subaru just a bad dealership.As I love Subaru but this is definitely starting to push me to never drive a Subaru again. I leave this review to warn other and to hopefully have my car fixed indefinitely atleast the issues cause by Ziegler Subaru!AlyssaMarch 22 2024Update: picked up my car Friday 4/12/24And within two hours I was back at Subaru having them complete the job the failed to finished.My trunk they failed to put together leaving the bolts and screws in my car. As well the front bumper THEY damaged and had to fix, they left the underneath of the front bumper hanging off because they failed to put in all the bolts. Because the bolts were in my car.Lastly the rude man at the service desk who told me that s I d have to go look for the GM. I m sorry I ve never been told at any business I need to find the GM. To which they started to ignore me in hopes of getting me riled up. Didn t work though. Thankfully a nice sales man walked back with me to the service desk to help make sure the job got done. Which to him THANK YOU!STAY SOOOOOOOOO FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!To think I was gunna upgrade a few months ago to a Subaru Legacy. If I do I ll be going to Castle Subaru! But most likely will never drive a Subaru again.Lastly Al I don t think you should be telling me to reach out to you when over 3 months ago you were support make sure my car was fixed and that I reviewed updates from you! So laughable.

Had a great experience at Zeigler, this is our first Subaru and we're very happy with our new Outback! Our sales person. CJ was extremely helpful from start to finish. He did such a great job that he sold a second vehicle to a friend of ours a few days later!

Go see Matt Monix! Matt is the the ultimate professional. I felt completely confident that Matts goal was to find the right Subaru that fit our needs and I never felt pressured or manipulated into anything. I've been in the auto industry since 1996 and Matt is a top notch professional! Matt did such a great job that we bought a second Subaru less than 2 weeks later.Thanks Matt, you rock!!

I wanted a very specific car color and trim package that I was unable to find. I spoke with Matt and Dan who went above and beyond to find my dream vehicle!! Great honest people who work here! Charles knows his stuff and will steer you in the right direction based on what you re looking for. Great salesman who cares about his customers. Jordy-the finance guy is the epitome of a stand up guy who truly wants you to have a great experience, regardless of getting the sale. We did not feel pressured or pushed into anything we didn t feel comfortable doing. Highly recommend this dealership!

A Circus in dealership clothing!!!I wouldn t bring my daily beater her for a basic oil change Car came back missing bolts and interior parts was stolenRandom non fitting push pins everywhere grease all in my seats, left the car out for months because of relocating and sun baked my steering wheel. Scratches everywhere oh ya and after 10k in repairs ya left my oil at the bottom of my dip stick haThey d just forget the oil and loose the plug for how good they are a straight up jokeAurther is sleazy managerAl is a straight scum bagOh yeah Cody the service advisor wouldn t know what a spark plug is if it hit him pathetic

Unfortunately, just another shady car dealership. They will tell you exactly what you want to hear through the whole process, then when you go to sign paperwork, you will find out the truth. While the staff was nice and the facility clean, they are just incompetent and do not know their own products or current deals on the inventory. The worst part was the harassment for an "all 10's" review from the staff.

Look no further!Are you looking for a dealership with scumbag salesmen that will attempt to devalue your trade in 30-40% below KBB and claim "it will just sit on the lot" or "we will have to send it directly to auction"? Look no further!Are you looking for a dealership with a parts department that cannot be depended on to receive parts on the date they quote and then proceed to feed you bold face lies when you attempt to press them? Look no further!Just stay away from this place and drive the extra 20-30 minutes to the Portage Subaru.

I always get great service. Went to the new place today and it was really nice, however, I do not like the new car wash. I like the wash by hand MORE!! My car was still dirty and had dirt streaks on both sides . Not Good! Please go back to the old way!!! Thank you

What an awesome experience it was buying our car from Zeigler Subaru! My husband and I were in the market for a used car and got exactly what we were looking for in an inviting atmosphere with great service. Our client advisor Mike Martorelli was wonderful..he was attentive and listened to our concerns and delivered. Big thanks to Mike and the rest of the crew at Zeigler Subaru. My buying experience started with a simple phone call regarding a Subaru Impreza I was eyeing, but let me tell you, I wouldn t think one phone call would sell me on a car I never had seen. I had the pleasure of working with Caleb, a salesman at the dealership, and it honestly rocked! With just a few phone calls and faxing information, I was well on my way to getting a new car. Caleb answered every question I had and helped with every step of the way, even though I was financing outside the dealership. I ve never had a better sales experience in my life! I would 110% recommend Zeigler to anyone I know! Now, I am the proud owner of a 2019 Subaru Impreza with no hassle! Thank you Caleb and team! You guys ROCK

I would recommend a used vehicle purchase from Zeigler Subaru. They did a good job detailing and cleaning up the used vehicle I was interested in and worked with me in a reasonable way after the purchase when there were some issues with the car. Although some repairs took longer than desired, they were done correctly, which is what is most important.

Very poor service at this location. I told them I was wrong with my car and they charged me $149 to tell me what was wrong with my car and how much it would cost to fix it (it was exactly what I told them it was because I got that quote from another mechanic). I also brought it in for another issue because it kept making a noise while I was driving, they told me unless I fixed the first issue they couldn't hear (what I was hearing every time I drive) the second issue. I also not recommend the extended warranty for a used car because it's not based on when you buy the car it's based on when the original owner bought the car makes a huge difference on when it expires.
