I oreded parts in November, still have not received any correspondents to confirm if it has been posted. have not replied to any of my inquiries. I live in Australia and with the exchange rate this was not a cheap purchase. I feel really let down.

Purchased a neutral safety switch and never received a tracking number. Contacted them and they said order was misplaced and would be shipped out by today. Never received a confirmation and they're closed now so won't be placing any future orders with them.

I ordered some amber spots from their website. I waited three weeks and did not hear anything. Called and was told that Carol would get back to me right after she finished her call. About 8 hours later I received an e-mail saying their supplier let them down but that they had the clear spots in stock. NO thank you! Buyer beware!

Wouldn't have given one star if I didnt have to to give a rating. He stiffed me for over $500.00 in diecast. I placed two orders one for over $500.00 and the other just under $300.00. He had zero diecast in stock of what was on the website, emailed me an apology, asked to refund my $300.00 as a good show of faith to not take it to paypal for a refund. He refunded the $300.00 and I never heard another word from them. Called on multiple occasions and was just passed off. Still owes me over $500.00. I would not buy nothing from this place. Buyer beware!

I went to the store today at 1340hrs and the service was horrible. I was completely ignored. The employee didnt acknowledge me when I walked in and continued talking to someone else. He finally acknowledged me when I raised my hand 2 minutes later to get his attention. I asked for a specific item and the employee stated that " it might be over there" as he pointed to a specific area of the store and returned to his conversation. I walked to the area looked around and left. Did they have what I needed...no idea?.....I dont spend my money at places where they treat customers like they dont matter. Will not be returning?

Nothing great. Diecast on their website is all wrong. They don't really carry anything or new. I saw on their site they had some cars my little guy wanted. Figured I go in. First it's a disorganized mess. They were behind a counter and in a counter. Some with prices most without. Also saw quite a few in boxes behind the counter. Asked for a few prices when I got the chance but they all "seemed" too busy to help. Figured it's around christmas so maybe they have a lot going on that I just dont see. I asked for a specific diecast that was listed on their site as available to order/in stock. The gentleman said no they didnt have it, hadn't for a while and I should check eBay. As he said that he pulled up eBay and showed me a few listings. Yes I was well aware of this. But figured support your local store thing...I was clearly wrong. Left without purchasing anything and jumped on a website and bought around 20 diecast for the kids xmas. Fast forward to just a few weeks ago...I tell the kid about this place. He wants to visit and spend some bday money, I prep him for dont expect much but we can stop in. 2 workers again and a few customers in as well. 1 is complaining about an order he placed. They sell other things than diecast. As I know diecast isnt a big enough money maker anymore. Anyways this time they seem more organized and accessible to see what they have! Excellent! Kid spots a few cars he wants. Yet no prices on about 75% of things. We stand in line and I actually asked the guy behind to go ahead as he seemed like he was ordering a big parts order. I was trying to respect their time for a bigger order no clue why I cared actually but I did. Maybe it was because the 1st time we asked for a price of an unmarked car we were made to feel like a bother. So I wanted the kid ready to have what he wanted to buy and questions on others ready to go. Either way the 2 other customers are tied up with the only person by a register...another guy and different from last visit asks if we need help. Yes sir we do. Holding 2 diecast without prices I ask what are the prices and what are the prices on these other 2 we couldnt access. His response...my diecast guy just left for the day, I'm not sure what he has them listed for. Listed as in on eBay? We stand there as he looks through some on the shelves looking for a similar car and of course they all dont have prices. Finally he walks over and says how about $10 for the 2. I said yes, he apologized and we left. I've tried them twice now. I see no reason to try again. I may go in just to look and maybe see if some hard to find car on his list is in there. But otherwise I'll never look at their site again. I felt like if I placed the order on the site, it would be delayed while they shopped eBay for the best price for them, wait on delivery to their store and finally ship out to me. Diecast in store looks like they've bought out past collectors or going out of business diecast shops. Its a hodge podge of items, dusty, dirty and random pricing. If you are lucky enough to find a price on the diecast keep looking for a exact car and see if the price is different. We saw quite a few same cars with different pricing listed.

100% con artists. They falsely advertise diecast as "in stock" when they know darn well they don't have any. Getting money back is like pulling teeth if your lucky enough to get it back. These people are scammers. Stay FAR away!

Pat from Whites took time out with me and provided great knowledge about my 2000 Trans Am ws6. Best part about him, he wouldnt sell me parts that I needed because they weren't strong enough or right for me and directed me to the right parts. That's real customer service, that's where the money's at.

Terrible customer service. They don't have any answers and make you feel like a bother if you call them. I emailed them with a question about the availability of a certain diecast and received absolutely no reply. I called and asked if the diecasts on their website were available for purchase in-store. The guy said "our diecast guy left for the day I can't answer any of your questions" and he practically hung up on me. Like how do you not have an answer to that? It's a simple yes or no question that anyone who works there should have the mental capacity to answer regardless if they "only deal with motorcycle parts" or not. Anyway, do they even have a diecast guy? Is he on paternity leave? Does he only work half the year and vacation in the Bahamas for the rest? Is he in the FBI's witness protection program? Does he even EXIST??... We'll probably never know.In conclusion, it would be wise NOT to buy anything from their website because they probably don't even have it. Smh. Sketchy people anyway.

I'd give these guys Zero stars if I could. Horrible business. Don't answer emails. Staff never there to answer questions. I ordered a car and waited and waited. Finally got to talk to someone and told them to cancel my order and to take that order and shove it up there a$$. Stay away!!!

DO NOT BUY DIECASTS FROM THEIR WEBSITE. Their listings are several years out of date and they have no clue what you're talking about over the phone. Stay far away...
