Went to tire barn for tire rotation. They stripped my wheel locks and damaged my rims. Jose needs to be fired what a horrible manager. I called the police and filed a police report. I said no wonder why my friend quite he said well your friend is lazy. And he wouldn t even own up to the damage even though the damage is fresh.UPDATE I did call waiting for you guys to call back

Waited at the front desk for over 15min to be (lack of) greeted. Ended up having to walk into the shop to find the same guy who walked into the front area and back out without greeting or acknowledging someone being there. We finally came to an agreement when trying to price match and I did the 4 tires. I have been a long time customer of Tire Barn, but I have always dealt with the Highland, IN branch. I will have to only deal with them in the future if I decide to stick with using Tire Barn. It is sad that the location less than a mile from my house cannot handle any type of proper customer service, especially on a slow day.

Absolutely great customer service, product recommendation, installation and price. They even aired up my deflating old tire to be safe until the following day when I returned for my new tires. I will definitely think Tire Barn Schererville for any future needs. See you again in a few thousand miles!

I had a great experience here at the Schererville location. I was a walk in because I had a flat tire. They were able to check my tire to see if it can just be repaired and unfortunately I needed a new tire. They helped me pick out a tire that was to my budget. They also checked my other tires and offered suggestions. Wonderful suggestions and very friendly. Will definitely be back to replace my other tires!

Last week I had to stop at this location three times. Not due to poor service. But because of good service. My wife s car, my car and my nephews car all had different issues. They did a great job at solving all three and the road hazard definitely saved us money this time around. If you do a lot of driving, I would recommend you take them up on the road hazard. I dealt with two different people at my interaction and both were knowledgable and helpful. Thank you for all your help.

Had a slow leak in my tire. Stopped in after work on a Thursday around 6pm. They found 2 nails 8n my tire. They repaired it, 35 bucks later I was back on the road with no issues.

Got a front wheel tire alignment and swapped the rear tires to the front. Couple weeks later i am missing 4 lugnuts on the front passenger wheel and 2 on the rear passenger. They were the last ones to do work on my wheels. I can t prove it was them but I am confident it was because either it came in to their shop with all those lugnuts missing and they let me go without letting me know i was missing 6 lugnuts (very dangerous), or they didn t tighten them correctly. I don t know how to add pictures bit if I could I d show it.

We were looking for new tires and advice on which tire would be best for our SUV. I only gave them 3 stars because they were to busy, so we just left. Which is good for them not for us. No one to talk to. We will go another day, but in the morning. I know It is that time of the year everyone wants to get tires for the bad weather. I will revisit my review after we go there again. They are located next to Menards in Schererville.

If you are female, or don't know about their warranties before you go RUN! Wasn't told about warranties and then when I went back was gaslit by the employee saying he told me, he didn't, I 100% would of gotten one if I'd been informed and knew they had no integrity. Ironically a lady that was there on day 1 complaining about their service, I was told was there on day 2 before I got there. I see a pattern

I make an appointment by 4:30 pm and I confirmed later they call me back and they told me you need to be here by 4:00pm if you wants to do your car alignment and tire balanced ......I cancel this appointment

I went there to fix my tire, They fixed my tire for $35 .After it was done, I was waiting to pay and take my keys and get out of there but new customers kept walking in, The guy at the front desk kept taking all the new customers (4 customers) while having me just wait. I waited at least another 45 mins (when my car was ready that whole time) just so he can take care of the new costumers coming in..

Sat there for almost 3 hours for a tire patch just to be told they can't do it. What a waste of my day!No wonder when I asked about a time frame they refused to tell me anything other than there were 3 people ahead of me. And it still took 3 hours to do 3 other jobs? Pathetic.

Pre called asked if they repair tires I prefer patch tire only had 9000 miles on it. Replied yes bring it in. I told them I just left the dealer tire has slow leak there's a nail in it. They took tire off told me there was no nail. Sir your rims are garbage infiniti sells bad rims I will sand it down that's your problem. Went home parked. Decided to go out tire flat I filled with air removed pump felt air seeping through valve called tire barn next morning explained the issue can u please check my valve? Manager was very rude stated call the dealer its not our problem. Called corporate no answer left an email still waiting. Took car to car x not only did they discover the nail tire barn lied about they offered to put on my spare if I was not willing to purchase new tire. I felt great about them so I purchased the tire. Tire barn should refund my money for misdianosing my problem and charge me to possibly damage my rim. This location sucks and needs new management including customer interaction classes I will never go back to any Tire Barn

My visit was to reseal a tire on the vehicle. Walking in, waited over 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter. Profane music loud in bays. Waited excessively after car was finished to check out. Price was higher than anticipated, $35 to reseal. That is all.

I took my daughters car there, the tire had a slow leak; they patched the tire and had her back on the road within 30 minutes, great service, I d definitely recommend to anyone

Representative is unprofessional and not customer friendly. Extremely grumpy and, inattentive. Should be in a backroom somewhere or working in the garage NOT assisting customers. I was the only one in the reception room, so he couldn't have been overwhemed by clients. Not sure how many cars were being serviced. (But it looked pretty empty). I visited Sat, June 5, 2022..at around noon. Will NOT visit again.

Good service, poor attitudes. Tire install was good but desk and service people could use an attitude adjustment. Called in for a quote and told them my wife would be in to make a downpayment. Three hours later acted like they didn't know what she was there for, with a desk associate saying he threw the paperwork away. Found it in the garbage to take our payment. When I arrived to get the install done, servicer was rude as well. I would have given a 5 star review, but the behavior isn't called for.

Unfortunately I cannot give this entire company ZERO stars! This is the worst service known to mankind and Tire Barn needs to be dissolved as a corporation. The guy in the Scherevile store put run flat tires on my car without ever asking me if I wanted them. Consequently, I've been riding around with nails in my tires for nearly 2 wks with no service provided at multiple locations. I sat in the waiting area at the Schereville location cumulatively 2 hrs to no avail. I went to the Merriville rte 30 location, sat there b nearly 2 hrs. only to be sent away with no service. I called customer service, was on hold for 37 mins got a rep on the phone, she had me on the call for another 22 mins and came back on the line to tell me she would have to call me back because she couldn't locate her supv. In the meantime I'm going into my 2nd wk with nails in my "run-flat" tires with not a single solution from Tire Barn. If you read this review and proceed to let this place service you, that's on you. My next attempt at a resolution will be the attorney generals office.
