Phil s collision is top notch auto body repair. Has a family feel which is often lost in today s corporate culture. Nice people great communicators and true professionals! The craftsmanship is second to none my repair was done perfectly and in a timely manner. I recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great repair with great people!HW- real customer that knows zero people at Phil s. You won t be disappointed!

You would never know that the rear quarter panel and door frame of my car had been replaced! They are THAT good! The office is super organized and has great customer communication. Everyone was very helpful, polite and professional. Eddie is ultra professional, kind, empathetic, accommodating, extremely nice and treats you like family. He went above and beyond. Everything you could hope to expect in any customer service experience. I highly recommend Phil's Collision Center to everyone!

I took a chance stopping by Phils collision on a Saturday to have someone look at my jeep after many disappointing previous interactions. So glad I did. So welcoming, friendly and helpful. Had my jeep door hinge fixed within two weeks and it works perfectly! Thank you Eddie and Crystal for going above and beyond to help! Highly recommend!!! 5 star! Jamie Rodriguez

This place is top notch as far as I'm concerned, because they kept me well informed about the progress of my car. I really like how they sent me emails and/or text messages updating me with the status of my vehicle. So, there was never a need for me to call and see the status of my vehicle. I knew my car was in good hands.

Phils Collision was great! The staff is very pleasant and easy to talk to. They kept their schedule and kept me updated. The quality of the work is excellent and the parts appear to be OEM. We were able to leave the rental car there and they dealt with that. I would highly recommend Phils!

We had the misfortune of a deer running into our Jeep.. While not on our insurance provider list, we took it to Phil's because we knew the job would be done correctly.. Phil s Collision Center is very focused on customer service. The entire staff goes out of their way to make sure you have the best experience there. Of course, the repair was perfect, and my car was delivered a day earlier than promised. First time using Phil's Collison in the 20 years of living in Dyer. I always drove to Crown Point for collision repairs over the last 25 years of living in NW Indiana. Phil's was incredibly easy to work with. They over communicated and provided me with updates knowing some of the timeline challenges we had on my daughter's car. They did a fantastic job. Linda at the front counter was always available and super friendly and informative and Ed the GM called me several times to personally keep me updated. I highly suggest that if you are involved in a collision look no further than Phil's right off Route 30 and St. John Road. They also have thr best waiting room if that matters and it does. They take pride in their product from my personal experience. Thanks Phil's!!!

Came here to get an estimate for work to get rid of these paint marks. They quoted me over $1000. Went to an auto store and spent $35 and car looks brand new again. Always get a second opinion!

Phil s Collision Center did some warranty paint repairs to my truck. They were able to get it approved in a day when I went round and round with Ford for a year. The paint job was awesome and my truck came back cleaner than when I dropped it off.Service: PaintingService: Painting
