I started off having a great experience! However INTEGRITY is a big word for some. I drive 4 hours in to lock in a deal only to be sent away with a car with no fluids, oil, brake, transmission. They washed the car cleaned it up but didn t service under the hood. Yes I m the victim of being a woman who don t know much about cars. I trusted our salesman who was all smiles until he got my money. The lesson here is I m trying to teach my 20 year old integrity and how to speak up and stand up for herself. I m also teaching her the value of her dollar. It takes zero minutes to have humanity and compassion. If I call you 100 times about something u didn t do right it s your job to satisfy your customer and get the job done. We purchased a 2018 Hyundai Sonata the key fob does not work the dealership (Huundai) wants $600 for key fob while she s locked out of her car on campus. I myself have called mechanic Danny whom we have been dealing with since the car started acting up because of lack of maintenance maintenance that s wasn t our responsibility in the first place so you get no pat on the back for doing your job all cars should have oil changes and fluids flushed and checked before selling them especially if ur a reputable dealership. Might I add I came here off a referral so I m thinking I would get good business. Well naw if you don t want to be handled or fast talked I suggest you find another dealer. They almost don t wanna hear when they wrong u will be rushed off the phone or calls just screened and not answered. I m left with the bill of rotors now rotors wear and tear over time how is it that she my daughter or myself have to pay for rotors . Damn I m thinking to myself needing to be changed and now a key fob that s should come with the car because u can t use the car without a key right I mean it can t start or unlock without a key ws handled by off duty guy who rushed programming the key and then was told I needed to apologize if I wanted to get my key made for car I will be contacting BBB I m a business owner myself and I STAND ON BUSINESS AS I EXPECT ANYONE TAKING CONSUMERS MONEY STOP TOLERATING THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR BECAUSE there is a need. My young adult daughter needing a car to get back and forth to college got us here stuck with what s a possible lemon and paying high interest and car notes for a car we ve been paying to repair since we had it. Again INTEGRITY IS A BIG WORD FOR SOME. Oh and yes the mechanic Danny complied for as long as he could continue answering the phone. I will be filing suit it s the only way to lead by example!!!!!! I give this business thumbs down the salesman as well what could have been a great turn out is seeming to be a nightmareA very disappointed CUSTOMER

I bought a car from this auto company in December 2023. It is now February 2024 and I need major repairs like a CV shaft and a Motor mount. My car leaks oil, and I m constantly coming out of pocket for repairs. This experience has been horrible and this is my FIRST time leasing a car. Im stuck with thousands of dollars to pay the car off with a $500 car note.
