I had a real good experience buying my XJ at Napleton! I checked their inventory on-line and they had the car i wanted. When I called I was directed to a random sales guy named Brandon. I live an hour and twenty minutes from the dealership so i was a little hesitant making the trip to see the car. After talking to the sales guy I felt he was being straight forward on the phone so I made the trip. I had done my homework and I knew what i wanted for my trade-in and I knew what i wanted to pay for the new car. When i got there the car was clean, drove great so we cut the deal and i bought the car. What sold me on the dealership is what happened next! While driving to work the next day i realized that the Blind Spot Indicators weren't working properly. I called my sales guy that morning, he had someone from the service department meet me with a loaner car, they fixed the problem and delivered my car back to me the next day! In my mind that's the sign of a great dealership! They could have easily said "drop the car off and we will take care of it", but they knew i lived far away and they made it convenient for me, not them! I was very impressed!

Always a pleasant experience. I have a Mercedes and a Jaguar and I service them both at their location. I cannot speak enough how highly trained are the technicians and how good the front desk people are at helping you all the time. Every time my car was in service I had a brand new model as a loaner.The repairs were done quick and with excellent warranty. Always a pleasant experience, highly recommended!

We were greeted immediately after walking through the door by Larry Jr.; he was very enthusiastic and helpful with our questions about the Jaguar F Type convertible. We then went to the Chicago auto show to determine if this would be the right car for us. In the process of our due diligence, we saw our car listed as an internet special and decided to return for a second look.On our next visit to dealership, we were greeted by Dan, and subsequently Brandon. Both of which were extremely honest, and easy to work with. There was zero pressure; really just a few people engaging in enthusiastic conversation about a great car. After approximately 20 minutes of discussion about incentives, we made a cash purchase on the car.Larry, Dan, and Brandon could not have made this experience any easier. My siblings have purchased their Mercedes at this location, and the entire family frequents the dealership for their service department. On behalf of our family, I feel implored to say thank you for a job well done. To everyone that helped us with the quick and painless purchase; we really appreciate the experience. I will definitely buy my next car Napleton. The culmination of a great team and product offering cannot be beat. Thanks everyone!!The process could not have been more simple or refined.

I've been to this dealship twice for service and I have been less than satisfied with the service, both times. The last time being a 4month service with no excuse on why it would take so long. On top of the car is still not fixed. I'll never get service here again, I'll tell you that. Currently getting appointment with another jaguar dealership. Much further but it has to get better than Jaguar of Schererville. Thumbs down from me.

Very disappointed, it was my first visit to this dealer. I went in to get a simple oil change and things did not go smoothly. After i went to pick up my car and i got out onto the road, i noticed a lot of noise and when i pulled over and looked under i saw that the plastic on the bottom of the car was not bolted on so it was dragging on the road. This was not the thing that i had a big issue with. My big problem was the way the dealership treated this problem. I went back immediately and it was too late in the day to do anything about it and the guy i spoke with basically said nothing can be done today, come back tomorrow. I couldn't come back tomorrow because i had to go out of town early in the morning. He said the supervisor will me first thing in the morning to discuss it further and to discuss getting a refund because now i had to go home and figure out how to lift the front half of the car up and somehow fasten the plastic that was hanging down because i had the long trip the next day and i was taking the car. After an hour and a half at home, i managed to rig it to hold up for the weekend. The supervisor called me 3 days later, not the next day. He was very short and brief with me as if he was trying to get me off the phone as quick as possible and just said come in any time before 5 and we will get it fixed in a couple of minutes. Being that i work in the city and i get off work at 5, i had to find somebody who could take my car in. After i found somebody willing to take my car in when they got off work, the problems did not stop. They got to the service at 5:03 (thats when he called me from the dealership) and was told that they close at 5 and they can't do it today. He pointed out that on the door it says they are open until 6 and the guy told him we don't take in cars after 5 o'clock even though this was only a 5 minute fix that needed to be done due to their error in the first place. On top of it all, the person that works in service told my cousin who took the car in that he doesn't know who he spoke with and that he has no idea what the situation is and that he just can't do it because he was literally 2 minutes late for a 5 minute fix...

Sold us a new Jaguar.On pickup car was damaged, scratched, was not washed and had sand all over.Had to wait 2 hours before a poor detail job was done. Damaged headlight in the process.Dealer does not want to resolve the issues.Stay away. They are dishonest.

I waited TWO to three months for an appointment for my vehicle to be worked on. Once I finally get my vehicle to be serviced, I was told that they could not service my vehicle today. No one never called me nor left a message about my service being canceled.I have paid a lot of money to have my vehicle service here and this is the type of service I recieved.Don't take your vehicle here for service unless you have time and money to waist.Horrible service here.

I recently purchased a XJ, love this car. Went for a weekend out of town and lost the key. Service ordered and programmed the key to car - works great. Not much awaiting time, either. NO COST. Great service and parts departments.

Napleton Jaguar is the one to go to! No empty promises...what they tell you, is what you can expect! Superb professional handling of a sale! Joey D. and Dan A....you're the best! This is my second car from Napleton and I will most likely return for the third. See these guys first!!

My customer requested my tow company to return his jaguar from napelton jaguar of schererville ,when my driver arrived the customer stated it's beautiful but. ITS NOT MINE . When I contacted the dealership I spoke to joe.in the service dept. I told him my driver is returning the WRONG JAGUAR , Joe told me he couldn't pay for his mistake until the following week , I then offered to accept a check still no . I told Joe that I needed to get off the phone with him and stop my driver,. Then Joe threatens to call the police if I didn't return the WRONG JAGUAR. So I called my driver and told him to unload the WRONG JAGUAR back into my customers driveway . Then Joe decided to call my customer and bad mouth me while my driver was present unloading the WRONG JAGUAR again. So if you own a beautiful orange jaguar. It's not at napelton jaguar of schererville where you left it . Someone else has it until next week when Joe can pay for for his mistake

The Jaguar dealership is fantastic! Great selection of vehicles, and a great sales staff.Brandon and Greg Chip are especially exceptional.I've looked at many of the Jaguar dealerships over the years, and can say that in my experience, this is the best.

Great people to work with, found the exact make, color and options I was seeking. Brought the car in from New Jersey. When I arrived to pick up the new car, all of the paperwork was ready and I was gone in less than an hour.
