I always have a good experience when I go to NAPA. The one in Schererville Indiana off of route 41 almost always has what I need in stock. If they don't have it, they will usually get it in stock the next day from a neighboring store. The quality of the parts is excellent and most are made in the USA! The staff is always helpful.

There is a reason to go to Napa instead of the other parts places. Theses guys know what they are doing. Great service, and good advice if you need it. They stand behind warranties, so make it easier on them and have your receipts.

I understand that sometimes we can t find parts for our vehicles, however it s frustrating when you try to ask questions and they are rude. Don t like it! I won t come again.

Always better parts, better service knowledge, and if you need specialized service on your vehicle they refer your to the best in the area. Always helpful and knowledgeable. Way better then the competition.

Schererville staff are awesome. Decent prices and take time with you which is hard to come by in this day and age.

Staff very helpful in helping me diagnose the problem with my vehicle. Very knowledgeable about unseen problems . Took time to help with what needed to be done to correct the problem.

Supposed to open at 8am but when I arrived at 8:20 they still weren t open. Luckily autozone is down the street and they open on time.
