I noticed my hood was bubbling on my van, I was extremely upset since it's brand new. I took it here to get a quote as it's not under my warranty, and Larry took awesome care of me. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and put my mind at ease about the whole thing. Not to mention the paint job looks terrific and didn't cost me and arm and a leg! Definitely recommend! I'll be coming back with all my car painting needs!

Went to see about a huge scratch on my car, that I thought would take a whole lot of money and time to repair. The owner there took a look at it and said that he could repair it right then and took about 15 minutes and it looks marvelous I was so happy and grateful. They are awesome!!!!!

Had to go back 3 more times to get the van fixed. The 4 th time they installed the right part and charged me for the new part and the part that did not fit the first 3 times . I will not go there again .

Overall it was a good experience. They ordered a used bumper when it came in it was garbage they called immediately and told me the situation. Unfortunately a new one is on back order with no official date so I had them repair mine if I don t know it was repaired I wouldn t of known.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. I ve had a previous vehicle fixed here with no issue. So I didn t hesitate to return when I was rear ended. Yet this time the experience has been horrible. Going on 3 months and I still do not have my vehicle back. I ve called numerous times and I am constantly given a different time estimate and status of vehicle. I call and I m told work is done and then when I call back about picking up, the same work that was supposedly complete hasn t been done yet. I ve been told my car would be ready in 2-3 days maybe 4 times. So far that 2-3 days has turned into 3 weeks (and counting since I still don t have it). Hopefully there s no other reason to have another vehicle repaired but if I do I definitely will not be returning here.Update: it has been an additional TWO weeks and the vehicle still isn t ready. I was told 5 days ago that the last part had arrived and car would be ready on Wednesday. It is now Friday and the vehicle still isn t ready and now I m being told that that part was not delivered on Monday and that they actually just got it today. This place is full of lies. They don t even deserve to be paid.

I loved how they handled me with my insurance claim. I was able to watch the progress of the lengthy repair. The only problem is the new side looks better than the other side. This is a compliment. This maaco did an excellent job with my wife's BMW. They fixed all the imperfections on the body of the car. I had a complete color change and it came out beautifully. I would highly recommend this Maaco. They also installed some aftermarket LED lights I purchased for the tail lights. Everything came out great. I'm bringing the car back in a few weeks to have a new grill installed. Larry is the guy who helped us put our dream ride together.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Hi. This location painted my hood. I forgot his name but he used to work at carmax he told me. He was so knowledgeable about my car. Most of all my paint was coming off my hood. My car is a ford edge. This was a defect or something with ford. But ford wouldn t fix. I called Ford they even mentioned that it was noted that many people had this issue. I went to a few places because i always get like 3 or more estimates before i choose a place. The other places were saying that my hood was after market. Or my car was in an accident. And that they didnt paint it correctly. But it was never in a accident. It was fords issues. So i went to maaco and the maaco guy knew exactly where to look and know it was not after market and said it was a ford issue. The other places what was cheaper but not professional and i felt like they werent knowledgeable or trustworthy. So i went to maaco. I would pay more to make sure it is done right They had great customer service. It was done quickly two days. And they have a 5 year warranty which is great. I felt so confident that is was going to be done right. Would go to them again if needed. Also they have a lock box to leave ur car after hours which helped alot! Cuz it was hard for me to get a ride. Thanks Maaco in Schererville!!Service: Painting

Got work done on my vehicle nothing complicated and wasn t satisfied just beware if you want good job done I m no means picky but certain things should be taken care of that was already explained an it wasn t. Customer service was professional.

They repaired my hood They did an awesome job That was very last minute & had no problem getting me right in and fixing my problem Can t say enough good things Customer service was great And a huge thank you to AP he was very professional and just all around good guy . The people who run this body shop should get training in customer service - no good manners, not even good morning when you step into their office, and I am speaking specifically of the so-called manager AP. The job I had them do was just as bad. I had a door handle painted and installed on my vehicle, and they only painted one part and kept the cap from the old door handle and said nothing when I picked up my car. I had to go back to the next day to claim my new cap, and I had to ask them to install it and give me back my old one - not sure why someone would do that in the first place, unless they wanted to sell the part. The paint job was also mangled, and they tried to fix it, the second day but it was just a waste of my time. Please go somewhere else for work on your vehicle and avoid this place at all cost!Service: Painting

The car looks fantastic. A whole new paint job and repair. The guy said he couldn't make it look new. I guess he lied. It looks brand new. But now I have to see how it holds up, but this isn't the first time Maaco has refreshed my vehicles. My last car they gave me a complete transition and it held until I trained it. So I'll give five stars. The price was reasonable.

I'm very, very happy with the work these guys did. My Impala SS looks brand new again! Jeff Lee was very honest and up-front about pricing and different levels of coverage. I also made it known that the vehicle had a lot of sentimental value to me and I was willing to spend the money for quality. The rental car I was able to get on-site was an added bonus...I only gave four stars just because there's always room for improvement. I highly recommend them, and will be stopping by again for my next paint job. I am impressed!

I appreciate how the staff worked with me handling my elderly father. They worked with me with his tight scheduling due to his bad health. The shop did work on his bumper which was outstanding. The price was far for the type of work that needed to be done. The bottom line I would recommend there service. Nice work!

I recently took in my Lexus to get the rear bumper repaired and AP helped me make my car look brand new again. AP was very helpful in giving me an estimate and taking me through the whole process. I am very pleased with the results and the professional service that their team provided. They had a fast turn around time and great prices compared to other places. The quality of work is amazing!

I was told 10 days at the most and did6 get it til day 18 while I was being charged everyday for a rental car, reimbursement for a few of those days would be nice, but my car came out looking real good so I am happy with the car but not the waitServices: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I was very disappointed with my experience. Patel really wasn't interested in fixing my car. First, he told me that he didn't think he could get the door that I needed. I got the door myself. You're telling me that I can get a part that a supposed professional can't get? Then, he stated that a dent could not be straightened. It's in the process of being done currently. And, for a lot less money than Patel quoted. I won't go back!

The service at this particular Maaco was excellent the Sales person Mark was very knowledgeable and wrote a very detailed description and estimate. I took my 2012 Dodge Charger on Thursday October 28th for Repair. My vehicle was sideswiped

Took my car to Maaco & another business for a quote, after receiving both it was a easy chose due to the huge price difference. Maaco was able to make the repair for much less! My repairs took half the time I was told, looked way better then I thought it would and the guest service was amazing. I will work with this company again and will inform others of their great service. A.P. was my rep and he was amazing!!!

Went to pick up vehicle but there was several problems so we left it for them to correct. Came back second time and was not perfect but I accepted it because they already had it for three weeks and it looked ok. Next day notice bumper was still misaligned. Then it rained, I had water getting in the vehicle and tail light. The only good thing that I am happy about is at least my vehicle smells new on the inside still.

Kept my vehicle for almost 6 months due to a parts shortage (which I can forgive) but when I got it back, dash said it still required service and wound up having to send it out to Illinois to figure out

I took my vehicle in for a bumper and quarter panel repair. It took them 3 tries to make this right. They tried to sell me on the first two times when the bumper had waves in it and didn t match up with the quarter panel. Said it looks perfect! I refused. Then they ended up fixing it, said it was perfect again! Looked even worse! Not to mention the paint was on my trim and all over in places it wasn t supposed to be. The third time they did it, they got it somewhat better except that now there are dirt particles all under my paint and still paint in places it s not supposed to be. There are paint drips and there are rough spots! I will never take a vehicle there again. It looks like a 12 year old painted it, as a practice vehicle. I m so dissatisfied and disappointed
