I ve been here a few times before but today was especially good! Went in for a quick oil change today and Riley took great care of me! He recommended additional services that I needed and really took the time to explain everything. I ll definitely be back and asking for him! Thanks Riley!

I come here often this time was somewhat better than the last thanks to my man Riley. He was awesome. Will continue to bring my cars here, I especially love the free car wash after the service thank you Drive & Shine.

First time here. I work down the street and decided to come in. Riley greeted me as soon as I pulled up and did a great job. Great experience I will be coming back and making them my reg place for my oil change! Thank you!

Riley Danny, and Aiden did my oil change and they were so polite, friendly, and FAST! Like, I would never ask for the names of the dudes at an oil change place so I could write a review but they really stood out! Give em a raise drive & shine!

Quick service. Team member Eli was very polite knowledgeable. Offered other services for my car and was not aggressively pushy about it like other places. I've been coming here since 2017 and will continue to come here in the future.

Long story short, the engine of my car is shot and I m stuck 500 miles away from home because of Drive and Shine. I ve tried contacting the store manager Dylan who had the district manager Michael Hillman reach out to me who did NOT help at all. After about 5 emails back and forth he simply quit responding. I ve attached photos of the issue, the last time I came in for an oil change the lube tech simply shoved a new oil filter up into the top of a previous oil filter. After a certified mechanic checked it out, he said it was shoved in there so tight it created a seal strong enough to allow me to drive away but eventually keep the oil from reaching the engine and causing the engine to seize meaning Drive and Shine is the SOLE reason my vehicle is undrivable. I offered a peaceful solution to Michael before turning to litigation and posting about my experience yet he has chosen not to respond. That being said I HIGHLY recommend NO ONE uses Drive and Shine for their oil change needs. The first photo shows the extra oil filter top stuck up in the oil housing, the second photo is the warped and cracked top of the whole filter (we ripped it apart, but put it back together with a zip tie), the third and fourth photos are of the whole oil filter zip tied back together and you can see the second oil filter top in the background on the box still.Service: Oil change

Needed air in my front tire. Car wash attendant asked me to go to the oil change door after my car wash. After pulling up, Daniel had me pull in and he filled my tire. He was very professional and helpful. Nice!

When I came everyone that greeted me was very nice and helpful, Riley was super amazing and was great with communicating with me. Love it here they have amazing service! Eli was also great as well, two amazing employees!!!

I'm done with waiting 2+ hours at the dealership for my oil changes! This was the most painless oil change I've been through, and I love that they offer additional maintenance services. I'll be bringing my cars here for the foreseeable future. I was able to get an oil change, tire air refill, and car wash all in less than 45 minutes. Riley was great, he answered all of my questions and provided excellent customer service. Top tier!

I love Drive & Shine! I've taken over a dozen cars here each multiple times over the years from various manufacturers, domestic and foreign and never had an issue with their service. Their mechanics are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The service is quick and easy and I've never had a long wait which is good for my busy schedule. Every car I can take here from now on I will.

A lot of benefits going to get your oil change from a location like this.It s quick, no hassle, and service is great. Both Mike and Elijah, helped me out today, and couldn t have asked for better service. When you re in a pinch and just finished dropping off the kids, but really need to get your oil change before heading to work this is the way to go.

Oil change was quick & easy, thanks to Daniel I was in & out. Everybody at this location is kind & works efficiently to get me out of there quick. At the end of each wash my car is left squeaky clean & the vacuums are super useful.

This is the only place I trust to get my oil changed! I even travel a little further since moving just to come here. I've been a loyal customer since Kevin worked and their excellent service skills have kept me coming back since. No matter who takes care of me, I always have a positive experience, they are able to answer any questions I may have, and the work is done quickly, but efficiently. This was a birthday gift! I got the Gold package. Brian greeted me with an inviting welcome & was very clear on all that would be done in this detailed package. I had 2 birthday surprises of upgrades & just couldn t believe my beautiful car, especially having the engine look like new also! Highly recommend this place! Daniel and crew were quick, thorough, and efficient. Explained all options and pricing very well. This is the best place to get any maintenance done on your vehicle in a quick orderly manner. In out in 10mins or less for a fair price.

Quick, efficient oil change. They did not try to sell me on all the extras. A free car wash comes with the oil change. Gabe and Kyle were kind and helpful and even gave my dog treats. :)

Always work with Eli for my oil changes and he is very nice! Always gets the job done and does very well at making conversation with people he services. Overall, I would definitely recommend Drive and Shine.

The crew that work at this location in the lube area are just a group of nice guys! Always helpful and great customer service. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
