Awesome experience and they did a wonderful job! It was very very very easy. I was not looking forward to any of the process of having a damaged car fixed but I didn t have to do anything but drop off and pick up. My car looks beautiful on the outside and I was surprised on how clean it was on the inside!

Everything was perfect from the moment I walked in the door. Office has a very nice decor, they offer you beverages, I was greeted with a Thomas friendly smile and a professionalism. I was updated on the progress throughout the entire time. My car looked great. Thank you again for all you do

Very helpful and friendly staff. Had a large dent in bumper. They ordered a new one and painted it ahead of time. When it was ready we dropped the van off for a few hours so they could switch them out. They will be our go to body shop when needed. Paint looks great . (Update) Ok, so we had to go back again. Someone backed into the van in a parking lot. In case you are looking for a body shop, I say go here! They are awesome. Nathan is great, very friendly! And they did an awesome job fixing the van. Kudos to the body shop guys who did the work! And a bonus to us, they cleaned the interior of it! Thanks everyone!

I had a great experience there. I came in with a minor issue and they fixed it free of charge. I don't anticipate getting into an accident that requires major body work but would recommend this business to anyone for their friendliness and professionalism.

Nathan has amazing customer service skills and kept me up to date on the status of my car. A deer hit my front bumper and it looked bad but when I got my car back, it was as if nothing happened to my car. Very friendly easy to work with they are nice people and very helpful but when it comes to quality of work with paint after first wash noticed bad swirl marks or webbing few months later no bueno. Now when it's seeing the weather there is no polish or wax on the paint so it's already starting to fade.

I had the BEST experience at CARSTAR Liss and highly recommend them! This was my first, but not my last, time with them and it was flawless. I had some scratches and damage to my brake light and the whole process was quick and easy. They were friendly and professional and the work on my car was excellent. My car was in an accident and the door was damaged. Carstar Liss did a really great job! You can't even tell that my car was hit at all and they matched the paint perfectly. My car was done sooner than the time originally quoted. Nathan is amazing! He communicated really well every step of the way about what is going on. I learned so much about how insurance claim works. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. My car looks just as new.

Despite being booked solid until February and being turned away from other body shops, Carstar of Schererville immediately looked at replacing the internal door handle mechanism at closing time, they had my car ready by noon the next day. They saw me right away for estimate (I didn't have an appointment) and within 15 min I had my price. They promised me the vehicle would be ready on a certain day and lo behold they called me that morning letting me know it's ready for pick up. When I picked up the car it was exceptionally clean. They even cleaned the interior, down to wiping my dash, center console and windows. In the world where everything is so difficult and people so dishonest this place was as easy as "1 2 3". I dealt with Nathan.

I had a car accident on New Years Day. It was traumatic.Getting your car fixed can be frightening , but. this experience was not.Bruce and Nathan and their team were honest and had a high level of integrity.They did my estimate quickly. The parts were ordered and they did the repair very fast.They gave me updates every step of the way.They were kind and made me feel safe leaving my truck with them.Having a car accident is not the most beautiful experience you can have but it helps when the people who fix the problem make you feel at ease.This was a beautiful car repair experience . I couldn't have asked for more.I would highly recommend them especially if you have a Honda or Toyota.This business will last a long time because they understand how to treat customers.Service: Body & Trim

Nathan was very patient with me, answering all of my questions about the repairs I needed. The service was excellent. My car went in broken and came out beautiful just like the first day purchased . My car looks AMAZING. I recently had my car vandalized and took it to CARSTAR Liss Auto Body in Schererville, Indiana, as was recommended by my insurance company. They did a great job on my 11 year old car - looks like new. It required almost a complete paint job. Everything was explained to me, I had the quote upfront and very quickly, and my car was ready quickly. I strongly recommend them if you have some necessary repair work.Service: Body & Trim
