As a first time BMW owner, I was thoroughly impressed with the BMW of Schererville on February 26, 2024! From the moment I walked in the door, I was immediately greeted by Anthony! He was very transparent with me as I was with him in explaining my wants and needs; he was professional, courteous, thorough with explaining the process of purchasing or leasing a vehicle and knowledgeable of BMW s vehicles and their performances. In addition, once I received confirmation of the vehicle I wanted, I signed several documents with Nick! The professionalism continued as I entered his office. Once again, very professional and thoroughly explained each document prior to me signing. I am proud to be an owner of my dream manufacturer! BMW! I am officially an owner of a 2022 X4 xDrive30i! Thank you so much BMW of Schererville! I would recommend their sales team to anyone nationwide! Ask for Anthony and Nick! They re a great team! I absolutely love my vehicle! So I came here because they had a used acura rdx that I saw online now I came here with not the most ideal situation . I wanted to get out of my range rover that was giving me nothing but issues. When I say Jeremy is the most helpful and patient sales man he got it done and got me into the rdx and out of my headache range rover. And then when I got to the end to sign all my paperwork the finance manager nick was beyond helpful and kind as well. Please give this place a try even if you're credit is challenged or your not in an ideal situation with your current vehicle. This high end dealership bmw is not all about making money they have compassion and are really honest and helpful. Thank you Schererville bmw I had an great experience with you guys!

I am so very happy with my BMW purchase. This is my first time ever at BMW of Sherrerville. The customer service was phenomenal from the time I walked in and greeted by Callie to the time I left. Everyone at this place spoke and were friendly. This is a nice overall place of business. I researched they had a lot of cars and walked in alone on a prayer and thanks to Callie and the finance manager and everyone involved down to the guy Chris who showed my all the car s functions were awesome. Everyone took so much time with me and covered all of my questions and made me feel so comfortable for my first time ever at this location. I normally wouldn t do reviews, but I recommend anyone to buy your next vehicle here! Ladies it s not intimidating at all! You can go by yourself and feel like you are well taken care of and on your way to buying your next vehicle! See Callie and she will take care of everything! Very professional and personable and you come out with the vehicle you want! Loved the whole experience! I will come here from now on and highly recommend!

Today we went in as a family of 3. Two adults, and an antsy toddler. We had the pleasure to work with Callie, who just so happened to be the PERFECT match for us. She was so accommodating, and extremely helpful. Most importantly, she LISTENED! We ve been to so many dealerships where they ve tried to put us in something so unreasonable. Today, she gave us everything we could ever ask for and then some. On top of that, the staff that did all the behind the scenes work was on top of it! Made my fianc�s first car financing something memorable and ever so seamless! We, as a family, couldn t be more happy driving out with the down payment, monthly payment, and the car of ANYONES dreams. Thank you thank you thank you! So appreciative!

My second vehicle from this team and every time the process is seamless. My advisor Anthony Williams was patient, understanding, and really went the extra mile to make sure I was beyond satisfied. I made a last minute change in my car pick and he was able to move mountains to get me the car I really want. The finance manager was awesome as well and helped me stick within my budget. Shop here if you want a smooth transaction without the stress.

Recently purchased a new vehicle from BMW of Schererville and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Our sales professional, Chris Hardaway, was awesome and truly made us feel like he cared and took excellent care of us. This was a pleasant experience. I was able to make an appointment the next day, and upon arrival my car was examined immediately. Zoe, the service associate, was great. She explained the process every step of the way, and provided me with a clear estimate of the repair costs. The repairs were completed in the time estimated and even came in under the estimate (when does that ever happen at a BMW garage?). Alas, my 328 has leaked oil from every possible orifice, at least once, and I have had to replace the radiator three times over the past three years, so I will not be purchasing another BMW. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this service center for those with more resilience.

Took my BMw M850 that was out of warranty for Oil Change and Brake Fluid Change, Service rep gave me about a $47Q quote. I had a $100 coupon so I figured at $370 I'd get it done since I was already there.After it was done, some other service rep came by with the Bill for $510 after the $100 coupon was applied.I said that's $140 over what I was quoted. To which he said the rep that did the quote made a mistake. He then was able to get it reduced by $40.Bottom line a quote of $370 turned into a bill of $470. Not a reputable business practice. Actually very shady scam like.Be careful if you come here for post warranty work. They mechanic charged more per hour than my highly trained and highly ranked heart surgeon.I did call the Service Department head who was off. Her assistant took the message and they had the service rep call me the following day. He said the management will be crediting my credit to reflect the original quote.I raised their grade from 1 to 2 because they responded with a promise of a credit.I'll consider raising it to 4 when the credit appears on my statementUpdate:Lowered the grade to 1, since they only gave me a partial Credit of $50 of the $100 over the quote they made. So I still had to pay $50 over the original quote. Again, I was scammed. Never again with this dealership. Fool me once shame on you; fool me twice shame on me.They lost any chance of me ever buying my next BMW's from them.

Anthony gives great service every time I come in. I feel safe in his hands knowing whatever issues that may arise will be dealt with in a reasonable manner. I leave the dealership happy and content, with no further questions. He is patient and willing to help with whatever questions you may have in or outside of the office.

Great experience with Sam, Justin, Chris and of course Neely!My husband and I were looking for a CPO BMW and Sam met us upon arrival and multiple test drives. We took a few hours to think about it and when we were ready they were diligent and patient as we made our purchase! Sam was knowledgeable and helpful throughout as we were deciding between two options. Justin helped us find good savings and made sure we had all the offers. Neely explained all the financial details and was very thorough with answering our questions. When we were ready for our new car, Chris jumped in and walked us through all the functions and tech since we were upgrading from a 2010 Nissan. We re so happy with our purchase and glad to be part of the BMW Family!

Berkli and Service manager Joe are two of the best people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with when it has come to car issues, of which there haven't been many. If you are on the fence about going here get off and go. You won't be disappointed! This is the absolute best experience I've had with a dealership.

My heat and defrost didn't work going into the winter season. I took my car to BMW Schererville and they did me very well. Out the door with working defrost and heat for $100 even. Thank you! Will come again.

My service advisor Asia G, and my master tech Jason M, are my go to s. Jason is my preferred tech because he not only corrects any problem with my car, but he goes the extra mile to always reach out or touch base with me regarding the issue. Jason also has a great eye for the details and often notices things that I don t, then makes any necessary corrections. Creates a great service experience. Asia also makes the service experience as seamless as any. Whether it be setting me up with a loaner, offering great options, or dealing with warranty, she gets it done. Very relatable, easy to talk to, and great to work with. I m lucky to have these two as great resources to lean on at the dealer, when my car needs attention. Thank you!

Larry and the entire team were awesome! We were driving from Chicago, IL to Nashville, TN when our right rear tire got a nail stuck in the sidewall, which ruined the tire beyond repair. Larry and his team got us a new tire installed within 30-minutes and had us back on the road headed home.Many thanks to Larry and the entire team for their excellent customer service and hospitality!

I just recently purchased a 2023 X1 from BMW of Schererville and couldn't be happier! I had been searching for months for the perfect vehicle and found this one while it was still en route to the US. I was anxious to not only reserve the vehicle while living out of state from the dealership but weeks prior to its arrival. Callie Flowers was so helpful in answering all my questions before the vehicle arrived, while I was at the dealership making the final purchase and even since I have taken the vehicle home. Nick with the finance department was also very helpful in guiding me through the process prior to and on the day of purchase. I'm also very thankful for Hector, the genius, for getting me set up and his instructions on the vehicles functions. I would definitely recommend BMW of Schererville for your next vehicle purchase.
