Parts Department: I just wanted to pay a compliment regarding your parts department. I was working with both Mike and Scott and I have to say they were the most helpful and peasant people I believe I have ever done business with. I will also add that Sophia in the cashiers office was very nice as well. Kudos!

I thought taking my BMW to the BMW shop would be the best option even though they are a little more expensive than their competitors. Boy was I wrong. They have no idea what they re doing and will intentionally mess your car up to keep you coming back. Stay far away from this place if you can. Better off going to a mom and pop place over this place.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Transmission replacement, Transmission repair, Brakes, Auto tire replacement, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Every time you take the bmw into Schererville Dealership for repairs, the vehicle is overly priced AND the find a way to break something. Furthermore, when your vehicle is finished being repaired something else goes terribly wrong where as it needs to be repaired a couple of weeks later. DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING BUT SNACKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst dealership and repair service!
