Fantasticly quick. I went to 2 other places to get the battery in my key fob replaced, and it came out broken, but they found the issue and resolved it in minutes.

This was the fifth retailer that I checked while trying to purchase a car battery. It was for a vehicle were the installation was very difficult. I think due to this your standard auto supply store and big box retailer limit the availability. It was either a very very cheap battery or an extremely expensive one. On a whim I investigated batteries plus.They offered the battery at the price point I was looking for and with what I perceive as being a quality battery. Time will tell on that point.I'm happy and surprised by my purchase. When I first started looking for a replacement battery I did not see myself walking through a battery plus retailer doorway, ever. Actually it was 6 retailers if you consider Amazon.Thank you Batteries Plus, You had the right car battery, at the right price, when I needed it.

Superb customer service and prices are phenomenal. My order was ready before anticipated and the lady/manager and the staff (J) were curteous and friendly and quite helpful. I would definitely be coming back to support in the future. I definitely prefer this place over autozone, advance auto parts, O Reily s and other battery selling companies including Walmart. Thanks for all the nice experience. Maybe will bring some bakery treats back as a thank you.

This is my go to store for batteries. I know they will have what I need. I know I will get expert help if I do not know what I need. Ilove having a go-to store knowing they will have what I need. They even had AAA rechargeable Ni MH batteries.

An old woman there said both my cell phone screen and port were broken. NOT true! They had set my screen to dark. She lied that my screen was broken. It just needed replacement. My port was charging fine. BEST BUY SAMSUNG REP. later reset my screen to light. Just needed a new battery. The old woman who repairs cells told me repairs needed 5 days to get new screen, and she needed 2 hours to repair, AND she did NOT want me to sit in the store to wait. She said she did not want me 9n top of her head. RIGHT! Because all my phone needed was a battery. She told me close to $500. FINALLY WENT TO MUNSTER WIRELESS. HONEST OWNER, changed battery. Threw in for FREE a glass screen protector. FAST SERVICE ON THE SPOT. EVERYTHING DONE WAS IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER for something like $60.

Went in to get my IPhone 7Plus Screen fixed and met Jody. She did a great job! Phone works great! I would recommend anyone to go here. I would go to their website and set an appointment up that way they're prepared for you.

I brought in a samsung galaxy s6 that needed repair one week ago. I thought it needed a battery replacement since my phone wouldn't turn on. I come back an hour later and was told the battery wasn't the issue but was the screen that needed replacement. I was told to think about it because they would have to order the screen and it would take one week to get. I left to think about it and called later that day to have them order the screen.Last night I came in to get my screen replaced. The end result was that the screen wasn't the issue. So I was then told I still had to pay for the screen. The associate was kind enough to deduct $20 but I'm honestly disappointed. I ended up paying $193.99 for a screen that didn't fix my phone. Anyone would be upset paying that much especially when I was told the screen was the reason why my phone wouldn't turn on.I spoke to the manager today and she explained to me why I was forced to pay for the screen and she explained that the screens don't survive after being removed which I didn't know. That piece of information would definitely have been helpful before I made my decision of allowing them to order and replace the screen. No store associate even mentioned that. Had I known that I wouldn't have bothered gambling my money. Also, it doesn't make any sense for me having to pay so much especially when the store associate said the screen was the problem.No disrespect here. I know everyone at the store are nice and welcoming people but this is unethical for me. I know your employee did his best to fix my phone but you should definitely understand my side. I was never told that replacing screens would result to forcing me to pay the screen because they get damaged upon removal. Next time you help other customers, at least tell them all the information and details they need to know.

I had a fob installed and the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful along with a new young man employee. I was able to use the store coupons and saved half of what dealers charge. Thank you for your great service.

Very satisfied with my visit to this batteries plus bulbs location. We came in with a cracked screen and Jodi was very helpful/personable. They gave us an exact time estimate of when it would be fixed, so we went next door to a good burger place called Burgerhaus, came back and everything was ready to go. Service efficient and friendly. Would definitely keep giving them my business

How can this store stay in business when they don't follow up or follow through with a customer?First I was told they could get my phone screen from another store. I waited 2 weeks no answer, called back and they said they were unable to get it but I could order one.I ordered one. They were to have it in 5 days. i waited 7, no call back. I called them and they said they were having trouble with getting shipments on time. It would be a few more days.I still haven't heard anything. In the meantime I ordered a new screen from the store in Bradley Ill. They received the screen in 2 days and installed it for significantly less.Apparently, whoever owns the Schereville store has no clue what customer service is. I imagine that store should be closing in the near future.

Awesome customer service, reasonable prices "and" military discount with no hassle. Went in to purchase a battery for the Hog and walked out with mobile camping lights that zap mosquitoes and of course the juice. Vrooom vrooom my baby turned right over... There are "now open" signs because google maps places you in the area but look to the right its sitting right there. The manager is straightforward and helpful. Great experience. MGySgt, USMC, ret.

Took my phone in on July 8 to get battery replaced. Returned a little over an hour later to have the lady working tell me the battery they had was defective and she had another battery on it's way after hours, I told her no worries I could come back the following day. Returned the following day, dropped my phone off and came back an hour later to have the young man explain to me my finger print sensor didnt work, asked if I had it worked on before because the wire was severed. I said never they were the only ones to ever work on my phone, he said he was going to call me later in the day after he spoke to the last person to work on it when she came in. I called the following day to have him explain they were going to order my part asap and let me know when it comes in. Here we are a month later and not even a courtesy call. Never again will I spend another dime with this company.

My husband got his iPhone screen fixed here. There was something slightly off with the screen and it got worse within a week. We went on vacation right away so we couldn t bring it back in until we got back. I was worried with the negative reviews that they wouldn t rectify the problem. But Alex was great! He helped me no problem and explained the issue. Now the phone is working great! Thank you Alex!

I was really disappointed with my experience today. So annoyed. I went to the store first thing this morning because an electrician was coming to my house within the hour. The store was supposed to be opened at 8am and I sat in the parking lot until 8:30 when a worker opened up the store. He commented that he was the manager and someone should have been here to open the store ... his apology was minimal. I got what I came for but left with a sour taste in my mouth after my less than prompt experience

Needed lithium batteries for a solar table lamp. On 6/7 store was out of stock but truck comes in on Tuesdays. Left my name and number to be contacted the following week when next order would arrive. Did not receive a call. Went back into store on 6/14 only to be told that they had received a shipment but sold them out! Not happy with no answer as to why I didn't get a call but "pre-ordered" and paid for 2 packages and promised the batteries would be in the following week. Never received a call so on 6/22 I called the store and spoke with Arthur. He stated that the truck was coming later that day and he would call me. Did not receive a call so I called the store on 6/26 and was told the order would be in the following day and I could pick them up. On 6/27 I went in to the store and spoke with the new manager, Jody. She looked everywhere for the batteries and was not able to locate them. I was very frustrated and spoke at length with Jody about the miscommunication and empty promises. She was very apologetic and went out of her way to find the batteries for me. She picked up one package from a store in Illinois and promised me that the other package would be in the following week. I did receive a call from Jody when the 2nd package came in. Jody is the reason I would give Batteries Plus Bulbs store another chance. Until she took over as the manager that store was run very inefficiently. She should be commended for going above and beyond to satisfy and customer who will now, because of her, be a repeat customer.

Tried to buy a auto battery online to save 10%. A very difficult process enter the advertised code.... no discount. Try again. No discount. Wasted ten minutes trying this stupid and cumbersome process. I was in the store. They wouldn t/couldn t give me the discount. I feel cheated out of 10% discount about $14. No offer by employees to help/make good.

Great and friendly customer service along with FAST workmanship.My old Galaxy S7 now works like new with new battery replaced from BPB.It took 1 and half hour to replace it without single scratch.

Girlfriend came into the store Friday to get iPhone 7 screen fixed. $150 spent and the entire top of the screen doesn t work. They do not offer warranties this was a complete waste of money will never come back. I recommend anybody that needs iPhone repairs do yourself a favor and just go to Apple.

May 25th, I picked up my son from his last day of school in Highland, IN on my Harley. I live in Chicago Ridge, IL. I had bought a Duracell motorcycle battery for my bike in August from the Oak Lawn location on 95th.. My scoot broke down cause the battery took a s*** on Calumet Ave exit off 80/94. Once I diagnosed my issue, I knew it was the battery and I brought it into this location. This store is under new management by a woman named Jodie Conover. Jodie s store is a franchise store.. she couldn t look up my Oak Lawn purchase because Oak Lawn is a corporate store. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get all the information from the Oak Lawn store to honor my warranty and get my son and I back on the road. I cannot tell you how hard I am to please and how hard I can sometimes be to people (because I m an angry midget). By the time I left the store, I had to refrain myself from giving her a huge hug. She even stayed after 20 minutes or so past closing to help me get back on the road and get my son back home. Jodie, if you read this, my family is very appreciative of your efforts to get me home promptly and safely. You are a true blessing from God and yesterday, you were my angel. Thank you so much!! From what I understand, this store is under new management by you? Well they chose a top notch professional and I don t think they could have done better. While looking at past reviews, I noticed they are from a timeframe when it was under old management. I ask anyone who reads this and goes to this location, to come here and give your review. Jodie is working hard to turn this place around. What she had to do to get me taken care of took a bit of time because of the nature of my issue and original purchase. Please help reflect her hard work in solidifying the integrity of this location by giving the highest rating from your experience so it can be reflected by Google properly. Thanks again Jodie, and know that if you need anything and I can help, I will without hesitation. I consider you to be like family to me. Even some of my friends wouldn t have worked as hard as you did for me. They would ve made me leave my $15,000 bike on the side of the road until the next day when I could get to Oak Lawn to replace it (I guess I need better friends lol). My iPhone screen broke and I didn't want to go all the way to the Apple Store.I had my screen fixed here instead, and after the new screen went in, the home button would not work.They refused to admit that it wasn't done right, and told me they couldn't "verify" that the home button was working before, and made me pay for the screen. They told me I would have to pay or leave with a phone with no screen.I ended up going to the Apple Store a week later, and had to pay for another new screen.I found out there is a calibration that needs to be done on new iPhones after the screen is put on that batteriesplus obviously had no idea how to do or even that it needed to be done.So instead, battles plus just made me pay for a service that failed.Please do not go to batteries plus if you need a screen on your iPhone. They will rip you off.UPDATE:Yeah they are real sorry, and they're gonna train themselves now, but I'm still out the $200 they demanded for shoddy work. No word on even a partial refund or anything. Just take your money and run.

Bought a replacement battery for note 4 after 2 bought from amazon were useless. Employee was very knowledgeable and completely answered all questions I had. Battery even has lifetime warranty! Going to buy all my batteries that I need, from daughters power wheel to key fob batteries.

I went in to replace a cracked screen on a Samsung Galaxy S8+ that had no issues outside of a cracked screen that had been cracked for several months. I was quoted a price and told when it would be available for pick up. When I went in to pick it up the associate informed me that my battery needed to be replaced because it had overheated and swelled. When he gave me back my phone the back case didn't close and the adhesive he used did not seal and I had a huge gap that you could stick a pencil in. Without me placing into a case, the internal phone components were exposed. I use a good case because I work at the mill, so I figured this wouldn't be the end of the world. Boy, was I wrong. As soon as I got it home, the display immediately started flipping flickering in and out. I assumed this was due to the battery and the case being half exposed, so I took it back soon thereafter to get a new battery. I had them replace the battery and now I'm invested $300+ in this phone, so now I'm praying that it will be okay. The phone was not okay and made it about another week before the screen would not light back up and when I took it the store, I was told that there may have been some board damage or that the backlight may have gone out and the manager would do nothing. Corporate was more of the same and so now I have a brand new phone that I didn't want to purchase and a Samsung Galaxy S8+ paperweight. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AND ALL BATTERIES PLUS BULBS STORES. Management and Corporate didn't do anything to resolve this issue outside of telling me they would try a new screen full well knowing that through their malfeasance and poor quality repair work that it would do no good because the screen wasn't the issue. I wish I had paid attention to the multiple reviews slamming this location for it's poor repair and service.TL:DR BATTERIES PLUS BULBS DOESN'T DO GOOD WORK AND WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK REGARDLESS. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

Would recommend this Batteries Plus to anyone! The staff is beyond helpful and extremely kind. Terrell is one of the kindest people I've met and really goes above and beyond to help you. This is the only place I plan on going to for my batteries. Thank you Terrell and also Mario for everything!
