Very disappointed! Asked for help for oil change supplies. The clerk decided to first answer the phone first and I was standing there for 10 minutes. Ok fine....maybe callers are more important. He finally calls on me and proceeds toilet me know hwta I need. Fair enough. I go to the parts and start looking for what he advised. Wasted another 5 or to ten minutes looking for the parts. Then I approached him and ask if it was even in stock? He says he doesn't know to just go look! Ugh! He is definitely retired and does this for extra income. He's not what I always thought of autozone. Normally these folks are extremely helpful. So now I'm going across the street to Advance Auto and they can take my business. Shame on you autozone for hiring folks who couldn't care less of customers.

Bought a couple batteries lately,Every time temperature drops to 32�f batteries drain and have to recharge, once truck was drove at 6am, by 6pm battery was deadI check my truck for any amps drop and nothing, took my truck to autozone they told me battery is goo and can't return my money back, I went to O'Reilly and bought a $220 battery, and place the autozone battery in my garageat 60�f , I fully charge it and place it out side at 10�f temperatures and with 6 hours charge drop from 100% to 60% , took the battery back to autozone and a big deal to get my money back, but I got the money back, I told the manager to explain me how that happened, and she couldn't say nothing, all she said was the battery reads good , you keep buying parts , that's how much I used to trust autozone parts,I have another battery with the same problem,I had bought a cv axle 1 week later broke and got a replacement at autozone, been good,Bought a cv axle for my Nissan and start to make a cracking noise when I place the trans on D or R ,Bought a wheel bearing for bmw , torque to specification and 1 week later bad, got a exchange and same , 3rd one same, got a used one and been 10 months no problem,Recently bought a wheel bearing hub , installed and 3 light related to the sensor light up,Don't buy batteries, I spoke to some shops arround the area and told me the have same problem and to stay away from autozone parts,I start to buy parts from competitors and hopefully this end my bad experience with bad parts

After spending hours driving around to various competitor brands trying to find a solution to my loose battery connector I finally ended up in this Auto Zone, and Nate was able to help with my problem and have me on my way in ten minutes! I ll come to this store first from now on. Thanks Nate!!

Excellent location for autozone. This location always seems to have the parts in-stock that my local autozone in demotte doesn't. Nice store with friendly employees. If you need some auto parts and you like autozone I would recommend this location

There is a young man named Darko, that helped me in store. He was very friendly quick and efficient. I enjoyed my visit immensely. I didn t have to compete for his attention or deal with and attitude. They need more workers like Darko in the workforce. Good job young man!

I had a great experience that this schererville, Indiana AutoZone location. To make a long story short today I discovered my break lights were out so I went to Auto zone to see if it just needed bulbs or if it needed fuses . Two young men Ricky and Darko were very accommodating. They were able to change my bulbs and get the job done , Im very grateful and appreciative of their great service. I wasn t expecting to get the great service that I did and I am so grateful.I wish that I could have been able to tip them for there helping me . But they re not allowed to take tips . Thanks again ! Went in store on Hwy 41 Sunday afternoon to have battery checked on my Q40. A young man helped me out his name is Rod. He said battery was bad a dead cell. So I bought a new battery and Rod got me a great deal and also installed the new battery in less than an hour. Auto zone and Rod you guys are great. Great Service and wonderful people. Highly recommend! Thank You for your help.

Darko was awesome and helpful. I needed a new headlight bulb and I called in advance. When I arrived at the store, he showed me the options to choose from and assisted me with changing it out. I hope you guys give him a raise because he definitely went above and beyond and was so kind! Thanks Darko!

Wow customer service nightmare. Rodney Jones terrible interaction. Go in for a set of lug nuts, gentleman starts showing me pictures, as for him to show actual product. Wanted to do nothing and stand behind computer. 10/10 will not shop here again. Would highly recommend going to there neighbors advance auto

The store itself deserves a five the manager and employees are great but the computer system still tells you stuff like Apartments there and I myself travel like 20 miles out here and the part wasn't even there so I don't know has been notorious for doing this since I could remember it is not just in Indiana he's everywhere. You know if you live out here it's great but if you do not don't trust the computer have them go actually find the part before you drive all the way out here or any of them.

I asked an African American man who works there about Heet for the car. He said yeah you just put it in, anything else you need to know you can look up online. Then I said thanks ( sarcastically) and he says have a happy holiday. So I left and went across to advance auto and the man there was much more helpful and did explain in much more detail how and what it's for. Maybe the guy at auto zone should learn customer service or be more helpful to women.

By far the best customer service I have had throughout any other auto parts locations. Specifically Darco the parts specialist. Very kind and patient everytime I go there! Wish there were more employees like him. Thank you for the great experience, keep up the good work!

I went to the Schererville Store right before Christmas for Brake fluid, and again this past week for a battery replacement on my 2012 Equinox. Each time, Nate was very professional and kind, going the Extra Mile to provide Excellent Customer Service!! Thank you, Nate!

Came in today to get a new battery and the customer service here is impeccable. Katrina was the lady who helped me at the service desk, she was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and courteous. Shout out to Justin and Aaron who teamed up and installed my battery for me in the cold.. THANK YOU ALL!!! I ll come to your location from now on for all my automotive needs!!!

bought a battery and was going to swap it out myself at home, then i realized i didn t have the correct tools so i went back to ask them to do it for me. the man at the counter Dean P handed me their set of tools as if i should do it myself. then i asked again if someone can do it for me and he said no then took the tools back and followed me to my car to do it. and on the way to my car outside said i ve been switching batteries all day as if that isn t his job in the first place. then proceeded to roll his eyes and had someone else come change the battery. will never come to this location again.

The African Americans have made it to schererville and it shows. Horrible service, no knowledge, and extremely poor performance. These AA s spent more time conversating than helping the customers who are trying to spend hard earned cash. Will be going to Advance from now on.

They are very nice and are willing to assist you without hesitation. I needed wipers for my Jeep and was having a hard time looking up for the back wiper. The young man took the time to look it up, picked it out and put them on for me. He even took the time and showed me how to replace the back wiper in my wrangler. I will definitely shop here again.
