Took my car in and told them I had two separate trans leaks they called me back and said it was the trans pan and they can fix it for $470 I gave the go ahead to fix when they called me to pick car up I asked again if there were any other leaks he said no. Sure enough after next time I started car to let warm up I noticed a fresh puddle on ground looked under car and it s actively leaking from trans case. I called shop back and said still leaking, he argues with me that they don t send cars back that are still leaking so after 5 minutes of arguing that the car is indeed still leaking he say to bring it back he will check it out for free. I drive it back up there 15 minutes away with a leaking trans drop it off he calls back an hour later saying the trans pan is completely dry but case is leaking and to be fixed the transmission would need to be taken apart and he doesn t want to get involved with it and to pick up car and take somewhere else. Doesn t surprise me though most mechanics are crooks.

These guys have always been good to me. Honest and quality work at a reasonable price. Anytime I have transmission issues, I come here.

I would give zero stars if I could. They gave me a price to rebuild the transmission on my truck. When I called on the day I was supposed to pick it up they told me it wasn't right they had to change the valve bodies. Called to pick it up again they said it still wasn't right....that they took one of the shelf and it had problems so they would need to rebuild my original like they were supposed to from the start. Picked it up after two weeks and shifting really hard. I was told its a learning transmission that I have to drive it for awhile. A week later may transmission light came on. I took it to them and the trans lines were leaking and they wanted to charge $400 to fix. took it to a different shop and had the trans lines replaced. They were leaking because they got kinked when re-installing. Worst experience at any automotive shop ever!!Service: Transmission

Paid them $1500 to rebuild my transmission. Less than two weeks later it went out. They told me the engine was bad. Took it to get a second opinion turns out it was the fly wheel. They wouldn t touch or fix it. Bad service, liars , crooks. Don t use them.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

The gears on my 2012 Dodge Journey stopped shifting. Roy agreed to give it an inspection totally free of charge, which never happens nowadays. I happened to be leaving for vacation the next day and Roy allowed me to leave it there for the entire week I was gone without a storage fee either. Not sure it this is their standard protocol but it was much appreciated, I didn't end up performing the work that was needed only because the truck had a bunch of miles and I had already dropped a rebuilt transmission about a year before hand. But Roy was honest and thorough. I'll definitely consider this shop for all of my future transmission needs.

No issues at all. Gave us options to repair vs rebuild an old Trucks transmission. Was recommended to us, and when I was quoted a few hundred more at a different place, I decided to try these guys. You won't be disappointed.

I would never do business with this place ever in life. At first they seemed very knowledgeable and professional but that soon change. They are complete liars. After i refused there repair suggestions they became angry and nasty. They even said horrible things about me to the tow truck driver that came to pick up my vehicle. This place deserves no stars

First off, it's a good place. Talk to Joe if you want your service done correctly. This place gets a 2 for now because the owner wants to think he's the best. I had my trans rebuilt from them and it's still messing up. The owner thinks it's fine, other mechanics knows it's not, but the owner still won't fix it. Joe will.

This by far is the MOST HONEST AND RELIABLE auto shop I have EVER been to! And believe me, I unfortunately have been to several! Walter was in touch with me EVERY STEP OF THE WAY! PRICES are UNBEATABLE! HONESTY IS UNBEATABLE! THANK YOU FOR BEING THIS GREAT!!! TRUSTWORTHY people are hard to find these days. Roy and Walter did an EXCELLENT job! Contacted my extended warranty company, got the job approved, and delivered as promised. Had one small problem, and had to return, went straight to it, no questions asked. Made a difficult time, an easy time.

This place is professional and very knowledgeable. Transmission issues are very scary. Fortunately, Roy was able diagnose quickly and accurately. He was honest and to the point. I saved over $1000.00. This is better than any shop around. Very recommended!!!

I was having transmission issues while my Wrangler was in 4WD. I contacted Atlas Transmission who was able to see my vehicle the next business day. I know nothing about transmissions, and Atlas spent time talking to me about the small problem they found, and also gave me a few hints to avoid problems in the future. They were very upfront and honest, and very willing to work with me. I want to add that when I first pulled in to the parking lot, I was a little confused by the parking lot (there were a number of vehicles in the lot that looked like they were for sale or being worked on). Don't be dissuaded by this! I highly recommend this shop.

They did a wonderful job on my white 2007 Saturn Relay.It was a problematic car and they worked hard and got it right.They were polite and a pleasure to work with.Thank you guys!

I work with a repair man there on transmission rebuilds I pull and bring to them and amazing service work! No complaints

went here thinkin i needed a transmission come to find out just needed fluid flush these guys are very honest will take your car for test drive and look at it before they diagnose anything. wasnt gonna take my car here due to all the cars on lot come to find out these cars belong to people who havent paid yet . i was serviced right away will always come here for transmission needs

I wish I could give this place 0 stars do not take your vehicle here this have rebuilt my transmission supposedly 3 times and guess what it s not out again oh and I never asked for them to rebuild I asked Roy to replace but he rebuilt a bad trans multiple times ask for your old transmission back when they are done because the will lieService: TransmissionService: Transmission
