I noticed clearance tags on some hydraulic fluid so I proceeded to take it to the counter, where the cashier refused to sell them to me at that price, so I ended up leaving them. There really couldn t understand how it was priced on several items and he refused to sell them.

6/5/23 Stopped in to pick up brake line fittings. I was greeted by an older gentleman with glasses. I showed him a sample of the actual brake line fitting, a picture of the new fitting and the metric dimensions of the fitting. Easy enough all the information he needs. He brings me back a brass union and a step down brass fitting. Nothing resembling what I needed. What I noticed he was wearing glasses and using cheaters as a magnifying glass.I asked can I come back and help you find the fittings. He boldly stated, You can can not came back here. He then went to the computer and tried to look up the fittings with no luck. I told him that he would not find these listed.I thanked him and stated I can not waste any more time. I went to Auto Zone across the street. The gentleman behind the counter at Auto Zone said he knows what I need and requested me to go back there with him to match up what I needed. I was able to get the fittings, brake fluid and bleeder screws and was checked out in 5 minutes and on my way.

Once again, Bill is Da Man!! I had a blown out fog light still under warrantee, swapped it out.. no problem. As always, reliable manager and help. Keep up the awesome job Bill!!

Usually always have a good experience here. Today picking up parts, the guys were very nice and seemed knowledgeable when answering a few of my questions. Good prices if you take advantage of there online discounts. Only complaint is I wish that you could use the discounts for in store purchases also.

I give them 5 stars today for the reason they had my brakes and rotors I needed and the employee that was working was really nice and knew what he was taking about su I give him 5 stars as well and I will be back if I need some other things..

I want to preface this by say this is a review based on my experience with this auto parts store many times over the last 3 years... Go anywhere else. All the employees here know NOTHING about vehicles, not even generally. If you come here looking for guidance you WILL be misled. They don't even know about they're own system. I've dealt with many different people here, all use their system like it's their first day. A few times when I've been there I have over heard another customer ask about a part only to have the employee take them to the totally incorrect part of the store, while I'm at the other end of the store getting the part for the poor customer. I was here today, just returning a tool I rented (the only reason I still come here from time to time), should have been in and out in a minute or two. I didn't leave for 20+ minutes!... I personally do all my parts shopping across the street at the competitor with the blue and yellow sign the has the "know how", you might say... THEY have great service and know their stuff!All that being said, the employees are all nice and mean well, but that doesn't cut it in this case

This store is usually pretty helpful but today 10.21.22 went in to get codes read and employee said he couldn't because he was the only one working , doesn't make sense to me time was at noon exactly.

Better prices than AutoZone or NAPA. But like all discount auto parts stores. you better know what you need and how to test, install whatever it is because their knowlege is very limited.

Ordered a part online,and got the wrong one. Spent 4 hrs on the phone and went to 2 different stores with no help. Marleannia the store manager at the Schererville store went out of her way to help. If I had my own business, i would go hire her away. Outstanding!!!

I ordered a battery online, called to see how long it takes to receive the email confirmation, and the girl on the phone told me she had the order and I could come on in. I go in, and they advertise free battery installation but I was told that there were "no men" there yet so I couldn't get it installed. I had my fiance with and he told them that he didn't have tools in the car to install it himself. They told him they had tools, then as he was rolling the cart out one of the girls said he couldn't take it out. There's a sign right next to the one advertising the free battery installation that says "Free Loaner Tool Sets." So, he installs the battery himself and goes inside to give them the old one and get our refund for the charge fee and they told him we have to wait 30 minutes because of some computer issue from ordering it online. (When you order online it says to wait 30 minutes before picking up the item, hence why I called about the confirmation) all around a stupid, annoying situation that could have been avoided if she had told me some of this when I originally called.

I tried to buy a battery. But the person working did not know how to install one. And I asked if I could have my battery tested then bc they offer a free test. But the worker did not know how. So I left with nothing but wasted time

Very courteous customer service. Mary clean accommodations. The parking lot was well-manicured. I found what I needed right away. I just say stuff so I get points. :-)

I just came from the store. I had a screw broken off and stuck in my license plate holder. When I told them my problem, Javier said no problem! Pick your license plate holder, I'll fix it! He did, in about 1 minute, smiling and joking the whole time! Awesome customer service here!

Friendly, quick and competent assistance. Employees are friendly courteous and are helpful in finding the correct parts for your car. They also volunteer to replace windshield wipers.

I called to see if I could replace my 2018 Rav 4 air filter myself. Bill Dowell, GM had the right air filter waiting for me when I arrived. It took a few seconds to install. I saved $21.11. Thank you Bill!! Last month I did my own cabin filter!! Ladies, we got this!!

Always seem to have the sale stuff in stock here. If you do need help, the staff is honest and professional. If one of them doesn't know the answer, they'll ask a coworker who knows more to help.

I needed an odd part nobody else had in stock they ordered it and it was there the next morning as promised the counter guy was very knowledgeable he called the next morning to let me know the part was in I'm happy thank you

Good service and selection. Only problem is when you order an item online, it is never ready. They always have to go pull it off the shelf when you get there.

The guy there didn't seem very friendly. I was going to ask him for something else but I felt like I was inconveniencing him. The guy helping another customer seemed friendly though.
