24/7 did two tows for me this week. In both cases, they beat the eta provided by the insurance app by 20 min. Ricky helped me today, couldn't have been a nicer guy, efficient and quick.

Hands down, best mechanics I've ever dealt with. Driving from NC and about 30 min away from their shop, debri punched a hole in my oil pan. They picked us up that night, next morning found a new oil pan, replaced old one with new good quality oil, test drove it to a power wash and CLEANED THE VEHICLE which was covered in oil! Kept us updated with texts. Everything taken care of in under 24 hours with a ridiculously LOW price. Quick thorough, clean, and professional. No one better out there.

I had the best experience with them!! Only took them a few hours to fix my car. They also try their hardest to meet the needs of the customer. When I say they work to help you. They literally work hard to service you.

Having a tire tread go 3/4 the way on a 370 mile trip away from any major service center is no fun. 24/7 Priority Roadside LLC was excellent and made this problem seem like nothing at all!The gentleman was VERY knowledgeable about my specific type of car and potential issues that can arise with a rear wheel drive care with a spare monted under the car. The service man was quick, through, and made sure the tire was properly inflated so I could get back on my trip home. He made sure that I had everything I needed from the original tire. I would highly recommend 24/7 Priority Roadside to anyone in need of help around the Gary/Hammond Indiana area.

After 10 (yes, 10!) cancellations from different towing companies were were able to find 24/7 Priority Roadside Assistance. They accepted the job without hesitation. They were able to tow our 3500 Dually without back tires! No job is too big for them. Thank you again to everyone involved in this great team! I'm glad I called him! My son had a minor accident with the car. The car was disabled. It was late on a Sunday night. Carlos answered his phone promptly, and he came as soon as he finished the job he was on. He was courteous, helpful, and explanatory. His work and his manner made us feel secure in our time of need. I had utilized 24/7 on May 6th. I'd had a blowout on I65 South just north of Crown Point exit and as luck would have it, and thanks to the genius minds at Ford Motor Company, I'd had no spare to put on.The air compressor that Ford furnished with my vehicle did not provide any solace as the tire was beyond containing air.Ford Roadside Service however did do something right and that is contact 24/7 to come out and tow my car.Carlos with 24/7 called me and advised that, as a result of the damaged tire being on the rear, it may be upwards of 2 hours before one of his regular trucks would be able to get to me.However, with genuine consideration of my situation, he asked me to give him a few minutes to see if he could figure out a way to get me himself with the "floater" tow truck he had immediately available.Within 5 minutes he'd called me back and advised he was on his way.Now here is what prompts me to give 24/7, and specifically Carlos, a 5 star rating...generally speaking a company such as this would have basically thought to themselves "He can wait", but Carlos took it upon himself to be resourceful in an effort to provide his customer with the most expedient level of care available. In other words he had a sincere desire to be of real service, not for the money involved, but because that's his nature.Carlos and I chatted as we drove to the dealership to drop off my car and I can honestly say that he's a man of honor and pure unselfish motivation to serve his customers as he would a family member or friend.Thank you again Carlos it was a pleasure to have made your acquaintance!William (Bill) HarpstService: Car towing

We were stranded on I-65 due to car overheating and steaming . This company was prompt, professional and courteous. Tow truck driver Ricky was superb and made us feel safe. My mother-in-law's car would not start, so Ford dispatched 24/7 Priority Roadside out to help her. They were SUPER quick, within 15 minutes of placing our call until help arrived. Driver was extremely polite. Instead of a tow, he ended up doing a jump to get the car started, then actually followed my mother-in-law to the dealership to have a new battery put in her car...did he need to do that? Absolutely not, but he did it anyway. I would HIGHLY recommend this towing service and would definitely call them again if I needed a tow.Service: Battery service

I've used 24/7 a few times throughout the years and have never been disappointed. The last time was when I left work in Chicago and my steering wheel locked up on me, I remembered 24/7 towing and how Carlos had helped me during the previous winter storm. He didn't hesitate to come to my rescue and brought my truck to the shop in Indiana, he even helped me find somewhere that wouldn't take advantage of me when it came down to the repair and pricing. Thank you for always being great to work with! Needed a tow and called my insurance company. I waited well over four hours for the first tow company and the second one canceled after wait on them to show within two hours my insurance company sent. I was stranded over 6 hours. I finally googled a towing company which was 24/7 priority roadside gave the location and they were there in 25 minutes. Very helpful. GREAT SERVICE!24/7 Priority Roadside will be at the top of my list for future service and referrals!!!

My serpentine belt broke off, found out my tension retainer was no good, I needed a tow to my house, called priority response, Carlos answered told me 30 minutes, very nice guy, great Customer service and polite. One of the absolute worst experiences I ve ever incurred working with this company was a total nightmare!! Company asked for a GOA which come to find out stood for gone on arrival yet it was impossible for the car to be gone on arrival because it was sitting on the bed of the truck due to tire damage when questioned about it the driver stated what s an extra $25.00 to an insurance company then attempted to collect money from me and the insurance company on arrival later impounding the car in an attempt to collect more money from the insurance company may have cost me a few hours of my time but I m sure this type of shady business cost the company an insurance contract Beware of ScammerService: Car towing

I thought I was going to need a tow because I couldn't get a locking lugnut off to put the spare tire on. Carlos came and had the lugnut off and the spare tire put on before I even got outside so no tow needed! Quickest, friendliest, best service I've ever had if I could give more stars I would!!! I would highly recommend this company. My husband had been waiting almost 4 hours for a tow from Homewood, Illinois to Naperville, Illinois. Our Insurance Company could not get anyone to come out for several hours. Finally the manager called and said 24/7 Priority Roadside could be there within 20 minutes. What a relief. Dave, the driver was fantastic. He was professional, compassionate and handled the car with care and ease. Thanks Dave for making a very stressful situation so much easier.

My experience with 24/7 was impeccable. I was locked out of my vehicle and could not get my normal roadside assistance to answer their phone. 24/7 answered right away and were on their way within 5 minutes. Unsung heros. I broke a tire rod in the middle of the street and these guys did everything they could to get it towed. Even went the extra mile to drop it off with the mechanic. Excellent communication, good people. Next time I'll skip the insurance company and just call them.

The engine light in my explorer came on and I was lucky to make it to my MIL's driveway. I called for a tow and 24/7 Priority was the service provider that was sent. They arrived in only half an hour on a busy Friday! The tow truck operator, Dave, was very polite and knowledgeable, he explained everything he was doing as he fastened the car and took it. Got it into the mechanic before they closed. Dave was very friendly and knowledgeable, gave me a lot of info about cars in general, and mine in particular. Made the best of a bad situation. Thanks Dave and 24/7 Priority.

Blew both of my tires on the way to Chicago on the Halloween. After making a few calls fortunately I reached Carlos and he gave me hope. Not just he came in and tow my car, he also tow a trailer I was towing. He took my car to his shop, and his crew replaced both of my tires and I was able to make my destination the same evening! Well Sunday coming home from Indiana and our muffler came loose, reminder its Sunday, I called 24/7, spoke to Carlos told him where we were and what we needed, he replied, I can be there in 30 minutes. Well 37 minutes later, he was there, tied up the muffler and said please take it easy and stay in the right lane for safety, we did that and before we even arrived home, he texted us to see how things were going. Had to get a tow yesterday, and honestly it was the best tow experience ive ever had. usually these guys take about an 1-2 hours to get to you, to my suprise it only took this guy 20 mins to get to me! not only is it quick service, but his customer service exceeds all expectations, he even gave me a lift to the shop! 10 out of 10 best tow truck driver in indiana!Service: Car towing
