I recently was involved in some financial issues, that had me use this Santa Claus, IN facility.I was extremely impressed, with their service, and their employees outgoing kindness, and respect in dealing with my needs. I highly recommend their services, and after talking with many of their employees. There cheerful energy and professionalism was outstanding!

Very nice service, personally wouldn't recommend them as a first choice bank, just because they don't have branches out of Spencer County and I move around a lot, but otherwise reliable and supportive service altogether. Branches I've been to are well kept and have friendly staffing as well.

Everybody is so friendly when I come inside the bank and saying hello,when I need my debit card open up to pay for my groceries someone is always right on it.

Someone in mortgage ( loan office ) ran my social security number without my permission or signature.Bank only offered me a ' I'm sorry. Unacceptable!!

Main branch for four county banks. Two floor structure. Public meeting rooms. Friendly people.

Hometown bank for personal service. Get the small bank feel with full service.
