I called to inquire about pricing for mounting and balancing of new tires that I already had. I specifically asked if I needed an appointment and they said no. I made sure I was first in line on a Sunday morning. I got there 45 minutes early just so I could get my tires on and get out of there. I discovered I actually wasn t first in line because someone else had an appointment for tires. I spoke up and told them that I had been waiting there for 45 minutes and called and was specifically told that I did not need an appointment. The guy acted as if he could care less and pretty much ignored me. I know that they re a multi billion dollar corporation and losing me is not going to affect them one bit, but they will never get another dollar of mine.

This is the best Walmart Auto Care center I ve ever been to! I got my tires changed in such a short time and they did an amazing job. I have been back multiple times since to get oil changes and I ve never had a better service than here!!

I had a tire with a slow leak. It was a small nail. They plugged it. Unfortunately, it was the older tire which I didn't have road hazard insurance for, but I will not lie just to save $15. I shopped at Walmart for part of the wait, but they fixed the problem in about a hour (half the time they had predicted). The staff was very helpful and friendly in both the auto service department and the main store. I need an oil change soon.

Nice clean shop, was able to get serviced on my car quickly. The informed me of the process up front, during and at the end. I was asked about fuel injection and headlight restoration and opted to try this service they offered and was happy with the results that I will make this a routine service from now on. I haven't tried the deodorizer thing they offer but will try next timeServices: Tire rotations, Battery, Oil change

Took my car in to get a new tire. They broke my stud hold on the wheel and said we can t fix it. We re sorry you ll have to take somewhere to get it fixed I get this happens, but at the end of the day they should have real mechanics and not people just tending to be mechanics

This is twice now that it has taken forever to get an oil change. Third in line before they opened. Two hours and still waiting. This place is a JOKE! One star, deserves ZERO.

The techs and service writers do an amazing job! They handle a lot of issues. Some people forget common courtesy and respect. I give them 5 stars for excellence!

The auto center associates are extremely helpful and friendly! They always take care of my car quickly and thoroughly and make it a smooth and positive experience! I won t get my oil changed anywhere else!

Simple oil change and tire inspection. Vehicle was handled perfectly and in a timely manner. Staff was courteous and very helpful. As always, it's an extremely convenient service to have done as you finish up your weekly grocery shopping.

Said they wouldn t spend more than 15 minutes on it and didn t even put my headlight back together right. Don t go here.

I went in fairly late to get a set of tires. I was in and out in about 45 mins. Price was pretty good for what I got. No pressure to buy extra service but if course road hazard protection and valve stems were offered which I declined. The customer in front of me was complaining about some work performed that wasn't authorized but the service writer appeared to refund him. For the basics, they seemed okay to me.

Jared prater helped me out so much when I came in and got an oil change rotation and a headlight restoration I had no wait time and he was really friendly and super helpful asked me to dinner and I accepted

We were stuck in a nightmare situation and visited this business recently for help. I had a very unusually shaped wheel lock lugnut on my back tires and I had developed a flat that needed replaced... unfortunately, I had lost the removal tool for the wheel lock lugnut during a move. I ended up having to go and buy an emergency wheel lock lugnut remover from autozone and it was horribly difficult to get it off, but the gentlemen that helped us guided us through every step of the way. Their names were Jared Prater, Jonnathan Brown & Ian McDermott. They were very polite and so pleasant to speak with. We were so pleased we ended up going ahead and removing the annoying lugnuts off of both of our back tires to be rid of them and paid to replace both back tires (even though only one was damaged). Huge shout out to these gentleman. They truly saved us a lot of headache! Service: Tires

Good price, helpful, friendly, and efficient staff.I guess for me it's about the welcome, and the speed.When it comes time for an oil change I like to feel my business is valued, and not an inconvenience.Walmart auto service always greats me with a warm smile, and gets me on my way quickly.The comfortable seats, and/or a huge store to shop in is nice too.

Left automobile for oil change to take care of other business. There were no other customers in line and I expected to be taken care of immediately. I return in a couple hours to find out they have not done the oil change on my vehicle because they had a computer issue. I had no time left to wait because of an appointment. I might suggest that next time the computers are down, they either notify the customer at time of service, or they record information on paper the old fashioned way, do the work as required, and catch up on the data entry when the computers are back online.

Was I there for a new tire not sure. I have had problems with the oil change deptmart mostly. Seems the threads on the oil plug are striped and the plug had been silicone to hold it in place. And the owners not informed about. They have the fun of finding it out on their own .

I really like this place but the wait times have gotten ridiculous. If your customer has to wait 3hrs for a tire rotation on a first come basis, then you may need to evaluate your staffing and management problems!

I go here for all my tire and oil changes and am never disappointed. Perfect service every time!!!
