Blew the side wall of my tire out and since I bought the car brand new a year and a half ago, I had no idea that I was missing my donut and part of my tire iron. So, I used roadside assistance through my vehicle purchase, they secures Salem Wrecker for towing and within 20 minutes of the roadside assistance securing Salem Wrecker Service, my car was getting moved and lifted onto the bed of the truck. They were gracious enough to tow it to the dealership for me, called to let me know they had arrived, filled out the drop off form and placed it in the overnight box. Hopefully the dealership will be able to get to it Tuesday after New Year's Day. But if you need a prompt service with attention to detail, call Salem Wrecker Service!

By far the best wrecker service I have ever dealt with.Tripple was not able to find anybody nearby and Salem Wrecker Service traveled out of their way to pick up my truck and delivered it to thedestination. The driver was extremely professional and nice. If you have an opportunity to use them your definitely not going to be disappointed but will be 100% satisfied.Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

Very professional and top notch. Shaun came down to Tennessee and picked me up when the hub on the car broke off. He was there very fast and a very reasonable cost to be towed back home. Definitely use any time i need a tow.

My car wouldn t start at the gas station and the owner came within five minutes to help me. Ended up getting my car running for me and didn t charge me for the tow!!

When I wrecked my car, Shaun came and towed me, no problem. I had to wait to get a rental for about a week so I couldn't get my carseats for my kids until then. I called and the owner Mike said, "I'm busy today but I can meet you down there at 8:30 tomorrow morning. Call and remind me in the morning." I called him at 8 the next morning and Mike yelled at me "I don't have time for this! You're making my day difficult!" I reminded him that HE asked ME to meet him there at that time because it was convenient for him. He told me that if I could get there in 5 minutes, he'd let me in, but if I wasn't there, he wasn't waiting around. Luckily I live close by so I got there. He informed me when I got there that he didn't have all day and I had 5 minutes to get my stuff. All I needed was 3 carseats and my work badge that I had been without. If you need a tow to your house or a jump, it may be worth it for you. If you have to have your car taken to their lot, don't bother.

Shawn is the best. My wife broke down with the grandbaby and groceries in the car. Salem wrecker was there and had the car loaded in ten minutes. Got them home before the ice cream melted. Thanks Shawn.

At my location within minutes and had my vehicle started on the first try. They even dropped the bill off at my insurance agent's office as they left. Things couldn't be better than that. Well, maybe not having a dead battery in the first place.
