This place is very shady in their practices. I bought my used car from them 2 years ago and was completely lied to by my salesman, Ted Byrd about the extended warranty. Also, they WAY overcharge on services. $171 to replace 5 lug nuts?......really? Then today, I took it in for diagnostic, and before when I've taken it in for the same service I was told it was $60 to run diagnostic on it. Well, today apparently they increased the price to $90 and nobody bothered to inform me of this. After running diagnostics they informed me that my warranty was out of term. It was for 100,000 miles. I was told it was 100,000 miles from time of purchase by salesman, and apparently it was 100,000 miles total mileage. My car has over 52,000 on it when I bought it Well today mine had .110,000 miles so it wasn't covered. I will never go back here.Addendum: Just to fully express how deceptive this business is I am going to add that after posting this review John Jones Custer service reached out to me. They basically offered me platitudes of how "sorry" they were, then asked if they could try to "make things right" by refunding the outrageous diagnostic fee. I agreed. Then, Heather the customer service rep asked if they refunded the $90 would I be willing to remove my review? I said ok that I would do it. Well, this is why I don't trust them or their deceptive business practices......it's been several weeks and NO refund has ever been issued......go figure. I guess they thought I would remove my review before they upheld their end of the agreement. DO NOT trust this place! Get everything in writing.
