Excellent service. I have been a customer here for over 15 years. The mechanics are great, and Dustin will shoot you straight on what repairs will cost. Reasonable, affordable, and honest.

It is a very poor place to get a car they charge a lot more for them than most used car places and don't stand behind their warranty

This buy here pay here lot has most definitely been good to me. Yes they have made money from me but they also put me in another car right away when I hit a deer. They have bumper to bumper warranty as long as you keep up the oil changes. $500 down payments as well. They are the best around.

I will ALWAYS take my vehicles to Midtown Motors when we are at our summer house. I get fast, reliable service and I always know what it will cost before they do the work. They don't try to talk me into things I don't need. I really appreciate that they don't try to take advantage of my wallet. It sounds like some lame commercial, but the really do give the best service for the best price.

I go in and turn in all paperwork that s required. Was told the owner/main sales rep wasn t there, not once but twice. The guy that was there told me that the vehicle would be $800-$1000 down but the main salesman would have to make the final decision. Was told that I would be called the next morning by the owner, never received the call, so I called. And was told by the same dude that I ve been dealing with on the last 2 occasions, that the car I ve been trying to get wouldn t be $800-$1000 down, it would be $3000 down plus sales tax. Big difference from what I was told. They don t have any communication or even try do work with people like they used too. I ve got 2 cars from there before years ago and that s why I decided to go back to them. Apparently they ve turned into a real stealership like most but here pay here lots. I will not be coming back to this ridiculous place again, they only care about money and how they can get top dollar for auction cars.

Kyle is awesome to deal with, he'll get you in a car that suits your family's need and fits in your budget and will take care of any issues or concerns you have I've purchased 3 vehicles from here and will purchase more when we need another one

Purchase three vehicles from them I was told everything was fine on the vehicles Almost had one paid off Motor went out in it The last two I got Not even a mounth of having them Motor went out in them as well Don't recommend going there and they don't want to fix it with the warranty

Was very nice and acted like family. Every time I go there they are very helpful and worked on my car quickly. I thought it would take a week but I got my car back in two days. Thank you guys so much
