There is a reason why the schedule is booked, and it requires patience on your part...they are good! Overly impressed with not only the work performed, but the kindness and professionalism over the phone. They didn't accept anything less than 100% satisfaction from me, the customer. Great service! I feel my car was well taken care of while in their care. I didn t feel like I was bother when I would call and ask for an update. They were also kind enough to give me rental when my insurance company pulled the rental. Geoffrey and the guys at Gilstraps are fantastic to work with. And they do great work. Unfortunately, I've had to use them several times between the deer and good 'ol Southern Indiana drivers playing bumper cars on state highways. They have always done quality work for me.

The collision center is amazing! They went above and beyond for us. Jeffery, Kullen, & Sheree treated us like family. They guarantee Their work and if it find something wrong they will repair. This is the place to go...

Had rocker panels and wheel arches replaced about 4 years ago, rust on the arches came right back in about 5 months, they tried again at no charge but same results, just done them myself. Getting ready to replace rocker panels today..
