I am very pleased with Koenig Equipment. Sarah Cross has done an excellent job of answering my questions and providing information. She is a great sales person. Jeremy is great to work with to get delivery of my 1025R & S240 arranged. Overall I am very happy. Looking forward to using my new equipment. Thank you

Mower purchasing experience was awesome! Sarah Cross was very knowledgeable on all of the equipment and got me into the right mower for the size of my yard. The parts counter guys are very knowledge as well on all equipment. Everyone is very friendly here and I will definitely continue to utilize Koenig Equipment for all of my parts, service, and equipment needs!

I typically purchase items, that I cannot pickup prior to closing time, and they take payment over the phone and just set it out for me. I have not received an incorrect part yet. I am very happy with their service and personnel.

I recently purchased a new JD Z950M from Justin @ Botkins . He was excellent to work with . I was wanting to pick up the unit at Lebanon store near my property. He took care of the paperwork. The mower was ready and waiting at Lebanon when I went to pickup . Andy and Zach at the Lebanon store were very Friendly and Helpful . Thank You to all of the Koenig organization

I called and ordered parts over the phone and was told the day they would arrive. Parts specialist contacted me day of said arrival and let me know parts were in. I went into store and was met with a smile from all employees in my general location. The parts specialist then showed me said part and handed it to me. Part was correct and on time. I would highly recommend parts specialist Messer to anyone great guy and a great experience as always when dealing with Mr. Messer.

I had a great buying experience in a time when things can be difficult and unpredictable. The personnel were very efficient and easy to deal with, and the ZTrak mower I had purchased on reserve came much earlier than expected. I'm new to John Deere and Koenig but I'm confident and totally satisfied I made the best decision and look forward to enjoying a great lawn mower.

Other than having to wait on certain pieces of equipment to come in, this is a great place to buy from! They do go out of their way to help you out if possible with issues you have.

Simply the best service department of any brand within 100 miles of me. I own Catterpillar, Kubota, Bomag and recently Deere products and have previously owned Bobcat and Case. When it's time to add or retire my CAT excavators I will look very hard into replacing them with the Deere models.

over priced and under powered tractors. sales rep acted like because I don't dress up that I couldn't afford one any way. but Mike in parts is why I keep going back. he really knows his stuff. and is always eager to help me with my stihl equipment.
