If you need someone to do your on your vehicle I 100% recommend Duane's. He was very quick with getting us in to look and see what was wrong with our vehicle (we needed a whole new transmission. ) He was also very quick on installation and returning our truck to get us back into our normal routine. I feel that he got us the best price and the best warranty to go with it. All around great service.Services: Transmission, Oil change

Had a break down on the road. Saturday morning they appear very disorganized and not very professional. Took all morning just to reattach a brand new brake caliper. Smallest sign for a public business I've ever seen. Quoted us a reasonable price and wrote a check. Repairs completed. They called us the next day said they "undercharged" us. I do not recommend this business.

Knowing they did someone wrong. Had 2200 dollars worth of work done in sept 21 yes im aware it has been 5 months however the truck was not driven until it went to the shop again for an alignment that they couldnt do because the ball joint that you "replaced" was shot already. And hanging up on paying customers is super cute. Grow up! Do not go bets do not trust them!!!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I called this business about getting some tires put on, and the gentleman I had talked to told me I could come in anytime the next day. I said OK great I will call before I come. I called the next day and said can you still get me in today, and he told me to come on in and they would get me taken care of right away. I said OK I will be there in 30 minutes. When I arrived, I walked into the office and no one was there. So, I waited about five minutes before I opened the door to the shop and asked if I could still get the tires done. A boy came out and said yes we can still do that for you but it will be about an hour wait. We have two cars in front of you. I ended up going to the next town over to get it done and received MUCH better service.

The emotionally crippling experiences of my life did not prepare me for the nightmare that is Duane's Auto Repair. Save yourself from trauma and go somewhere else. Staff is extremely rude. Took car in for estimate, they did the work without approval and tried to charge me $236 for a single hose. Will push my car by hand to Indianapolis before I deal with them again.

If it isn't broken, the guys in this shop won't tell you it is.
