I highly recommend MVP for any and all unexpected vehicle emergencies.On 12/6/23 I had a tire blowout on my truck. As a disabled Veteran it would have been physically impossible for me to change the tire so after contacting my All-State Roadside Assistance, MVP arrived at my location in about 20 minutes. The young man Daylon employed with MVP was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable of his profession. Plus he had a great attitude and had me heading back home within 45 minutes.In these days we live in it is very rare to receive good customer service let alone the outstanding service that Daylon delivered and hope that his employer gives him a great " atta boy " along with my appreciation!Kudos to Daylon!

I utilized my AAA service to request a scheduled tow from my home to a repair shop. After placing the request, I was promptly contacted by the driver, Daylon, who informed me that he was en route to my location. He gave me an ETA and was right on time. Daylon was exceptionally careful when loading the car onto the flatbed, as the car also had a flat tire. He took the time to place lifts under the front tires so that there would be more clearance for the nose of the vehicle to acsend the ramp. Daylon was very friendly, courteous, and took great care with my vehicle. I am very pleased with the service I received today. I would be happy to call on this company again, and I would recommend this company to others as well.Service: Car towing

Daylon got to me very quick...when I thought I was gonna be waiting for at least an hour.He got to me in about 40 minutes and got me loaded on the flatbed in 10 minutes. He was quick and fast. Most of all he secured my car down tight and snug. If you need roadside assistance call MVP with a name like that you can't lose!! Big ups Daylon!

Daylon was super helpful & friendly! We blew a transmission on I90 on way to PA for Christmas. He got us towed to a very clean & helpful repair location & gave us suggestions for rental locations if needed.

Daylon was amazing. Almost got ran off the road by a semi trying to avoid debris in the middle lane. Then a satellite dish was laying in the shoulder that we ended up driving over to avoid the semi hitting us. Our tire popped and we were stuck. Daylon Got us picked up within the timeframe listed. I Don t have too many experiences with towing services but. This was a god sent. Thank you

My insurance company was unable to find a company that were tow my vehicle late in the evening because I wanted it to be at the dealer early in the morning for them to look at I called MVP TOWING and recovery that was available 24 hours. And was also close to my home. My phone call was answered quickly and dispatched right away, Very professional employees and I asked him to call me when they got to the Toyota dealer. Daylon was very professional & knowledgeable. Even more, he was empathetic to my situation & cared about my safety. He asked if I would be okay while I waited for my ride. In addition, he asked if I wanted him to wait with me. I told him he didn t have to wait, as my ride was down the street. Daylon took it upon himself to still wait with me until my ride arrived. He s such a gentleman & sweet!

This company is great. My car broke down 45 miles from home, so I had to leave it overnight. The next day MVP let me ride with them because I had the only key with me. The driver Daylon was great. We had a flat tire on the Indiana Toll Road on Memorial Day weekend; our insurance road service could not find anybody local, so we called MVP direct and Daylon was there in 40 minutes to switch out the tires. He was super polite, very professional and did a fast, excellent job. Kudos to Daylon and MVP for getting us up and on the road again during a stressful situation!Service: Tire change
