I broke down in Rockville 3hrs from home. Those guys could have gouged me knowing I was stuck. They got me in and out in the same day. The price was fair and in between the 2 local shops I called when I got back to Louisville. I wanted to write a glowing review there in their waiting room, but to be fair I wanted to drive it first. My truck ride as smooth as it did when I first got it 70k miles ago. Great place with great honest people. I ll always remember them keeping me and my son from being stranded so far from home. If I m ever remotely close and in need of repairs in the future they will be my first choice. My prayers were answered. Thank you fine folks

I needed an estimate on my car for repairs. They got me an appointment within a couple days, the technician was very friendly and thorough on my car to find issue. They never tried to sell me something I didn't need or try to mislead me like other places have done before. They will definitely get my business next time I need repairs!

Sandusky's came through for me when my Toyota decided to dump all of its oil (oil cooler line failed). Despite being very busy, they squeezed me in and fixed the car at a nice price.

My alternator went out 4 hours from home. They went above and beyond to help me out and didn't overcharge me in the process. I definitely recommend Sandusky Repair!

These guys are phenomenal. End of day Friday, my car needed a new alternator. After they figured out the problem, they offered to put it in right away. Not only did they get the alternator delivered in 4 minutes, the owner had it changed in 30 minutes! Plus, he was fair in his pricing! Wonderful meeting and dealing with a straight forward businessman in this world. They have my future business for sure!

So my car wouldn't start, had to have it towed to Sandusky's on a Tuesday. I got it back on Thursday. I drove to Terre Haute and all over the place during the weekend and drove to work on Monday. It was dead when I left at 2pm. I called Sandusky's back and they came and picked it up. The next day they figured out it needed a new battery. They are so awesome! They charged me for a new battery (lower than O'REILLY'S) and did not charge me a service charge! Thank you Sandusky's!Service: Battery

Our family was staying at one of the cabins at Turkey Run State Park. My husband was messing with the car, so we realized something was wrong it wasn't starting. After getting a few numbers of repair shops but it is a Friday afternoon. I was so stressed out being worried that we couldn't get home before Monday. Cullen the owner got it done on Saturday morning and Jim one of the workers who had brought my husband and I back to our cabin where the kids were, not only that but he picked up the hubby Sat morning so we could just head back home. They were amazing!!

Our water pump went out while out in the Rockville area. A very helpful lady stopped and gave us water and refered us to Sandusky Auto Repair. I placed a call at 4:45 and Cullen said he would wait for us. He not only stayed late but took us to our motel and did the repair in the morning.There are good people out there. We highly recommend this business.

I would give them 100 stars if I could. We called on a Friday afternoon and asked if they could look at our car. They not only said yes, bring it in, they fixed it right then and there. AND THEY DIDNT GOUGE US FOR THE QUICK SERVICE. What a phenomenal bunch of people and they made us feel like we were long time customers, even though it was just our first time there. Thanks guys!

Took my care in a week ago for brake issues. 3 days later I picked my car up and the next day I had issues again. I took it back to the shop and hours later I went back to check on the progress. Both the mechanics said they drove the car around town with no issues.i took the car back home and the next day I broke down in front of a client's house. It sat there all weekend. I was able to limp the car back to the shop just to find out that no mechanics would be in today and they don't know when they will be back to work. So I limped the car to another shop. It cost me $750 for two parts and many days of work and I still don't have a car. Feel free to take your vehicle there. Just remember to ask if they have a mechanic first!

Sandusky was great to work with. Our Buick Lucerne died during a day trip to Rockville. They had it towed to their shop and got us an estimate on what needed to be done (blown fuse box under the rear seat). We had to leave the car overnight while they got us a new fuse box. Towing and repair charges were reasonable and people were friendly, I would definitely recommend this shop. GM design engineers -- why would you put a fuse box under a seat and not ensure that it is protected from the wear/tear of a passenger bouncing on top of it?

Sandusky's Repair is so great. I have never had a problem getting my vehicles into get them repaired. I had to get my tie rod replaced on my car and they got it done before lunch. They also fixed my van's exhaust and didn't charge an arm and a leg for the fix. I moved into the area in early 2021 and was worried about finding a good shop. My worries are over now that I go to Sandusky Repair.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Tire rotations, Brakes

Very good people and service. I was nervous taking my mercedes but not only did he know what he was doing, he was fast! I was in and out in no time and my bill was extremely fair. Called Wednesday on the 26th to get an estimate to change out the shift solenoid in the transmission of my durango and was told I would get a call back later that day.....after waiting 5 days for the call back I decided to do it myself.

Visiting Parke County Covered Bridge Festival, when I had a breakdown. Sandusky arranged for a quick and affordable tow, and got on my repair right away. After repair they found another issue and was able to get it fixed too, and me back on the road. After repeated failed attempts with a dealership to figure out why our truck was dying, Sandusky worked until they figured out and fixed the problem. We use them for oil changes and tire rotations now, too. I have been thoroughly happy with my experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, timely in their work and affordable. I took my mustang there for a lil work & maintenance and they did not disappoint. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop!! 100% 5 out of 5.
