The alternator tensioner bolt sheared off on my vehicle when I was driving down 63. I was able to limp the car here before the battery died and the guys working there on the evening of 2/13 sold me what I needed and let me use their tools to fix it in the lot. Despite it being the evening of the super bowl and the freezing cold weather, they were very hospitable and even helped me diagnose another problem when my original fix didn't fully solve the issue. 10/10 A+++ Good Job!

I usually have the parts I need but my van is a 94 Chevy Astro and they discontinued making them so it's not O'Reilly's fault they can't get parts for my vehicle just something I have to deal with but I would recommend anybody that needs Auto parts and help go to O'Reilly's

The employee's r young gotta start somewhere and things are expensive depending on what you need I needed a battery and it cost $242.00 for a Saturn Vue
