Took my 2017 F250 powerstroke in a few weeks back with a major fuel system issue. Nick was nothing but professional and helped me navigate thru my aftermarket power train warranty. Their expertise saved me about 10k out of pocket. Truly appreciate the work they did. All my diesels will be taken here!

I took my truck to Nkp diesel and approved about 2-3k worth of work and they called someone (not me) for approval of over 9k worth of work. Now they are saying they are keeping my truck until I pay in full CASH ONLY. Wth. Every local lawyer says they cant represent me due to conflict of interest because they represent NKP in the past or presently so apparently they screw a lot of people over. Single worst experience I've ever had with a shop. They quoted my brother 2300 and charged him over 5k. Keep deleting my post I don't care I'll repost it twice a day...

Would not recommend these guys! A good friend of mine took his truck to have 2k worth of service done and they are now trying to charge him for 10k worth of work that he never agreed to and, not allowing him to pick up his truck until he pays the extra money that he never agreed on!

Had a Truck taken there for no more than a weeks worth of work told them it was my only vehicle and I needed it back as soon as possible. Was there over a month sitting in their lot while others was being brought in and worked on first. Was told multiple finish dates and was never finished by them dates. Finally when I did get the truck back it was still not fully done.

They (Nick and Gary) went above and beyond my expectations. They explained everything very well to me, and they did not try to push me to buy anything I did not want. My truck was done quickly and appears to be running very well.I highly recommend these guys.

Very professional. Nick is very experienced and knows what he's doing. Always taken care of me and kept me in the loop. And always made sure I wouldn't have more issues after the fact.

I ve been coming here for a while and the service is always top notch. Their techs are very professional and know what they re doing in my opinion. They always make the repair and go above and beyond to make sure I won t have more issues down the road.

The guys at NKP are top notch they do great work and are very thorough! Nick and Kelsey are great people and always do what is right by the customer! Not only are they great business owners but great people as well!

Hope this gets to who it concerns. We had a egr delete done yo our f350. Was done correct but they leaked coolant all over my pulley and caused our ac compressor to lock up and break or belt. I've tried calling and all I get is a fax machine line

Do Not go to this place! They will do work u didn't approve of and try to say you approved it and make u pay a bill 5 times the size to get ur truck back!

Nick was a awesome guy i asked for advice on my truck and he looked at it 2 days told me the problem and I finally fixed my truck 4 1 19 so far I go to him for advice on my 7.3
