My salesman Kyle ..actually came outside and talked with me ..when I stopped and looked at the truck I ended up buying..he was polite ..answered questions ..returned phone calls..I went to many dealerships ..here in Indiana ..I just moved here and in New York where I just moved from..he was only one of two salesman who got out of his chair to talk with me ..I told him when I left that day ..if I decided to buy a truck I would come see him ...I did and very happy to do business there ..with the staff at MIKE ALSOP CHEVY IN ROCKVILLE INDIANA..AND KYLE WAS A GREAT HELP......TIM MANELL

I had the best purchase experience with Jaylan Kerr at Mike Alsop Rockville Chevrolet. He was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful through the entire process. I have contacted him with questions a couple times since I bought my new vehicle and he always had the answers! He is #1 in my opinion! The entire staff was great!

We were at the coverbridge festival from out of town. The check engine light came on in our van. I stopped here to see if it was possible to get it looked at. Not only did they help us out and make the repairs in a timely fashion. Their customer service is the best I've ever experienced. Thanks again

The customer service, I had made my appointment online for multiple services, a recall and the 23,000 mile service but only the recall showed to the dealership. I happened to be leaving the following day on vacation in which we were driving. The team fixed the recall and then went a head and rotated my tires and changed the oil so I could safely take my family on our trip. It was also at the end of the day! I am super impressed with this team and their willingness to be flexible to a customer need. I am a big fan!

On 8/11 I had a scheduled oil change (I schedule online). That morning I was called and told there was an issue and they double booked. He said that the only person that does oil changes was out the next week. I went back online and scheduled an oil change for 8/25. Again that morning I got a call about them being double booked and wanted to push me out another 2 weeks! I was over due by this point. He said it is because I do it online. If they don't check their online bookings then don't offer that service plus my bill was $20 more than it said it should be according to the website. I try to use local services but I won't do this again.

Our first interaction we dealt with Collin, he was a great guy to work with and very efficient. Upon him leaving the Rockville dealership, Collin transferred our car order to a colleague named Brice. Anytime we had a question or concern regarding our order, we would contact Brice or Rod. These two are also great guys and both were always very kind and extremely helpful in answering our questions in a fast and timely manner! I had an absolutely amazing experience. When the electric car I have trying to get for over a month was not available, Michelle was wonderful to give me a call to let me know when they received my dream car. Kept in contact with me throughout as we had to drive several hours away to purchase. Made it a simple and easy process. The finance guy was amazing and friendly as well. Would recommend Michelle and dealership to anyone!

I enjoyed working with Kyle. He s the real deal, if knew the answer he would say so, if he didn t he would also say so, but would find for me. I think I am a fairly good judge of character and think he s a good guy, and I like him.

Great service center. Took my Silverado there for a check engine light and oil change, and the only thing that would ve made the experience better would have been not paying! Straight to the point, no fluff, just what seemed to be good honest people. Between text alerts and phone calls I was informed about it all, and the overall process was incredibly smooth and painless.

After contacting the dealership about a car we found online we were contacted by Michelle. She connected us with Colin who would be assisting her the next day for when we planned to go to the dealership. She emailed us paperwork ahead of time so that when we arrived everything would be ready to sign. Everything went smoothly and we were in and out in around an hour. Michelle contacted me after the weekend to see if she could be of anymore assistance and thank us. She and Colin were both great to work and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for their next car.

We were traveling from out of town and staying at Turkey Run when our brakes started grinding. I was so worried that we were not going to be able to find somewhere that we could have them repaired before we had to leave town hauling our camper. I called on Monday at 4:15 and thankfully Jay was able to work us in the very next morning. I cannot thank them enough for making us road safe again. THANK YOU!!!

Kudos to Ashley and the service team. My online appointment for an oil change and tire rotation weren't in the system but Ashley still made room for me in the schedule on a busy Friday. I told her not to worry about the tire rotation but I really needed the oil changed since I would be hauling my camper that weekend. When I came for the vehicle later in the day the oil was changed as well as the tires were rotated.Ashley mentioned that she wanted me to have a safe trip so she made sure everything was taken care of. Now that's service worth coming back for.Thanks Ashley

This is the second new vehicle Kyle has sold us in the past three years. Kyle has always been friendly and courteous to us. He is also very knowledgeable about the products that he is selling. Kyle keeps in touch with us and always willing to answer any question that we may have. He isn't a pushy salesman and we trust him.

These guys are all a class act! I didn't get the privilege to purchase from them, but if I lived in the area and was in the market I have no doubts that they would exceed my expectations. My wife, two of our friends, and myself had a flat tire on a Saturday and the whole team went out of their way to help us, AT NO CHARGE! I'm extremely grateful, especially Jared! Thanks!

We had a great experience at Alsop Chevy in Rockville. Our son needed a car after having his totaled in an accident. Robin was very helpful and Alex was very easy to work with regarding financing. They both went above and beyond to help him with his purchase. I'd recommend Alsop to anyone and will go ourselves the next time we need a car.
