Went into Rochester Ford looking for a used vehicle . I can t say enough about how comfortable and at ease we felt talking to Erik . Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and thorough on checking things out. Best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. Have already told several people about our experience there and will recommend going there for anyone looking to buy!!! Awesome place!!!

Just bought my Edge from here. Their customer service is top notch. I get like they were upfront and honest about everything, and I couldn t be happier with my car. If you like that small-town, family vibe, head on over and check them out.

Highly recommend the service dept. Larry, the service manager is the best I've met. He was great about explaining the repairs and with answering all my questions.We have used other nearby Ford Service centers and Rochester Ford beats them all. They knew we were needing our vehicle back a.s.a.p. and their service guy came into work early and completed the job way earlier than estimated and better yet...they were under the quoted cost.They earned a repeat customer here.

Everyone is friendly and helpful with all your needs at anytime. I scheduled my appointment for my vehicle to be serviced. Generally I would just go and wait on it. Circumstances changed so I called and they were able to come pick my car up. This is an option when scheduling. When they pick the car up and drop it off they take pictures that reassures no damage during the time they have it. You will receive a text when they are one their way to pick up your vehicle, when they arrive and leave, arrive at the shop, updates during the service, when they are done, leaving the shop, and the arrival back to you. They will let you know of any services that might need to be done soon or at your next visit. If you aren t going to be home, make arrangements with them to have the key/faub available and what to do with it upon their return. You can make your arrangements to pay them. If anything needs done at the time of service and sin t part of the regular service, they will call you prior to doing anything. You will receive a receipt that shows all work that was done, and of any future service that needs brought to your attention. I would highly recommend Rochester Ford with all your vehicle needs. They are upfront and honest.

I needed to bring my mother's car in for routine service, and (aside from the music playing in the waiting area -- sorry, not my cup of tea) it was a seamless and pleasant experience. The staff are friendly, explained everything well, and got me back on the road lickety-split. It's obvious that everyone there cares about what they do and about the community they serve!

Aaron Wilson is the best car salesman that you could ask for. We have purchased four vehicles from Rochester Ford and had an exceptional experience with all of them. No high pressure tactics and the final price is always what is quoted, with no hidden fees.

This place is Awesome!! And the technicians are great. I was having trouble with my breaks and they got me within a few minutes the day I called. They also found some things going on with my tires that I didn't know about. I highly recommend Rochester Ford.

Top notch facility.Always addresses my concerns. Excellent customer satisfaction from service, parts and sales.I drive 45 minutes one way simply because the atmosphere and quality is unparallel to any dealership closer to my home.GREAT JOB ROCHESTER FORD!

They did a great job fixing my 2017 Ford escape, check engine light was on for 3 different misfire codes... they got it fix and running good the same day of the appointment. Great service.!

I like the small town service that Rochester Ford provides. It is nice to go in and know the people who work there. I moved from Rochester to Fort Wayne and have returned to Rochester Ford because of their service.

They accepted our car for service without knowing it was coming in. It had broken down, and within a day they had the vehicle diagnosed and ready to be repaired. Fast and friendly service with all the staff we dealt with.

Nice and friendly. We bought our truck there a few years ago and have service done when needed and all our oil changes. They always are friendly and do a great job, even picked the truck up and brought it back for us one time. We are starting to think about another vehicle and they are top on our list of places to start.

I m very pleased with my experience at Rochester Ford. This stems from the communication all the way to the service. I had some recall work done and it was completed quickly with no hassle. I dropped my vehicle off a few days earlier than my scheduled appointment due to my work schedule. They were able to get to my vehicle before my scheduled appointment date.The service department kept me informed on the diagnosis of my vehicle and the procedure they needed to take to fix my issue.A+

My truck started losing power on the freeway I stopped at Rochester for and they immediately helped me and was back on the within two hours. They were very kind and extremely helpful.

Very friendly staff. They took some time to see if my issue was a quick fix. When they realized it wasn t, they scheduled a service appointment quickly. When I returned for pickup, a service member walked out to my car to confirm that I was able to open and close my roof. They had also taken the time to double check on an issue they noticed, but that I had not reported. I would definitely recommend their service department. A+ group!

Service advisors were friendly . I had an 8 an appointment time , They were able to get my car in right away .The technician performs an oil changer and a multipoint inspection . Great service!

I bought my car at Rochester Ford a few years ago. John was very helpful and easy to work with. The service department is easy to work with when I go in for oil changes and they do not try to push other services. I highly recommend these folks and will definitely be purchasing my next car there.
