Literally never had a worse experience in public. The woman I had Was the rudest nastiest person for no reason, it started as soon as I walked up I had no opportunity to even upset them. They were just rude immediately. For it being a smaller town I don t know how they re still in business it was disgusting.

Unfortunately this place only has one good employee and it s definitely not Kayla. She is the reason why this is a one star review. Not only did she come off as prejudice, but she also had an attitude doing my paperwork. I asked her if she had a long day, because I was fed up with her attitude. She simply smirked at me because I called her out on it. The branch manager came over to look at my Florida license and she was 10 times nicer than Kayla. I would ve much rather had her do my paperwork from the beginning. Unfortunately, I had to return yesterday, and I was dreading having Kayla call my number. Luckily, the other lady on the end made my experience better than the last time. She was caring, and patient trying to figure out the delay with my license even though I got out of work late and walked in at 4:30 PM. I m not shocked that I m not the only one who has had a bad experience with Kayla. Clearly nothing has been done by management with her. But fare warning, if you have an accent or are a darker skin tone, DO NOT sit with Kayla. She will give you the dirtiest look when you sit down, and the entire time she is helping you. And to the lady who helped me yesterday, I wish more employees at the BMV were like you! If I didn t interact with Kayla I would have given this place 5 stars. She should not have a position dealing with customers first hand. She should be working in the back not interacting with the public due to the lack of professionalism. This should serve as a lesson, to not judge a book by its cover. Some of us minorities are first generation Americans and do not tolerate ignorant people.

Drove 55 minutes there to meet a client to get a title signed over. The place was closed at 1:00 on Wednesday. Small sign in the window said due to staff shortages they were closed today. No way to determine on the website if they are closed or not. Don't know how many days the sign has been up?

Best BMV I've been to by a long shot. Quick, efficient and the staff friendly. I'm from California,You have to make an appointment there in advance and then wait sometimes a couple of hours.

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The representative remedied my situation quickly and easily. Masks and social distance is required. The staff handles the pandemic and guidelines quite well.

I went in and I was number 44. I didn't have to wait too long. The lady that help me was nice. My ID didn't cost anything. In Missouri it costs about $8.00 for ID or Drivers license.

Awful.. awful.. woman didn t even want to work that day, literally talked me out of getting a new license! Is anyone kind and helpful at any BMV??? Haven t went to one yet!

Really pleasant visit There is always a line but it moved fairly fast. Air conditioner was working well. Staff was great.

This place is terrible at customer service. Wait 30 minutes for your turn at minimum every time, get your turn and they always find any little reason to not renew your stuff or register your vehicle. Minimum of 2 trips required to do any simple task ill never go here again. 0 stars do not recommend.

Good service and typically not lengthy wait lines for a BMV. Helped me out when my plates didn't come on time because the mail was backed up.

They are only rude if u are rude to them. I been there twice in the last 2 weeks and ive heard fowl language from people both times.

Kayla is the worst!!! She also works in Plymouth. AVOID HER AT ALL COST!!!!

On the east coast, I remember having to take the day off from work. Just to go to the DMV. Here in Indiana, it's simple, barely a breezy 30 minute task.

Nobody can answer phone, waited on hold, 18 mins, got down to 6 minutes and my time reset. Happened twice same day.
