Great business, my husband was rebuilding our lawn mowers engine and needed a couple of tools he didn't have and they had them. We ordered online and they were ready for pick up quickly.

Very helpful group of guys at this store. After having some issues with my license plate lights, one the guys came out and gave me a hand plus gave me a few pointers on how to do work on them next time. Very happy I stopped here and not at Napa

The store itself and most employees are very good and I've been able to get the parts I needed much easier here than some parts stores. However, I have one complaint. I have left four messages with employees, including the assistant manager, to have the store manager call me back. As of today (October 15, 2021) he has not bothered to call me back. Twice times I left a message in person and twice I left a message over the phone and not once has the manager called me back. Very disappointing.

This location is really amazing. Super good staff who are knowledgeable and friendly. I Was picking up a new battery and went to purchase the tools to swap them and the manager told me don t worry about it. He then proceeded to change the battery himself. Awesome guy.

Very happy with the service I received from this store. Dustin and Laurie were very helpful when I broke down 600 miles from home. They had the parts in stock and knew what I needed. They also allowed me to make the repairs in there parking lot. Thank you for your kind service!

The Rochester store must hire people that know absolutely nothing about common things having to do with cars. I go to the store yesterday to see if they had a terminal connector tool to remove the connector from the spark plug plastic connector, they tell me they don't carry those. I then contact Auto Zone and the girl there tells me to go to Oreilys and where the actual tool is located me realizing the guy who helped me at Oreilys knew absolutely nothing he was talking about. I should've realized this though when I told him to show me where they kept a 16mm socket to change my spark plugs and he grabbed a 5/8 standard telling me it would in work in place of a 16mm for the Voltswagon model. Like i said you need no former knowledge of commom vehicle parts to get a job there, or basic math skills. I'll be doing all my business at Autozone for now on.

Fantastic manager works out very well along side with his other employees. Anything from Auto parts ,all top end additives, a lot of good cleaning supplies,and even someone whom knew about Ham Radios. 73s!

Counter guy gave me the wrong part, ughh! Cost me a second trip back to town which amounted to 30 min more drive time as well as the install. Up side, they got it right the second time.

Fair prices but on hand parts makes up the difference. Always friendly but lots of employee turnover and short handed tells me they need to up the pay scale..
