I always say it is easier buying a house than a car and most agree with me. However, Brenden was great to deal with. He did most of the leg work prior to me driving 2 hrs to the dealership and made sure that we would be able to make the deal work at the numbers I was looking for. When I arrived everything was ready to go and I was in and out in less than 60 mins. Everyone that I dealt with at the dealership was very nice and they all were fast which is appreciated these days. Would work with Brenden again.

I had a question about my tire pressure sensor, and didn t know how to recalibrate it.I stopped in and the nice young man showed me how to do it.Then I asked him what tire pressure I should be using for the summer, and he offered to fill them all up to 35 PSI!Not only that, he asked if I would like it washed as well. I was extremely happy, and all of this was done free of charge!I don t remember his name, buthe definitely went above and beyond for me today!Thankful for the friendly and helpful people at Wetzel Honda!!!!Service: Tires

Excellent experience from start to finish. Greeted immediately. Explanation of why my vehicle was having the problem I brought it in for. Very transparent on pricing and allowed me to make a decision without being forced. Great communication while waiting for the repair. I ve been servicing my cars here the last six years and have nothing but excellent experiences. They strive to be transparent and upfront with every visit. Their free Car wash service is a nice touch. I always feel assured that I will be taken care of as quickly as possible even if they are at max capacity all while keeping my car in top shape.

Everything went well. Lexus in service was very courteous and explained everything perfectly. It was a pleasure. All repairs seem to have been done perfectly.

I have went there to look into buying a vehicle and I have also went to have service done on my vehicle. Either way they are definitely one of the top 3 worst Honda dealerships I ve went to. The people are definitely friendly just not knowledgeable or helpful. Good for basic general maintenance but that s about as far as I would extend it.Update: they ask you to reach out to them and act like they care when they clearly don t because they cannot respond to emails or phone calls.
