The guys in the service department are Great!! I met several men tonight and I feel awful I didn t get their names but I was in such a frantic they will remember me!!! Something happened while getting my oil changed (@ another place) my hood would no longer latch when they were finished. They tried for over 30 minutes just pounding the hood of my new to me ford explorer. I was about to cry how on earth was I going to get back home over 45 minutes away. So I called Ford service department 5 minutes before closing time. They told me if I got there quick one of the techs would wait on me. I pulled in and they opened the garage door for me and several men were standing there waiting to help!!! They didn t have to I didn t buy my car from them and I knew better than to go somewhere other than the dealership for an oil change!! They didn t care!! The red headed tech figured out what was wrong and got it fixed and back on my way in minutes!! I will definitely be coming back! A BIG THANK YOU to all of those men who stayed and helped!!

After spending all day car shopping (including a not so great experience at a large Muncie dealership), a friend connected me with Ian to ask about a car I was interested in from the website. That car wasn't available anymore, but another one I'd been interested in at another Wetzel lot was. Ian had it brought over and it was waiting for me to test drive when I got there. He got me in the car I wanted at a fair price without a lot of back and forth and no pressure to buy unnecessary extras. Very pleased with my experience at Wetzel Ford as compared to other dealerships.

We cannot say enough good things about the good folks at Wetzel Ford. We were traveling west to see family and our 2019 F-250 begain to show signs of something wrong as we passed the Ohio/Indiana border at around 8am.We immediately exited I-70 at Richmond, Indiana. Looked on google maps and discovered Wetzel Ford very close by.We pulled and and then the "magic" began (as far as we are concerned). They quickley diagnosed the problem, they did not have the part in stock but they contaced another dealership (do not know which one) and by 4 O'Clock we were back on the road good as new.We wish our home/local Ford dealership was as proficient as Wetzel Ford.

I stopped in to get an admin key made for my Ford transit. I did not have an appointment.The building, service & waiting area were spotlessly clean & well appointed.I spoke with the service technician about my service need. He was very friendly, courteous & polite. He got me set up to have the service performed immediately (again, I did not have an appointment). The 3 service personnel I interacted with were all fantastic.My service was performed in about 1 hour & I was out the door. Very happy with the service & professionalism of all involved with my vehicle.I can't say enough about the high level of service I was given.I will be back again if I am in need of service.By the way, I have to drive an hour to get here. I will do it every time I need service.Thanks Wetzel Ford!!!!!

Chris and Bart were really helpful!!!!Chris did a fantastic job of working with us on a great trade in deal!The Canadian vehicle thing they say was the only "issue" which is really odd... so be prepared if your vehicle is from Canada I guess it's not going to be as good as if it's from America ...Especially loved how everything was very organized, straight to the point, and no hidden fees or charges at the end!!! We couldn't be happier with our new truck!!!!! *the first week of owning the truck and the sun roof broke.... thank you Wetzel for working with us to fix the problem- and doing it so quickly!

Went here to get a fob for my Ford expedition. Great and quick service. Got my truck almost a year ago with just a key and they were able to get me set up and now have a fob. I had been having to go around and manually lock every door because my inside lock buttons didn't work. Very good and nice service!

If I could give zero stars I would. I had emailed this dealership trying to get ahold of someone in the service department to schedule some work. I never received an email back, so I decided to call the next day. Nobody answered the phone and it didn't have an option to leave a voicemail it would just go back and repeat the automated message as if I had just called again. I will not be going here to have my vehicle worked on nor will I have any further vehicles being purchased here from now on.

Shout out to Dylan in Service. Contacted him last week about getting my daughters car in that was inoperable due to possible transmission control module failure. Told him I had time constraints as my daughter was leaving to go back to college in 2 weeks. He said that if I could get the car to them that he could get to it in about a week maybe sooner. Had car brought over from another Ford dealer where it had been sitting for 2 weeks with nothing done to it. Two days before my scheduled appointment got notified that they were able to get the car in early. Transmission Control Module was bad and was replaced under warranty from Ford. Also found a bad range selector sensor that was keeping them from programming the module completely. Replaced switch and was able to program the TCM. Car was done in a little over a day. Very happy with the service. If my was still at the other dealer I'd still be waiting on them to get it in. My daughter has her car back with a week and a half to spare.

Bought a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport. Sales didn t explain the options on vehicle wanted adaptive cruise. Found out after purchase did not have. Had 2 service issues neither was taken care of. Wheels are leaning in at the top. Problem could be corrected with camber adjustment but since was in spec, They didn t care. Harness on rear diff rubbing hard on inner sub frame. Advisor explained mounting points on harness were incorrect but didn t feel it would cause a problem. Neither problem fixed. I would like to know if Ford was notified about rear diff harness issue.

It had been awhile since I was at Wetzel Ford. Marty is very polite, helpful and took his time to explain what needed to be done to my car. He even gave me a possible quote on the price of a part my car might need. It was very reasonable.

I brought my expedition to be checked and got it back dirty with marks on the tires. They did a "test drive" and broke the rear shocks. The suspension was perfect prior to me bring it in and now the vehicle shakes and wobbles. Now they want $900 for new shocks.

Several years ago I used to do to WETZEL FORD to buy and service my vehicles. I then found a closer Ford Dealership, but since Covid it take forever to get your vehicle in, and have warranty service done to it. So I went back to Wetzel's to get my warranty work done. A full month and a half sooner, being seen and the repair should be done within a week.Their Service Department is top-notch, and their sales department is eager to help you in any way new or used and with financing available.The nicest part is that they don't push you into anything that you don't or can't afford.So go in and see them, and get to know them. Your next car or truck may come from them, who knows.

They offered to fix my car for $1,000 when all it needed was a $200 battery. This is not the first time I've been swindled and fleeced by Wetzel Ford but I assure you it was the last. I've never once been able to take my car to them for service that I didn't end up handing over at least a thousand dollars, likey unnecessary. I know it's standard for car dealerships to upsell and upcharge for the satisfaction of thinking you did the right thing for your car by having it serviced at an actual dealership but this is ridiculous and Wetzel will never see me again or touch another one of my cars.

Great service as always. Service department is excellent. Service advisor s are very professional and helpful. My last visit really surprised me. Had my vehicle serviced and out in about an hour. Thought I would be waiting for at least 1 and 1/2 hours. My wife was amazed that I got home so fast!

Took my car in for an Oil Change .They left the cap off of the top oil bay.They did come and pick up the car and clean the inside of my hood but it doesn't look new anymore and who knows if I'll have issues down the line.

My wife and I recently purchased a Ford Fusion here and had a great experience. The car is very nice and was priced right. Ian Jackson was the salesman I worked with and he did a great job to make the sale easy. He even came in on his off time when we decided to go with Wetzel on the purchase. The purchase was quick and painless. Within 2 hours we had all the paperwork completed and were driving off the lot with a full tank of gas and a freshly detailed car. Overall, the entire staff went out of their way to make this easy for us. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend Wetzel, and Ian Jackson, to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

I have a Ford E450 chassis camper and they turned me away for warranty issues. They can take them into have oil changes so they possibly jack the front up to get under it and that s all I asked Matt to do and he refused as a matter of fact he was basically thought it was funny and hung up on me. True professional. I have bought my last 5 cars from Wetzel but they can thank Matt for losing out business and we were ready to buy again this summer. O well overall their loss.it s funny how they do some kind of response on here to people giving good reviews but no response to the people giving less then Great reviews. That shows you they don t care and are not looking to keep improving.

I found a car on their website, and started working with Ian Jackson. Ian worked with me from start to finish on every aspect of the deal. If I had a question, I got a response very quickly. He worked very hard for me, and made the car buying process as quick and painless as possible. The dealership itself was very nice too. It was a very nice showroom and everyone there seemed professional and happy to be there. I've purchased quite a few vehicles in my life. Ian at Wetzel Ford made it as easy as it gets. I drove almost 1000 miles each way to buy this car. I'd do it again.

Wetzel Ford is one of the best dealerships I have ever come across. If they weren t held back by the unwillingness of Ford to cover warranty issues, they would be the best anywhere.
