Start to finish, the people at Wetzel were there for me. They listened to what I was looking for and did above and beyond to make sure it happened. If you re looking for a dealership that does things the right way and cares about you, this is without a doubt somewhere to visit! The salesman I was assigned, Jason, did an exceptional job and is top notch!

Bought this vehicle and was happy until 37k miles later the engine blew, and they would not even offer to have the vehicle towed or give a rental. So, I'm out a vehicle after paying 50k. I'm responsible for the tow bill and rental fees while my vehicle is in the shop for months!

I happened to be on a road trip and saw the sign. Wetzel is not a very common name AT ALL! May be extended family!! Cause I know what it s like to be a Wetzel, I know this is a great business (also other google reviews )

Thank you for the great deal On the new Dodge Charger. Always get good customer service Add Wetzel Dodge Jeep. Richmond Indiana I have dealerships in my Hometown Anderson Indiana But can't come close to the deals you get from Randy king. and kale wise. I do refer this dealership too. Anyone Looking for a new dodge or jeep can't beat them! Thanks again!

Brennen was fantastic. I had a poor experience with the dealership across the street and felt like they were trying to take advantage of me after i drove 2 hours to get there. Brennen and the gang made me feel more at home and i felt more comfortable giving them my business.

Today we bought a Ram 3500 truck from Jason Buck and our experience was great. Upon pick up he took the time to show us all the features of the controls on and around the steering wheel. Also the Navigation, heating, radio, back up camera system, you name it he covered the features with us. He was honest if he didn t know something & then set about getting an answer for us. This purchase was a huge investment in our future retirement plans. We traveled an hour & 1/2 away to view, drive, and then come back again to purchase this truck. This was a hard decision for us to make, and Jason helped us to decide it was the correct one. Jason was very personable, patient , and knowledgeable while working with us. We will have no problem recommending this dealership and Jason to anyone we know looking to buy a car or truck. Superb experience all the way around is what we found here!

Me and my wife had used Triston from the Ford lot and all the guys down at the Chrysler dealer to make our dreams come true of purchase/leasing our first new vehicle. Couldn't be anymore satisfied with the customer service and the hospitality showed at both places. 10 out of 10 recommend any of the Wetzel Family Auto dealerships.

My fiance and I have been looking for either a Suburban or Escalade ESV. We found the vehicle, price, and service we were looking for at Wetzel's. When we saw the reviews, we believed in our hearts it would be worth the drive from Hamilton, Ohio to Richmond, Indiana. The professional service and customer care we received from Jason, our salesman, Tom the finance manager, and everyone we interacted with here made us feel like we were home. It takes a lot to make an investment in a vehicle and you guys really helped to put our mind at ease.We also decided to pay for some necessary service with the mileage on the vehicle and that was facilitated and did not delay the picking up of our vehicle. Thanks again!

I bought my Challenger from Wetzel with great service. Almost a year later the clear coating on the hood started peeling off. Took it back and they did an outstanding job on fixing it. Even cleaned the inside and outside of my car. Thank you

Another dealer that is advertising a vehicle for that is actually not available for sale due to it being a "special order" for the owner and he has not done paperwork on it and has yet to "file paperwork" that he has taken ownership of it. This is a deceptive practice this dealership has chosen to engage in and waste peoples time to get them in their dealership and then talk them into another vehicle. They have been reported directly to Dodge for this. You are encouraged as consumers to report any dealer who does this directly to the manufacturer.

Had some routine maintenance and a warranty covered repair done. Made an appointment and got me scheduled for I think 6 days later. I know it was less than a week, not bad at all. Kept my car for the whole day and ended up having to keep it overnight cause something I had them inspect needed some work but they didn't have a part in stock. Got the part first thing in the morning and had my car back by lunch time. Staff was very friendly and I will be going back for my maintenance on my jeep. Only downside was they didn't offer me a loaner car while they had mine. Before moving, the Chrysler dealership I went to always gave you a loaner if they were going to have your car for more than a couple hours. Maybe that isn't a normal practice for other Chrysler dealerships, but not a huge issue. Car runs great now

Helpful, friendly staff. Good service. But had a 10:30 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, we didn't get out of there until 12:10. I think they put some people ahead of us or over scheduled. It was our only free oil change, probable have it done somewhere else in the future. It's a hour drive for us to get there.

They did exactly what they said they would do! They kept their word and I didn t feel like I was getting bs or taken advantage of for the first time in 20 years! I am loyal and will be a customer of there s for years to come!

I couldn't be happier with Wenzel. I am from Florida and was traveling through Indiana when my new ram pick up had a starter problem. The service department and new car sales went out of their way to try to get me back on the road. There was no starter available, they tried everything they could to find a replacement starter, but none were available. During the time I was stranded they gave me a car to go back-and-forth to the hotel and restaurant. Everyone from the service manager, his staff and the mechanics were exceptionally helpful.If I lived in the area there would be no doubt that I would buy from them and also use their service.

I got a car that I really enjoy. So mission accomplished I guess But do not wait for your plate paperwork to come in the mail. I waited for mine until my temp plate was up and then it showed up in the mail a day later. No one informed me that I could ve went on to the BMV until I finally got tired of dealing with the salesman and called the manager. I also do not recommend getting the ceramic coat done by them. Save $550 dollars and go buy some chemicals guys and do it yourself. Their detailers are absolute garbage at their job and they spray the coating over streaks and dirt trapping it between the coating. Then you get to strip it with a clay bar if you want your NEW vehicle to actually look new. 3 stars because I really love my car.

Still working, wanted hitch added. They can't add wiring,taking it to uhaul for that if dealer will warrant work by them. Still in process

Quick and friendly service. My only complaint is that I told them I had a service contract sold when we bought the car, which mileage wise, it is still under. I was charged anyway, although I was not at the last service. I did not apparently make it clear, or I do not understand the contract, or the service dept. does not readily want to honor it. I may have needed to show them something.

My 2024 jeep is making noises. Had it about 4 days and I gotta take it asap . Listen to my new Jeep . It isn t the dealers fault . Things happen .

Had a very painless and great experience at Wetzel. I feel like I stole the truck for the price they gave me on. Well worth the hour drive considering how much cheaper the truck was. Tom Kiser did a great job of talking me through everything and the finance department was superb. Will definitely come back to do business here in the future.
