My salesman ironically named Chevy was great to work with. His manager Matt was helpful too. They had a lot to choose from and I drove several before making a decision. They gave me a good price on my trade in which allowed me to purchase the car I liked.

I encourage anyone in the market for a car to go ANYWHERE other than Wetzel Auto Group. They like to cut their employee s salary by $600 a month, with no notice, 3 weeks before Christmas. Let s hope they can afford to keep the lights on now since they clearly needed that money more than someone living paycheck to paycheck.

Arron is a outstanding person to be around. He made sure I was 100% okay before I left and kept a smile on my face The entire time I was there. Everyone that works there makes it feel like home and safe THEY DEFINITELY PASSED THE VIBE CHECK!!! I highly recommend anyone who need thier car looked at to come to take 5 they will definitely make sure you leave with 100% of your car taken care of and a smile on your face.

We just purchased a 2020 used Camry from Travis Power . I called in at 10 am this morning and he was wonderful over the phone then sent me a video . Of the car.I explained we would be driving 2 hours. We worked out all the numbers before leaving.He had the car pulled up and detailed full of gas waiting up front when we got there. He was very nice professional.I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. Tom W in Finance got us in and out quickly. Was super also. Thanks guys ! I had questions about a vehicle my son has that needed repairs. I talked with Marty and he's very honest and helpful. He explained what needed done and they were able to fix the problem at a very reasonable amount of time and not a lot of money out of my pocket. Thanks guys.

Wetzel Auto made my weekend - probably my year - when I got my Ford Raptor. Car was in great condition, everything as described. Brian was helpful, knowledgeable, and made the process painless. All representatives were efficient in getting us our car, and out of there. Thanks!

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. I called to make sure they had the vehicle i was looking so I could see it before I drove 45minutes out of my way to get there. They said they had a couple but 1 was in the shop....well turns out all 3 they had were getting repairs so I couldn't see any of them. Not sure if they thought they could talk me in to something else or what but never again. Thanks for nothing.

They changed the oil on our Cadillac and did a great job! We didn't think they would be able to get us in since we didn't have an appointment. They got us in and out pretty fast! The guys who work here are very friendly and nice. Will definitely be back for more!! Thanks Jeremy!!

Great people! Thomas was the associate who helped my husband with his purchase. Very nice, and listened to what he was saying/looking for! Husband found exactly what he wanted and we got out of there in a reasonable amount of time! We will definitely be back, when I'm due for a new vehicle!

Had my Trucks frount end aligned there. It ruined my frount tires. They wanted me to spend $1,000 for a new set of tires. Plus getting the frount end aligned again...The guy made excuses saying there machine needed to be recalibrated...No late for me...Didnt offer any discounts at all....No Garrentee it wont happen again...

Absolutely above and beyond. Had the misfortune of breaking lug nuts on my van, the service crew got us back on the road quick even though I could tell they were busy. I wish I lived closer because the experience I had was so positive I would definitely return. Very professional.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, quick service and friendly employees to help get the job done.I had a very minor issue that was more a misunderstanding that was quickly resolved with the service department that was corrected immediately.Highly recommended.

On a trip from St Paul MN to Charlotte NC. Had a planned stop in Richmond IN .Did not plan on oil change indicator coming on just before stopping for the night. I was up and checked out before Wetzel Ford opened .They greeted me as if I was one of their repeat customers . Took my car first thing ,knowing I had 8 hours of travel left . Oil change and tire pressure done in 15 minutes. What a great experience.

My husband and I had been looking at trucks for a couple of months. I had to have the right price and he had to have the right options. He drove a little over an hour to look at a couple at Wetzel's. While he shopped, I was setting up for his surprise party. This was the first time I hadn't been with him for vehicle shopping since we met & I was incredibly nervous. I called him to see how it was going; he said the salesman, Tom was great, he wasn't pushy & he wasn't a jerk and he thought he found the truck he wanted. I called & spoke to nice lady at the front to fill her in on what I was planning hoping they could ensure a speedy process of getting him out the door & home on time.At the end of the night when we were catching up, he said he would go back to Wetzel's anytime and it was the BEST experience he had ever had at a dealership. The best salesman, customer service & finance staff he's had the pleasure of dealing with. We can't thank them enough for making the whole process perfect from start to finish!

I would like to start off by saying our salesman Bryce was fantastic. I got there late to test drive a car & since I couldn t be had it ready for me the next day. But I m giving a 2 because of the afterward experience with the finance manager, Gerrall. He called on Monday while I was at work, I didn t answer so he texted me (which is fine, that s easier for me) telling me my husband needed to contact someone at our loan place, he gave me the name and number for who we needed to speak with. I told him my husband works night shift but I would let him know to call when he woke up. My husband called & I let Garrell know Tuesday morning that my husband called. Fast forward to today, he texts me again, tells me my husband didn t call and that if we couldn t handleThis small task I needed to bring the car back. Mind you the loan is in my husbands name so they wouldn t talk to me. I tell him my husband DID call but then I noticed he sent a totally different name and number we were to call this time. When I let him know I could bring the car back no issue as long as myCar was there ready to roll he then tried to scare me with how I ll be charged for mileage & rental fees on this car. I felt harassed honestly because this man gave us a number to call and we did but since he was wrong thought it was okay to talk to me in that way. Unfortunately I don t think I d recommend anyone having to deal with that jerk.

At 16, I bought a brand new Honda Civic from Wetzel. I have been bringing it in for service for 13 YEARS. Recently, I had a head gasket blow. I spent over $2k getting my engine serviced. Since my engine was going to be torn apart with the agreed upon work, I also talked with my service advisor, Dustin Hobson and agreed to get the water pump changed and the timing chain and guides replaced. When I spoke to the service manager, Dustin Garvin to ensure the work had been completed he immediately became defensive and said that work was not agreed upon. It's very clear to see that the ball was dropped with the communication between the service advisor and service manager. Dustin G did not even take the time to go confirm with his service advisor but instead revolted and made me feel as if I was a liar. He even went as far as to not let me speak with the service advisor because he was afraid that he might tell the truth on recalling our conversation. He was extremely rude and unprofessional and I was appalled with the level of service I received after being a very long-term customer with this company. I spoke with Eric Maitlen, the operations director, and he unfortunately was also rude and defensive. I learned quickly with this experience that wetzel prioritizes wetzel over customers. I will not be doing business in the future with wetzel and I would encourage all those that read my review to make the choice to go elsewhere. You will not regret doing business with a small local service shop or even going out of town if you want to purchase a vehicle.

TL;DR Do not do business here, they don't care about the vehicles and have awful customer service. Will be reporting to the BBB. Literally go to Indy or Ohio, just not here.So I have to start at the beginning. I recently moved home from Chicago and needed a car for the winter. So my dad and I went to the All-Star dealership part of Wetzel. I was told I couldn't test drive any of the cars because I didn't have full coverage on my current vehicle. First of all, how is someone supposed to make an educated purchase with out driving the car? Secondly, the car was dirty and it was Saturday so no one was there to clean it out and they couldn't care less. Regardless, I bought the car. Within a few moments of driving it off the lot I had a tire pressure alert saying that one of my tires was low. I took it to my brother just to get a work up on it and found out it was leaking oil too. This is all within a month. So now I have this car I can't return but need to put even more work in to. That is the truly frustrating part though. The part that has driven me to write this review is that I bought this car over 4 months ago and I am just now able to transfer my plates. I have been driving around on expired tags/dealer tags for 3 months and their response was "Oh well the BMV is really backed up". That is not an excuse, cops do not care how backed up the BMV is, which they said they wouldn't pull me over. I don't know how they can guarantee that, when they are in fact not the police. Regardless I've called so many times to try to talk to someone about this and I got told by Billy, Shane and the office manager that I would hear back and they'd get me my plates ASAP. Welp, 4 months later is as soon as possible I guess. Also they didn't process my loan for a whole month, so I couldn't make my first payment and my bank almost closed it out.

Wetzel Auto Honda tried to deceive me by placing a sticker price and sticker features, odometer reading engine size from a totally different car. Sticker said it was a white car with black interiors and had many different features it didn't even have the right VIN number of the car that was posted on it. the car did not have features and it still tried to charge me for the list price of the white car. Which I would estimate about $6,000 more in price. The car that I was showing it's worth a lot less and normal sticker price then what was shown on the car and they tried to charge me it was posted on what's the silver car with gray interior. These guys try to deceive me by this being a totally different car I wonder if this car is stole or even have the engine it says on the sticker price.I'd be careful and look at every features on the sticker price and even a VIN number on the car itself not what's on the windshield to make sure that everything it says it's on there or you'll get ripped off buy deceptive sales people and managers.I was going to buy the car at first until I find these different items in a deception I talked about car dealerships being crooks right there's a good example. Fortunately I did not buy the car, I simply walked out. Do not trust the Honda used car sales people. If you're looking to buy a car their check make sure everything is correct. And they try to say and blame it on another car dealership. I will not buy a car finesse used car. Or from Honda at all.

I purchased a vehicle about 6 months ago. The salesman hardly spoke to me at all. He kept telling me he didn t have time to do the paper work and to keep the car till he told me to come back it ended up being a few days when I go In to do that paperwork someone else was there that had no idea what was going on. They said to call and they would detail the car that they didn t have time that day so I called and called because there was pop spilled on the roof cover of the car nobody would return my call. Now 6 months later the car is completely inoperable I had to replace the entire motor, the turbo, the radiator and the alternator total lying over $3,000 when I called the dealership and asked what I needed to do they said they wouldn t do anything I had to handle it. Now I have a car that doesn t run and a new car payment. Not to mention I can t get anyone to return my calls. I am above disappointed.

Went here hoping they where the right choice. In a world with way too many options of where to buy a vehicle. Overall experience was "Fair-OK" but they were unwillingly to negotiate on price. The biggest problem is the main problem most people run into when buying a vehicle. Is with the post sale customer service. The very next day after we bought car outright. We started noticing paint dings and chips. We thought maybe some pea gravel had hit it or something. Then we noticed more and more and more chips each day. I went over car with a fine tooth comb before I bought and i know for a fact they weren't there before. Then the trunk release broke. Now its been 37 days of a 45 day temp tag. And still no title. Which means we might have to park our new car after saving gor years and finally purchasing new car. We have to deal with all these issues. Directly because of the way wetzel obviously focuses on presale rather than customer care afterwards. So if you dont wanna deal with a bunch of problems and be left out in the dark. Go somewhere else!

Bryan at Wetzel Ford wouldn't allow me to test drive a vehicle without full coverage insurance. (Assuming its because I'm young and wasn't pre-approved) You guys lost 20k and financing simple as that. Would give one star if possible new management is necessary.

I havent bought a car from wetzel for years. Now I remember why. I went there today to buy a used car with cash. Im talking over 10000.00 in cash. They wouldn't move at all on thier price. They will not work with you. I started looking in carfax in the last 10 years and I will drive an hour or hour and a half to get the same car for a lesser price then what they sell it for.

I am from Texas visiting family and I sent my girlfriend to Wetzel Chevrolet to explain That there was a transmission problem with my 2007 Yukon Denali shifting incorrectly. She explained the situation with my Denali on the phone with the service writer and wanted to get it fixed or purchase a new transmission with an estimate for a new transmission and service. Wetzel Chevrolet offer no diagnostic to her on the phone to see what the exact problem with the transmission and just order the transmission. We pre-payed 3600 plus toward the new transmission which they added an extra couple of hundred dollars to the estimate for seals and gasket the Service writer explain told her in case they are needed.My girlfriend stated several times that she wanted photos of all the service being done and to make sure the rear main seal was check and looked at for leaks due to there was high oil covering the bottom of my Yukon Denali...they did no safety check, no diagnosis of the transmission problems, no picture of service being done as asked or checking for any oil leaking from the rear main seal as asked of them...I have not had my Yukon Denali back a month and have had to take it back in to Wetzel Chevrolet on multiple occasions now related to the service that was done replacing the new transmission in my Denali.On one occasion taking my Yukon back for service again, I was told the rear main is leaking and the rear main seal is leaking heavier and the transmission isn t shifting as it should, which would cost me another couple hundred dollars of service...after talking and arguing with the service staff and talking to the owner nothing has been done to correct this issue and I have had to take it to Studebaker GMC...and upon taking my Yukon Denali to Studebaker GMC they found the initial problem with my transmission which was just a $30 brake sensor and not a $3600 to replace the whole transmission within less then an hour of receiving my Yukon...I am still fighting with Wetzel Chevrolet on being reimbursed for the service another dealership has had to do and they are not owning up to there fault in service...I am still having problem with my transmission and having Studebaker GMC throughly go through and check the transmission and any related transmission service...which Wetzel is in denial of dropping the ball on diagnosing a transmission job that is still costing me close to $6000 if not more with there service and another dealership correcting Wetzel lack of communication and responsibility of...I would not take my vehicle back to Wetzel ever again...if you do, make sure you having enough money in saving to throw away, because they think your a bank and have money to burn with them...very disappointed in all aspects of service with Wetzel Chevrolet...

Service so so supposed to call me back about a wheel issue that i belived happened there while getting oil change never did wont be back typicall of the wetzel chevy dealer and dont send me a pre written script about how sorry you are to here this you are all about $$$$ thats why i bought my new car in ohio this is your business model $$$$$$$ first screw cust satisfaction
