We got our oil changed there. I drove home, no problem. Then I have to go get kids at school . Has I taken them home. The oil sighn popped up, and I stopped then, not realizing it shut off.We tried jump start, and nothing at all. We had someone look at it who works on cars, and he said the motor stopped . Then another mechanic said the same thing. All the sighne when the oil light popped onWe have never had a problem with the car till oil change. They don't want to take care of it. The manager keeps making excuses .Please don't get change there, and I have seen other people have problems with Richmond indiana walmart

Got a nasty flat tire out on 70 and they had me in and out in no time at all. I really appreciated the tech using a torque wrench to double check the lug nuts.

I went here to get two new tires I had already bought on the front of my car. I called before I went and they said they had one guy to put one tire on his vehicle and then no other customers. When I got there I was told it would be two hours.... I ended up waiting 4 hours and then 30 minutes additionally because they charged me over twice what they should have and needed a team leader to reimburse me. If I hadn't cought that, I would have been charged $70 when it should have been $30. So 4 1/2 hours total wait time. They put the new tires on the rear (which I SPECIFICALLY told them NOT to do). And moved my rear tires to the front. My car is RWD. However, I probably have WAY more experience then these guys mechanically. And I told them to put the tires on the front. PSI was also terrible. Tires rated for 44 psi max. I drive a lot and keep them at 38 psi. They had one front tire at 38. Another at 42. And the rear new tires at 28 psi.... they should have paid ME to work on my car. After 4 1/2 hours.... I escaped lol it was a nightmare! I recommend taking your tires off and bringing only the tires if you need them to change tires only. Otherwise you might have the same nightmare.

Warning! Daughter got new back tires put on vehicle. Was charged for 4 tire rotation but job wasn't done. Front tires not rotated and back tires replaced? NO ROTATION! only$25, but imagine all the times this has happened.

I had an appointment at 5:00 p.m. when I arrived I discovered that they had three people out sick and had I not had an appointment they would have had to turn me away. They said it would be an hour and a half before they could get to it. Yet with all of that, everyone was kind and polite even the guy that was missing his break was amazing, and they got me out in 45 minutes. I think they did a really good job. In fact I told him I thought they deserved a raise

Always a long wait for an oil change. Called there a couple weeks ago because I had a nail in my tire and was told there was no wait. Once I got there I was told it would be a six hour wait.

These guys don't do a poor job I just always get the impression they're a little lazy. They usually act like they don't know if they can finish what you need by close hoping you will beat it and they go home on time. Also they forgot my valve stem caps after putting on 4new tires. Aside from that good bang for your buck

Got 2 tires changed and they did ok. Didn't rotate or even tread match front and back. Threw my spare in the back instead of putting it away and didn't reset the tpms They are not a bargain outlet in auto, so they need to offer competitive customer service.

They told customer after customer that it was first come first serve and it wasn t. I waited by the cash register for 30 minutes to be first and not one person told me I needed to wait outside the door. I go out and there s six people in front of me but I decided to still wait. Three hours later my car has not been touched just for a flat tire and two people behind me are checking out for oil changes. It not first come , first serve.

Before I got my oil changed, the vehicle was really sounding bad (due to the need of an oil change). I checked the oil when I got home from work in the morning and there is nothing on the dipstick, so I think, oh my I need to get an oil change! So I come to Walmart to get my oil changed, and when it is done, they say that the vehicle had full oil. I think there is some sort of lying in the process of what they say because with any vehicle that I ve taken there for an oil change, they always say it was full. I would suggest doing an oil change yourself so you don t get incorrect information about your vehicleService: Oil change

I came in for oil change. Talked me into a fuel injection cleaning. Said it would be about an hour with the injection. It has been 2 hours and I have seen no one touch my car that has been sitting in the bay. I asked lady after an hour and half and she said its a little longer with an injection. Ok I get that sometimes but 9 people have come and gone and I am still sitting here. Nobody even checked to see if there is a problem with the vehicle. Oil has been changed! Wth? Never again. This is ridiculous!! And guess what ? I typed this whole post and I am still waiting. I am very un happy!!.

If you have the extra money to go elsewhere, please do so. Services are inexpensive because the staff are overworked, inexperienced, unenthusiastic and you will eventually need the revisit a different mechanic. Icing on the cake!

What can I say? Walmart as a company and as a whole, generally has their sh*t together. The Richmond, IN Tire/Auto Center is no different. I live an hour away in Indianapolis and was visiting family for the holidays. I woke up the Sunday morning after Christmas vto a severely flattening tire before my drive back to Indy. I had it towed to the Richmond Tire Center and they had 2 brand new Goodyear Douglas tires installed and balanced on the front in 20 minutes. Sorry can not give you a negative star or I would When you go in to get lifetime tire rotation they tell you they will not do it without original receipt of tire purchase. The last time before that there was no problem done deal. Employees tell you headquarters changed there system and sorry nothing they can do about it. When you spend almost. $900.00 that is bull@$!#. Took 1 hour to fix it

Boyfriend's car had a tire that we discovered was dry rotting on Thanksgiving of all days, when we had arrived at the family's house. Took it slow on the drive home and got back safely, turned to Walmart to get it fixed before he had to drive 30 miles one way to work on Monday. They promised they'd have a standard sedan tire shipped in by Sunday.Surprise, surprise, it's not there, and they don't know when it will be in. It's not an unusual tire size. I can track an order down to the hour of it's arrival, how can a multi-million dollar company not manage to get the day right?

We went on a sunday night to get an oil change. Just wanted the pit crew. They said we dont offer that today and it was a 3 hr wait. We needed it done asap for a trip snd was to much snow on the ground for me to do it myself. Other then the wait time it was fine. Nice staff for the most part.

Terribly slow from the check-in to the cash-out. When we picked up our car all of the presets on the radio were gone as well as the pairing for our devices. The woman at check-out was very nice but so slow that it almost seemed intentional. Others in line with me felt the same way.

Brought in 12 quarts in 3, 1 gallon jugs. Told them when checking in that the vehicle holds 10 quarts. When vehicle was finished I checked for the 2 extra quarts, they had put all 12 quarts in the engine, over filling it

Bought one tire from this location. It blew out within 30 minutes but they wouldn't replace it because they claimed I must have run over something. Took it to a mechanic and was told Walmart had probably mounted it incorrectly. Don't go here.Service: TiresService: Tires

I went here today as I have done fir the past year to receive a oil change after waiting a hour and a half to get this done they call me back to the center to tell me they dont have the oil for my truck . Spoke to Matt about issue and he seemed to have cared less. Thus is clearly the last time I will come here.

Went to get a tire repaired ,but they couldn't fix it , because of tread , i thought it was in the trunk , they left it there , needed the rim, but they called and told me they had it , i go there for oil changes , i heard of their service through a friend , i would recommend .

Made an appointment to get my tires and oil changed when I got there they denied me and didnt changed my tires nor my oil, they come up with any excuse to not work on your vehicle and this has happened to me the past three times I have tried to get an oil change I will never be going to Walmart again and I suggest the same for all of youServices: Tires, Oil change
