My experience with superior auto started out great until we left the lot. 2 hours after I purchased my vehicle a service light came on for my airbags. I also noticed my window control panel for the front drivers seat didn t work correctly when it came to rolling windows up and down (didn t think to check as it was thunder storming) and my captain seat seatbelt doesn t lock properly. I brought my vehicle in not even 24 hours later to address these issues and was told that there was basically nothing they can do. They refused to help fix these issues or even look into them. I tried to get out of the contract and return the vehicle which they also refused to allow me to do. Then they said I could do a 3 day trade so we test drove a few cars and found 2 more vehicles with issues. We left and have contacted a higher up/supervisor and have yet to have this resolved. They let us drive off the lot with a $600 payment on a vehicle that wasn t safe to put my children in to begin with. BEWARE OF SUPERIOR AUTO!

So I came to Michigan July 3 2022. My baby brother passed away. On July 7 my car broke down. I called Chad. He had been working diligently to help me get it fixed so I can return home.Everything was approved today, and repairs are being started. Thank you Chad! You have been amazing. Utmost respect for you.

Todd, the new manager, is absolutely amazing! Austin was an excellent help as well! My husband and I came in looking for a SUV. The selection was great! We were able to take advantage of some programs and promotions that they were running at the time (January) which really gave us the confidence to make the purchase. The first vehicle that we took home gave us a couple of concerns. We returned next day and spoke with Todd and he was very helpful and honored their three day exchange policy no questions asked. Both he and Austin took the time to go through the available inventory with us to find another vehicle that we liked. Not only did they make sure that we got what we needed, Austin himself drove from Richmond to Greensburg and back to personally bring us the SUV we wanted. When he arrived with it, Todd drove it as well to check it over to make sure everything was ok. Let me repeat, the GENERAL MANAGER personally drove our vehicle around to double check that everything was in working order. Todd truly cares about his customers and wants to make sure that you are in a safe, reliable vehicle. Still today(3-20-2021), the vehicle we purchased is running beautifully. No issues out of it whatsoever. I would highly recommend to everyone that if you are looking for a used car lot that cares about it s customers and their particular situations, go see Todd. He really is doing his best to make sure that customers have a fantastic experience. He does not try to push a vehicle on you. He lets you tell him what you are looking for and shows you what he has available with that description. No guilt trips. No sales push. Just open honest communication and willingness to help.

Superior Auto is the best place for a vehicle. The GM Todd Knight went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle I wanted. They go over everything about the vehicle and all the paperwork and make sure they don t leave anything out. They are the best!!! I love my Ford Escape and couldn t be happier!

I recommend Superior Auto, Inc. Todd Knight went way and beyond last night too help me finance my new car. He literally stayed after hours to help me. We don t find too many people that do anymore. He literally went out of his way to make it happen for me. I needed a car so bad. And he helped make it happen. Now I can make it to work and to my doctor appointments. I won t have to feel like a burden by asking people for rides.I can be independent again. I owe it all to you Todd. Thank you.You are very Professional and Very Geniuine Good Hearted Guy. Wish there was a way to give no stars. I'm a disabled combat veteran who bought a car here. They have a 3 day return policy when you purchase a vehicle which I raise an issue that I had with the car on day 2. So they said we will get this resolved and sent it to Best One.A month after the issue was supposedly resolved and car starts acting up again. This time I took it to a trusted mechanic shop and he finds the evap valve that was supposedly fixed was fixed by wrapping tightly electrical tape around the huge hole. I'm no mechanic but that is not acceptable any place in the US . So I called Superior Auto and told them they told me to keep a receipt of the work done and they would take care of it. Well I called back to Superior because I hadn't heard from them a in 2 weeks and now they tell me it was my fault that I didnt catch it during the 3 day return policy. Also note that this is on the car's record in there system that I asked it be fixed or I would be returning it during the 3 day policy. I have called countless times and asked to talk to a supervisor and they tell me they aren't allowed to give me the number. I dont know any place of legitimate business where it's not standard practice to give the supervisor office number. All I've asked for is that if I was indeed allotted a 3 day return policy on the vehicle that instead of lying that something was fixed they either reimburse me or allow me to return the vehicle and release me from further payments. Yesterday I get a flat tire and take it to a shop to get it fixed and find out my car has 2 different size tires. Also that the rear tires are smaller than the factory recommended and front tires are factory standard. The shops won't even change my front driver tires that was flat because of the mismatch. So I call to Superior cause they told me they rotated and put on used tires. They tell me they never said that. I'm so overly frustrated to the point the no cooperation has been met to meet the said problems as they were told to me by the sales person who sold me the vehicle. I would never purchase a used vehicle that was a safety hazard to my family. I will be talking to my lawyer today about suing Superior Auto for repair costs and possibly for more.

I paid ever payment total almost 14,000 dollars. The day I got the keys. The cars blue book value $2,700. I went to them to build my credit. Well it did help. But very little. Getting a menards card for 1 year and only using it 4 times did more for me. Superior is a scam. Taking advantage of folks in a jam and then really robbing you.

Me and my GF bought a car from them back in January and since then its been on repair after another. Here it is September and have had a rough time keeping up with payments. Yes I get a week behind but always make it up the following weeks afterward. My GF also helps especially when the car we got was to replace her old one that we traded in. Then Saturday the 21st they show up demanding a payment when i inform them that she is the only one working right now out of the 2 of us they tell me she has no fights to the vehicle and decide to then take the car

I talked with Ryan Marshall and he was such a delight! Very informative, down to earth, professional, and more importantly... GENUINE. You don't come across honest sales people often, but it's obvious he's just that. If you have had problems with your credit and need help, go to Superior Auto!

This place is absolute joke. All there cars are lemons, not kidding its bad. My fiance and i bought a 2008 kia sedona from them after going through a 06 blue ford explorer that lasted all of 3 days also not to mention the number of lemons we test drove finally settled for the kia prolly the best car they have there ( wow what a joke) sad.... Now our 45 days temp tags are up and now 3 days expired because richard jones at superior auto richmond the GM forgot to send in the title to the bmv. Had 45 days to do so and now me and my wife and 4 kids are paying for their mistake. Richard jones theres a way to run a good legitimate business and you sir and your company fell far from that tree. Please everybody read the google reviews not there website reviews they are most likely fake. Stay clear of this place... And ill keep yall informed if they repo my car as i have all my payment transactions.

Kristen is the best part about this place. The cars themselves are a little rough. The salesman I spoke with is no longer there, but it has a somewhat shady aspect to it. Bought a car though. Still runs two years later

My friend bought a "car" from these people about a year ago. The car quit running after about six months. They talked her into another car, that ran for approximately six months. Now she has no means of reliable transportation. She is still paying on the broke down vehicle out of fear that they will sue her for the remaining balance that she owes on the vehicle. To me that doesn't seem ethically or morally right. I would avoid these people at all cost and I am not even the one who bought a vehicle from them.

Tried to sell my wife an 04 2wd rough ass avalanche for $15000 at 500 a month claiming to repair credit. MY WIFE'S CREDIT IS 680ish. When u try to sell a near minimum wage employee a truck at 4 times it's value at 500 a month your setting ppl up to fail!!I ALSO NOTICED THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT BULB HAD BEEN REMOVED AND ASKED THIS SALES LADY WHY 3 TIMES AND ALL 3 TIMES SHE CHANGED THE SUBJECT AND DIDN'T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE ME ASKING IT.Now for nearly 4 times high retail price I would expect a truck in really good shape.Transmission shifted horrible and had no fluid on the stick, the sunroof leaked horribly, the a.c. didn't work, ball joints ready to break, 2 bald front tires and the list goes on.Not to mention what ever the REMOVED check engine bulb was intentionally covering up.THIS PLACE PREYS ON PEOPLE WITH BAD CREDIT AND CAN'T GET A LOAN.I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMIES!THIS IS THE KIND OF USED CAR LOT THAT GIVES THE DECENT HONEST CAR DEALERS A BAD REPUTATION.
