Customer service and everyone inside was great. Thrilled with my tires and how nice my truck ran. Everything was exceptional until I looked in back of my SUV where I left a 12x12 drop cloth along with two others they didn't attempt to use. They destroyed my headliner in a 70k+ vehicle.

5 Star experience! Casey was awesome explaining different styles and programs, Sherry was very informative as well. Can t go wrong with excellent Customer Service with a smile from the minute you walk-in the door. Huge selection of rims, this store is a must see!

I had a great experience with Casey, Sherri n Kyle. They welcomed me, made me feel comfortable and even let my crazy little dog follow me inside! The tires are awesome! Great service from really good people! Thanks guys!

Wonderful experience here. They didn't have the tires I wanted so the manager came out of his office and assured me that he would get them in no later than 2 days. Prices are a bit on the higher side. I think the the price is worth it in order to actually have the ability to pay them off with weekly, biweekly, or monthly payments to go with your payday. It's just so wonderful to be able to pay them off as opposed to the hassle of coming up with the full amount right now. I will be back every time I need new tires

The tires i got are nice, same with the rims. Amazing product. However everything went so fast, i did not have time to process or think about it. They had my car done before papers was signed. Also i was shown a quote, which i agreed to, but when i signed it was alot more, apparently the quote i was shown was for the rims only, which i was not told. They knew i was getting both tires and rims. Sooo i may be going back and giving them back and having my tires put back on which in glad i kept.....

I was stranded on the side of 70 (after a truck ran me off the road into a pothole that popped my tire) and it was 515 on a Friday evening. I called the store and Daniel, the store manager, sent Kyle out to put on my spare so I could get to their store to replace my tire before everything closed at 6.Casey, Nate, Sherry, Kyle and Daniel! I can't thank you enough. Bless you!

I went in because they are advertised to have used tires. Instead of telling me they had no used tires,they made me a quote of $900 for 4 new tires,when I really just wanted a couple of used tires. I have to say, I found the whole rent to own thing sort of disturbing. You charge really high prices for stuff that people may be in dire need of. I realize people are either ignorant of 400% interest or will sign it because they actually need tires. I did not need the tires,I did not purchase tires. The people I did see waiting to finish be helped looked sort of resigned.

Very quick and courteous staff. Answered questions effectively and worked with me to get the tires and price that worked for me. Sherry and Casey were wonderful. All around a great experience, definitely will be back.

Wow is all I can say. Found out that 2 of our tires were all the way down to the Metal and was sticking out and Mike, One of the salespeople absolutely did a wonderful job. Gave me a decent price. And I was able to get it on monthly payments. Wow, these guys deserve recognition and if you need tires, call and see them.

Awful experience here at R and R with Lance. I was across the street from them, had a flat, and called to see if they could help me. They sent a guy over, took my tire and rim, and called me saying my tire was too old. They couldn't work on it. But, they had a used tire that would fit my truck for $370. My truck is a 2000 Chevy 1/2 ton 4x4. I told them that is the most expensive used tire that I had ever heard of!! This was right before Christmas, and I believe Lance was trying to make as much money as he could off me!! I could buy a brand new top of the line tire for less than $200, but he was trying to charge me $370 for 1 used tire. Crazy!! I explained to Lance how this is just not right, so he said he would take $100 off the price of the tire. It's still a huge price for 1 used tire! I ended up "renting" the tire from them and went down the street and bought 4 tires and had them installed for $250 the very next day.I just really hope they are not ripping people off like that every day! If I would have went along with his payment plan he had me sign up for, the 1 used tire would have cost me a little over $500, that's with their fees and interest.

I walked in and everything was organized and everyone was nice. Casey greeted me with a smile and took my information to get me a quote on tires. I filled out the application and Sherry was my account manager. Both of them were knowledgeable and pleasant. I feel lucky to have stopped in today for the quote!Thank you both for a wonderful experience!

I would highly recommend RNR Tire Express for your next tire purchase. Vance is the Sales Rep and made sure I understood every step of the program I used to purchase my tires. Sherry the Account Manager made sure I understood everything about my payment program. I work in the same little plaza that RNR is located.I have gotten to know almost everyone who works at RNR and they are all very friendly and professional. Try them out the next time you need tires.

If you don t mind paying thousands of dollars for tires that normally cost hundreds, this is the place to go! My husband and I were told three different pay off prices and dates. Not to mention one of the tires kept going flat and we took it in twice, they fixed the same tire twice. And they fixed it the same way both times because it is still flat Thankfully we finally got them paid off. NEVER AGAIN!
