So refreshing to get phenomenal customer service! Brittany was more than helpful, kind, responsive and willing to help in a stressful situation. Thankful to have someone compassionate and understanding on the other end of the line. I've used Pardo's previously (and so have my family members) and they always come through for us in every situation! Reliable, affordable and convenient.

Chad helped me out today with what would ve been a towing nightmare! Scrap yard wouldn t take my car, instead of having it double towed chad went ahead and just took it off my hands, said both of us a headache, 5/5 service!!

I was recently in an auto accident and ended up with my car 30 feet off the road in a ditch, good news is I was okay , my car was intact but I was concerned because it was straddling water culvert and was going to be difficult to get out without ripping off the front end of the car . Pardos recovered the car and when It arrived at the auto repair shop , they called me and told me the extent of the damage was a flat tire . When I went to pick up the car I realized that Pardos had been able to get the car out of the precarious spot it was in without a scratch on it . That is amazing. This is why you hire someone like them to do the job right , they have many many years of experience and it paid dividends. Thank you Pardos for helping me in my time of need .

I called Pardos to tow a car from my home to the Dealer. They were here when they said they would be, had the car on the trailer and were gone in about 15 minutes. Horrible service please call someone else! Reached out to a Dispatcher at 1 o clock got a quote for truck and trailer ETA is an hour. Call back an hour later for an ETA they said they were stuck on a call would give me a call back. Never received a call back when I call back at 5 o clock to get the ETA the price changed to $300 more and said they ll takeoff $25 from inconvenience horrible company no one communicates whatsoever gave my information five times to night dispatcher lady has an attitude Would never recommend this company to anyone!

Pardo's showed up in 10 minutes when the other guys left us hanging for 2 hours. Friendly dispatch and driver, great price, and most importantly they actually show up.Pardo's will be our first call from now on.

Broke down on a Sunday, no mechanics open. Called a mechanic with 24 hour towing so I could at least be towed to the shop until they opened for business on a weekday. Was told the tow truck was broke down (didn't exactly inspire confidence in the shop) . Called Pardo's and a friendly professional young man named Chad was there in a flash. Had him tow my vehicle to my home until I can arrange an appointment with a mechanic. When I get an appointment you can be sure I'll call Pardo's and have Chad transport my vehicle.

Coming from a driver who locked herself out like a dummy at the fuel pump across the street...very quick rescue came from Chad and Joe. What a team! Very respectful, knowledgeable and genuine human beings! Thank you for saving the day! Anyone in the area, I highly recommend these guys

Chad was great! He took the time to ensure my vehicle was properly towed safely and efficiently. He didn't act like he was in a hurry, despite the very humid conditions. Chad was extremely personable and professional. I recommend Pardo's based on my experience with Chad.

A big shoot out to Chad! Very nice man, and right on time. He engaged with my grandson about the operation of loading and securing the truck. He cant wait to tell his dad all about it! So once Chad arrived at location he could not drop the truck do to dogs at location. He feed them his breakfast!! Talk about customer service! He saved me a redelivery charge and another pick up charge! He deserves a raise with employee of the month award. Pardo's Towing offers the no hassle, customer friendly service I can depend on. Thanks again :+)

Traveling cross country from Oregon and my check engine light comes on. Pardo s towing was recommended by a random stranger. I give them a call and Chad shows up in 5 minutes hooks up my car and takes me the hour drive to the dealership. Chad was very personable and professional, family owned business that does things the right way!!! Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a tow!!Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

I can t say anything good about this company. Truck wasn t starting. The Jack showed up. Towed my truck to truck stop. Disconnected the drive shaft while towing. Than dropped my truck in truck stop and left, without connecting drive shaft back. We changed battery, started the truck, but can t drive because drive shaft is disconnected. I called them back. They said he will show up and fix it. But, after few hours, the Jack answered the call. And said kiss his back, they tow, they dismount and drop. They are not supposed to put driveshaft back, even after they disconnected it. On top of everything, he dragged that shaft all the way from pickup. Causing more damage. They are not mechanics to do it. Now I have to call service call to fix my drive shaft. It s not the company you want to trust in your worst day. Please avoid. And I am not even talking about 600$ for 3 miles

I was overweight by a lot on my trailer tandems at a scale just over the Ohio border. They escorted me to their yard and, removed and, replaced my load so, I could make weight. Nice people.
