I bought 12oz. Of paint.For the interior of a old truck.I drove 45 minutes to there place.With a vin#. To match the paint.The paint wasn't dark enough so I took it back to get it tented.I got there at 11:00am not near closing time on a Wednesday. Guy playing on his phone says 24 hour wait no one else in the place.This blows my mind how there still in business. I'll never be back. There's a paint shop in Cambridge City Indiana.

These guys are awesome! I had an issue with a purchase I made. The team at State Auto got together and made me a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend these guys for all your auto paint and supply needs. Thanks fellas!

I have done business here for a long time and its been going down hill for awhile. I walked in on 2 different occasions with a half hour till they close. I asked the employee at the counter if he could help me mix some touchup paint for a car. He stated it was too close to closing he could not help me then went on playing on his phone. Its been the same guy both time's. I will go out of my way to do business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service, the employee there was unwilling to help me locate my color code. Would not get his face out of his cell phone. I was willing to spend a lot of money on paint but now will go out of my way and buy it from some where else even if it's twice the cost.
