The evening before I was to drive to Indy for my dog's surgery, I discovered a screw in my truck's right front tire that was leaking air. Everyone else in town was closed, so I called Northside. Chad got me in right away and got the tire repaired, and at a great price. So, I'll be off to Indy in the morning thanks to Chad. Thank you very much for your quick and professional help.

I had a tire failure on 70 West today and was able to get in touch with Chad at Northside Cycle and Auto. Their staying open until 8pm was a blessing, because I didn t get off the road and checked into my campsite until about 4:45pm. He was friendly, polite, and hooked me up with a used tire for an INCREDIBLY reasonable price. He also let my dog run around in his lot for a bit and gave her some water. If you have a vehicle issue while driving through Indiana, make sure it s near this business. I thought about playing the Mega Millions today, but I already got lucky with such good service.Service: Tires

Driving through to PA from CO and the fuel pump went crazy on our 2013 F150. Chad stopped what he was doing at 5pm in the evening, worked for almost an hour and got us back on the road. If you need help? This is the place. Awesome Customer Service, a price unmatched and help Above and Beyond the Call here!!!!

This is THE place to go!!! Helped us move from California to CT. We had terrible tires going in and about to blow out and came out with 4 fresh wheels. Saved me late at night so we weren t stuck. On Mother s day eve, my car broke down just before dusk on I.70 west. What a terrible experience. Then a wonderful tow truck driver picked me and my dog up. He asked where did I want to take the car since it was dead. I was not from the area or state. Asked him where to take the car this late on mother s day weekend. He said Northside Cycle and Auto. Loved this place. They fixed my car and delivered it to my hotel! Come on now. What business does that these days? I have a big mouth. I told everyone. So happy. Great people! Wonderful work.

We were in a pinch tonight- flat tire on highway with 3 hours left in our drive and 2 hours from home. We called them about 20 minutes before they closed nervous because its a Friday night..they got us a tire and put it on in maybe a half hour. They were truly professionals and kind. Chad was amazing! Traveling through town, we got a nail in a tired, Chad responded immediately, got to us within a half hr. On a Sunday.. Put a plug in the tire, then he topped off all our tires. Reasonable price! We definitely would recommend him!Thanks so much Chad

We were traveling with 4 kids and 2 dogs passing through the area when our alternator went out. It was 6 pm on a Sunday night, and they were able to get us back on the road in a few hours. Absolute life savers, would highly recommend. Honest work at incredibly reasonable prices!

We were traveling with 3 kids about 7 hours into a 14 hour road trip when I lost my breaks on the highway near Richmond, Indiana. This shop was able to get me a quick tow and get them fixed on a weekend! My daughter was traveling from Maryland to Kansas and had a headlight out. A little panicked because it wasn t a simple thing she could fix and most places were closed. And she was nervous about talking with strangers to try and find help. I googled and read reviews and found Northside Cycle & Repair. I called and talked to Chad and explained the situation.He was super helpful and understanding of the situation. I got my daughter to go to his shop and he found that she needed a HID light which was scare to find in the area. Chad did some searching and found one, went himself and picked it up, returned and fixed it for her and had her on her way. He let me pay it over the phone and take care of it from Kansas. He was wonderful with my daughter and made her feel at ease. When she left, I received a text from Chad that she was on her way. Butch saved my world after getting a tire puncture on the interstate. He was the only place open. Then, when I didn t have enough cash, he took what I had and sent me on my way. Who does that these days?! Good people are out there still.

We had flat tire on I70. Almost all repair shops were closed or only servicing trucks. Chad was very helpful and got us back on road in less than an hour. Will highly recommend him if you run into any issue.

Positive experience all around. I would use their services again.First, traffic caused me to be late (45 minutes late), I reached out prior to my scheduled time and asked if I need to reschedule. He thanked me and said we will fit you in. They fit me in, even though they were busy. Awesome.Second, I purchased a new set of four tires. Tire price and installation price was more then fair. No surprises, what was quoted was what my bill was.Third,There was a problem with my tire pressure sensor on one of the wheels. Before the part was replaced he showed me what was wrong and communicated two different options for repair. I appreciated the honesty and choice for repair as well as not "slapping it back together."Fourth,It was a little hot outside. The owner brought me a Mountain Dew. I didn't ask, he was just being a legit dude.The owner and his crew were knowledgable, honest, and did quality work. I would recommend this place based on my positive experience.5 of 5 stars.

I had car trouble outside Richmond, other places were already starting to close for the day, and my insurance company said it would be 3 hours before a tow truck could come get me. I called Northside, and they quickly came out to get my car, assessed the issue, and got the whole thing up and running that evening. I made it home that night and couldn't be more grateful for their good work, kind service, and reasonable pricing. Would definitely recommend letting these guys take care of your car.

This company needs 10 stars. We live an hour away and our radiator decided to blow up. We were towed to Northside at 8pm and they fixed our car that night. Wonderful and professional crew. And the dogs kept us entertained as we waited. Thank you Chad for helping us out.

I had purchased an old vehicle that needed some repairs. I was told everything the vehicle needed. I was referred to Northside Cycle and Auto Repair by a niehbor friend. I called Northside Cycle and Auto Repair and told them what I needed to be done and asked if I could bring my own parts. I was very nicely told yes and made an appointment to drop off my vehicle. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and good attitude. The technition gave me a price for the repairs and was asked if I would need someone to pick me up when the work was done. I declined a left them to start the repairs. I went back at the agreed time and was pleased to see the repairs had been completed. I was presented with a bill which was the agreed price. After I paid the man at the cash register and got my vehicle while driving away I started to wonder if that had been too easy. Something had to be wrong. But nothing was wrong and as a matter of fact my vehicle was cleaned inside and out. I highly recommend Northside Cycle and auto repair. Finally an independent repair station that was honest and reliable.

Would rate half a star if i could. I purchased a transmission off of the owner with the promis that if i ended up not needing it or not wanting it i could bring it back and receive a refund. I then spent three weeks trying to return it to receive said refund because that transmission wasn't a "plug and play" I would end up having to spend more money than was worth if i tried to install the transmission he sold me. Last thing i was told was that they do not give refunds. This automotive service is not worth taking your vehicle to unless its for light work. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.Service: Transmission

We were in town on business for the weekend when we had a problem with our vehicle. Not only were they able to fix it, but did it in 1 day when the dealership wanted over a week. Fabulous service, friendly, professional and lower price than what we expected. I would highly recommend and if we're ever in town and need service again, they will be the first one we call!

Butch was great- we were on an a road trip from Scottsdale to Pittsburgh and the car we were towing got a flat tire. The guys did a great job fixing the donut and getting us a new tire so we could carry on with our trip at 10pm! They are the best!

My husband and I purchased four new tires from this business with the guarantee of a warranty and to just contact them with any problems. We have a special needs child, and this is our primary vehicle. It was my first time dealing with them. Within days the front tire has a huge bubble in it. I fear a blow out every time that I drive it. We have been calling them for over a month and they refuse to respond. We were happy with the service that we received that day, but definitely not anymore.Update: The brand new tire they sold us with warranty in March resulted in myself having to pay for a new tire elsewhere because I could get no contact back from this business. I had the tire removed today and was told that they couldn t believe someone sold us this tire and the fact that it lasted as long as it did . I will obviously never go back and will warn others. Customer beware!
