They didn't have the parts I needed to fix my fuel tank even though their website said they had the parts in stock. One of the guys behind the counter was happy to look around for the part. Another guy, that was busy punching keys on a computer did not want to get up and help the 1st guy. He seemed aggravated that he had to help.

Let me start off by saying that I don t live in the area, it just happened to be my luck that my vehicle wound up needing major suspension work after my vehicle was deemed unsafe for road travel . The first day of repairs for my vehicle (one Friday afternoon) multiple calls were made to many people from what I could tell so I began trying to call auto parts stores myself to try to assist the people at Cody s Garages. It was evident in no time at all that many of the parts stores in the area just don t answer the phone (Auto Zone and O Reilly Auto Parts). To be honest if phones could just continue to ring I would probably still be waiting for staff from AZ or O Reilly to answer. Which is a far cry from the O Reilly stores in the state that I live in.In sheer contrast, however, the staff at Napa answered the shops call quickly and then parts were delivered as soon as possible (had to wait for the parts to be available at this location) The wrong brakes were initially delivered, but the peeps from Cody s Garage called and the guys at Napa remedied the situation to include price matching the cost for the correct brakes Aaron has some amazing staff, and I will continue to use Napa in Richmond Indiana because their customer service is unmatched by the competition in the area!

The employees were very friendly, and seemed to know what they were doing., And the place was well organized, with decent prices. However, what I went in for, 3 out of 4 items will not be in until Tues. I'm glad I was paying attention to the receipt. They had to refund some of my money for one item, it was on sale and I was charged full price.$24.00 sale was $12.99. not the counter mens fault. Sale wasn't in the system.

Not helpful. Two women traveling with two children in a rental car needed replacement batteries for key fob. The employees couldn't have cared less about being of service or helping us when we were obviously stressed.

They have the worst customer service. I had called on the phone about needing to return a wrong part. The box it came in had gotten thrown away so I called ahead of time to find out if they would still take the part back. Mind you the part was just purchased on 4-03-19 i was told they would take care of it if I had the receipt. When I went in I was told by the manager they could not take it back without the box. I told him the employees name that said I could on the phone. He then proceeded to say he was the manager again and would not take it without the box. So I told him I will dig it out of the trash and be right back. When I got back not even 15 mins later. The manager left and told the other employee to tell me he could not return it. I would have to take it up with the manager. Knowing full well the manager told me he would take it back if I had the box. The employee was completely rude about the situation and said there was missing parts before he even opened the box. On my receipt it strictly says the part may be returned accompanied with this invoice. I will never purchase from Napa again if this is how they take care of business. For now on I will only be going to AutoZone or O'Reillys especially considering they will price match any auto parts store. Why do we need Napa? Again they sold me the wrong part. Please be advised do not shop there unless you want your money wasted and no proper part for your car. I will be calling corporate and only writing this review so no other innocent person gets their money stolen.

Nice, clean location. Had 2 hoses made on the spot in just a couple of minutes. Good, helpful people. Have a good selection of parts, accessories, oils and more.

On a road trip, saw had a broken tail light. No idea how to fix it and no garages open. Showed up and they put it in in 2 minutes for $3. Super nice people

Prices are fine and workers are nice enough as long as you don't need them to do anything for you. Just order off amazon

Very poor customer service,had to call three times to get someone to answer the phone and then speak with a rude employee at that...just reminds me why I don't go here regularly..O'Reillys can keep my business
