This place is amazing, the people that work there are kind & caring , because of them we was able to get a car to get our daughter to her Cardiologist Dr appointments , for them I am so very Thankful, I tell everyone that I know if they are looking for a car to go here.Thank you Mike !!!

Excellent service, and cheap prices. My partner and I buy our own parts, yet unlike other shops who refuse to accept parts bought by us, they did, no problem. Now, they will not warranty the part or parts, although this is unconfirmed. Very satisfied with their service, and recommend to all. In closing, I am unsure of what makes and models that they detail or provide service for, yet I am sure that a call to the owner Mike can ascertain answers.

The owner is trustworthy and he spent years to get where he is now. He takes customers to heart and treats them with respect and dignity. I have had my car worked on, and if it wasnt right, he fixed it at no charge. He is reliable and will give you a reasonable price. Best part about MS is they dont sell you something you dont need. I recommend this place over all others in the Richmond area.

Beware of buying a car from them. We bought a car for my college-aged son from them. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and made lots of promises about what they would do if anything went wrong in the first 30 days--until we signed the check. Then the story changed. We test drove the car and had it checked out. Unfortunately, the place we paid to check it out did not do a good job--that is a different review. We have dropped about $1500 into that car in the past year. It has been in the shop 4 times. The brakes were worn, both front wheel hubs had to be done. We wrote the check to purchase the car, and the very next morning, a loud clunking in the rear started, and several of the interior door latches quit working. I took it back to have them fix those things, since they had said repeatedly if anything went wrong in the first 30 days they would take care of it. They weren't nice about it, and made me pay for parts. This is not an honest business, beware. (EDIT: then the owner responds, below, and has the nerve to say they stand by their word, and that we would not have been charged a dime if we had problems in the first 30 days. Haha. That's ridiculous. We had problems within the first two days, and he charged us. I complained to 3 people there, including him, and he still charged us. BEWARE OF THIS BUSNESS).

What a place. Just a great group of people down there. Only place I'll take my car's to be fixed or to purchase a reliable vehicle. Can't say enough good about M S. AUTO.

Had picked out a cargo financed ,told me they had to get it serviced first ,a week later they still haven't called ,and everything i call they don't answer,So now I'm going somewhere else.
